The wait is worth it. Fresh and yummy. They don't season the fish though which is good for those who have certain health limits such as sodium intake restrictions since they don't salt or pepper or season the fish. You just choose your fish and chip plate regular (3pc) or large (5pc) then let them know what type of fish: Mahi Mahi, Ono, Ahi and I think there was one more I forgot. Call ahead or be prepared for a good 15-20min wait which isn't that bad honestly. Alright... nothing special. My fish was super dry so hard to eat but I was very hungry so I did. I think the fish steaks were too thick to balance a complete cook and juiciness appropriately. Moist, and delicately falls apart in your mouth. They even added the same level of dedication to their waffle fries, which were perfectly seasoned and crisp. When we were there it was just one lady doing it all-taking orders, loading the fryer with waffle fries, breading the fresh fish, cooking the fish and serving. As for the food-it was fresh fish, hand breaded-so no frozen process food here and it comes with crispy waffle fries. It takes a while at lunch to get your food, we waited maybe 15 minutes, so grab a seat at the simple counter and watch her go to work- it was fascinating- and despite all the action, she got everyone served, in order. Food wise, while fresh, there wasn't too much flavor and I felt the fish was a bit over done and dried out. Price wise my wife and I split a "large" which was 5 big pieces of fish and more than the two of us could finish for lunc. And at less than $20 with a drink, a great value. We stopped her after working into island on a day trip, the person I was with wanted to get the fish and chips again. It wasn't bad, I am not really fond of anything fried but I enjoyed it. Parking; parking is totally fine here, you can always find a space. Seating; the seating is extremely limited here, you can eat it inside or outside but I prefer to grab it and go eat somewhere else.
