I have used cascade wheel over the last 15 years and it has gone downhill and I will not be…read morereturning. I brought my 17 Inch wheel in to have a crack repaired. Just the crack welded. I came to pick it up and they grinded down the curb marks on face of the wheel which I did not ask for, now the paint/finish on the wheel does not match because they ground down the lip on the edge. I also found another crack next to the large crack they had repaired which was not there when I dropped the wheel off. They insisted they did not cause it but I inspected this wheel very thoroughly before dropping off and would have seen the smaller crack next to the large crack. I left the wheel for them to repair the smaller crack and was told they will have the painters try to match the paint color and spray the silver ground down areas. Upon pick up the 2nd time, the small crack was repaired poorly compared to the 1st crack repair, and they did not paint the ground down damage like they said, and the weld does not even have a finish applied over it like the larger weld does. The face of the wheel near the spokes also have damage now from the welding residue which I don't know how they even did that when the repair is on the inside barrel not even close to the face of the wheel. I will be going elsewhere for wheel repairs in the future.

They found a nail in the old tire and offered to fix the old tire instead of giving me a good used one. I agreed. He charged me $40 drilled a hole put a plug in the hole and put the tire back on the vehicle. 10 days later my wife is driving at night and her tire goes from 40psi to 4psi in seconds. The tire was completely flat while she was on the arterial. When I called to tell them what happened they basically said it was her fault and they would now sell me a used tire for $120!!!

They're fairly new tires and only have about 1400 miles on them. When I got there, he totally recalled our conversation and was really personable and professional. After looking at my tires up and down, he offered me a price. I didn't really know what to expect as far as what they were worth. I have some relatives in town who have done business with him before so I trusted him to give me a good price. It's important to note that they are used tires and he has to sell them as used tires. So I definitely didn't get rich off them, but I don't have a big garage and frankly I was glad to get rid of them. While I was there, at least a few people pulled up for service, so it looks like they stay pretty busy . I would say my experience with Marty's tires was great. Plus, I feel good supporting a local business.

It's 2026 and this business can't succesfully send an email to Gmail, the most commonly used email platform. After repeated failures you'd think they would try to problem solve their email issue.
