    Spicy El Diablo Margarita
    Rick S.

Service was good, fast, and not overly intrusive; ambiance was what you would expect (dim, medium excitement, not overly loud); food was only good, not great. No complaints about it, but nothing really wowed me. It was very tame safe food that would be a general crowd pleaser. The reason that's a little disappointed (for me personally - not necessarily for the masses) is because I intentionally ordered was looked like the "spicy" items from the menu and they were all pretty mild. Overall, really good place and good experience.

Chicken fajitas. Just meh. Not much flavor and not served sizzling in a skillet so definitely would not order again.

Yummy!! Kids took me for my birthday and it was a great experience overall! Not pictured are the churros which I also highly recommend. Waitress was super sweet and efficient and the restaurant is lovely. Will definitely be back!!

Ahora the sixth stop on my "Eat the Distance!" tour! Wasn't decisively "in the mood" for "Mexican" on this particular occasion so my expectations waltzing in were correlated and, at the end of it as it turned out, vastly outdone. Excellent 'happy hour' half priced appetizers and tacos. The guac was superbly masticated with the pork belly and roasted tomatoes, additionally every one of the 7 tacos ordered were really very superb. Highly recommend the pork carnitas, very much enjoyed the multilayered tortilla experience. Fun to see a reasonable mezcal list including one of my personal favourites, the anejo ilegal. Service was excellent, friendly and timely, with an ambience forward with tasteful ethnic notes. Would return for tacos!

This place was described to me as a 'fancy Mexican restaurant and I was immediately in because who doesn't want to dress up for their margaritas and guac ? As a repeat visitor, I've enjoyed learning about tequila as I drink it, having excellent sizzling presentation and the same friendly faces trip after trip. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on day of the week, but there is a parking garage which can have some spots available. Desserts don't let you down and there's good decor with a neon sign for your photo ops.

Been to the Somerville location for brunch and it was 10/10. Came to dinner on a Sunday with my family and we ordered papas bravas, nachos, and tuna ceviche as starters. All amazing options except I questioned the carrots in the nachos?? As a vegetarian, I enjoyed the substitution for vegetarian refried bean as my family couldn't eat pork either. Everyone enjoyed their entrees, but I especially loved the grilled salmon. I substituted the potatoes for mango salad and they gave me like 3 pieces of the salad :( 4 stars because I wish they gave me more of it as a substitution. Ended with chocolate cake and churros. Would recommend this cute and cozy spot!!

    Bottomless Brunch

Found this gem on TikTok, saw they had a bottomless brunch $29 a person. To my surprise, the place wasn't busy at all for a Saturday morning. We were sat in the bar area and were served promptly by the bartender who was very personable. Drinks came out first which were delicious and then we picked a bunch of items to try. Each one was fresh and delicious as well as flavorful. They were playing reggae music, which set the tone beautifully for the morning. Some highlights were the short rib taco, French toast, and the papas. The special pancake of the day was dragon fruit, which tasted like a delicious marshmallow. For $29 as much as you can eat in an hour and a half of top rate Mexican dishes that reminded me of Southern California you can't go wrong.

We had brunch today as we wanted to try the bottomless brunch. It included all menu items except sides, beverages and dessert for $25 pp- for 90 mins of dining. Pretty restaurant. Comfy booths. Wait staff and food runners were attentive and friendly. All the servings were smaller portions of the regular items so we trued many items. We wanted to like the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower apps but they were mediocre. The chicken and waffles and eggs Benedict (on top of refried beans) were out favorites. We also enjoyed the short rib taco, omelette and fish taco. We paid extra for the guacamole with mango- it was very good. A few items were prepared with cilantro (which neither of us likes) and it couldn't be made without. We enjoyed the opportunity to try so many dishes workout eating food. Lots of parking was a plus.

Great service in a chill and pretty space! Three of us went for brunch at 11am on a Saturday and it was surprisingly so empty! It started getting busier around noon though. We got the $25 bottomless brunch which I felt was a pretty good deal! We got a variety of tapas (corn, brussel sprouts, potatoes), two entrees, a few tacos, and French toast for dessert. Everything was pretty tasty and came in smaller portions so that we could try more things. My favorites were the corn and brussel sprouts, as well as the French toast. I would definitely come again!

Chimichanga was delicious. Great flavor and huge portion. Bartender John was super friendly and very attentive. Fast service. Food could have been hotter. Otherwise great place. Oh chips and salsa so good. Salty chips! Yummy

Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I ordered an Old-Fashioned and my companion a glass of chardonnay, both of which came promptly and were enjoyable. After some inquiries I settled on the self-advertised fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs. My companion asked about a favorite no longer on the menu, a salad with grilled chicken, and after checking with the kitchen our server was happy to report it could be ordered. My companion asked for dressing on the side and unfortunatel the salad came out dressed. Our server was happy to return it to the kitchen and it came out after not too much time had elapsed, the way she'd ordered it. I'm always skeptical that ribs will be fall-off-the-bone but these were close. Unfortunately, they seemed a little off; I still can't decide if they were on the dry side, lacking in flavor, or both. But the meat did come off the bone easily, so there was that. They came with french fries which were good, The location is handy and there is on-site parking. The atmosphere was energetic and it must be a popular after-work place because there were several large (10+) tables occupied. Still, not sure I would go back soon when there are other comparable places in the area.

Great place for a quick bite, after work meet/up (or even a romantic dinner if you reserve the high table near the fireplace). Waitress was very nice and attentive. Great cocktail & wine selection. Crab stuffed shrimp and an entree is plenty for 1 person. Rib eye was phenomenal. Sauce wasn't needed. Crab cakes were just ok. I didn't understand the chip like flakes that were added on top. Small portions, but yet filling. I couldn't finish the large tiramisu which was also very good. The added morsels gave it a nice touch. Overall, good for locals, nearby employees or shoppers.

I prefer this location now to Needham , because seating is less cramped and it is quieter, although the food is equally good. I am by no means an Indian food connoisseur, but I was glad to see a variety of more typical dishes like butter chicken, to dosas (gluten free!), idly, and specialty dishes from different regions. They were also able to accommodate a number of dietary restrictions in our group (gluten and dairy free, nut free, vegetarian, vegan), so it was a win all around. For my family, I ordered the sambar vada (gluten free lentil fritters), palak paneer (spinach and paneer cheese), Kerala fish pollichatthu. The fritters were a hit with the little one and came with a tangy sauce (sambar). The palak paneer was a very good version of this classic dish. The Kerala fish entree was my "why not" dish, mostly chosen since I know some folks from Kerala. They weren't around to give me the heads up that it would be a whole small fish cooked in banana leaves, though. I was a little surprised, but it was rather tasty, even if there amount of meat was a bit limited. I'll need to include them in my regular takeout roster in the future, and I'd love to dine in sometime too. The interior looks gorgeous from the pictures.
