They delivered it super fast, in about half of the stated 40-50 minute delivery time. It's not the cheapest place but it's always worth the cost and Ive had good luck using the BUSTER (for inflation buster) promo code to get a discount. I'll order from here again for sure. read more

4/5 star pizza ONLY if you pan-crisp one or two slices at a time in a covered non-stick pan on medium-low for 4 minutes. In a perfect world, you wouldn' t have to do this - but in real life, when you order a whole pizza well done, the slices that come off of it can still be floppy and challenging. If you DON'T do this, this is 3/5 star pizza all day long. Very susceptible to the ol' floppy slice. Good sauce flavor, nice cheese texture, and noticeably better crust consistency in the 14" and smaller pizzas. Larger than that and Paisano's crust can get pretty wild (oddly thick in spots) and unsatisfyingly bare (uneven cheese toward the outside circumference). read more

My family normally enjoys their pizza. Ordered a cheese pizza, steak and cheese sub, and some zeppales. The food was good but was shocked they didn't give me the 20% off coupon because I walked in and ordered at their register to take home. I tipped 15% and when I pointed it out to the clerk that I didn't get the discount he said 'technically you could have saved money if I called it in'. So much for tipping and respect. Any time I spoke with their order taker it was a pleasant experience. A family member's favorite is their thin crust spinach pizza. The last TWO times I ordered the Margherita pizza, I received a regular, cheese pizza. No fresh mozzarella. No basil. No olive oil. Just a regular cheese pizza. Quite frustrating considering the price difference between the two menu items. I also ordered a steak & cheese with no onions. Instead, I got no tomatoes. Big difference. This was my first time trying Paisanos and it was pretty good. The pizza was fair- nothing spectacular to say about it. The cheese kind of became congealed after a while which I don't enjoy when eating pizza. I'll stick to papa johns for the pizza. I decided to give 4 stars due to the Buffalo chicken wings. These guys follow their leader well, typically always hustling to get your food as quickly as possible! Customer service makes you feel like you're walking into moms house(unless it's the busy hours on a Friday night, then come on, just be patient, and look at how hard they're working for you). They have something for everyone in the family, even the pickiest of eaters all the way to the most food allergic/sensitive of eaters, just make sure you Communicate with them, because let's remember, you're at a pizza/Italian spot, not the mind reader/psychics! Terrible service!!! We have been ordering from Paisanos for years. We live in the Falls Church area. Today we placed an order on the app and quickly realized within 2 minutes of ordering that we hit "no sauce" for our pizza, by mistake! We called the Resturant immediately and asked them to correct this. We were put on hold for 5 mins and were told there is nothing they can do. We asked to speak to manager and were then put on hold for another 5 minutes. They had told us the pizza was already out of the oven and on the way to be delivered. There is absolutely no way that could have been true. We called with 2 minutes after ordering on the app. In the end they told us there was nothing they can do and suggested we place another order on the app. We have been ordering regularly for years at this Resturant. My husband and I were honestly hurt by the customer service at this location. Unfortunately for the way we were treated, we will never order from here again. This is a really good pizza joint in church falls Virginia. We ate here on a trip last year and we had to come back for a follow up visit this year. I have never dined-in, but I have had delivery a few times. I think that this place is a pretty safe alternative if you want pizza that is not one of the huge chain pizza places. Delivery is *usually* pretty fast, but has always been within the estimate. The only gripe I have with this is that the jalepeno poppers usually arrive at air temperature, so I know they're not as good as they could be. The pizzas are hit or miss.. I suppose that depends on what combination of ingredients you want or maybe who is making the pizza that day. I recently had a sausage/onion/green pepper pizza and it was very good. I also find the calzones I find to be really good. The chicken Caesar wrap is good, but sometimes the lettuce and chicken aren't mixed well. The salad on it's own is huge. I really was very hesitant on writing a review about this place and I'll tell you why: I was going to let this go but after giving it some thought I feel that I need to say my piece because I generally don't like to write negative reviews for people and their business but I have to put this one out there because I felt really disrespected. I came in here a month ago to this location in their front entrance on broad Street and for the record not the back since there's two entrance ways. When I went to the counter, I see all these people working hard like they're in an assembly line and the guy who was behind the counter was on his laptop doing I don't know what but it looked important. I'm looking at the menu as I've never been there and I've never had their food before so I'm trying to figure out what I want. He looks up and he sees me and does not say a word to me. I'm standing there waiting on him to say can I help you because I'm visiting your establishment. You're not visiting mine. So he knows I'm there but he won't say anything to me and won't acknowledge me and everybody else who is working didn't get his attention to say hey you have a customer. After 5 minutes plus of standing right there in front of the counter I walk out and I cross the street. The same guy who was on the computer comes out of the restaurant and yells across the street can I take your order. He's lucky I didn't curse him out because you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. If you're that busy then you shouldn't be addressing customers which I see that you don't do. And not one person working there had the sense to see that he was busy and to come up to me and help me take my order. I was looking to order in the realm of about 100 something dollars worth of food because I had to get together and I was also looking to order possibly catering options for a family get together. If you can't even address your customers I'm not going to give you my heart and money. Been a customer of this place since they opened at this location, order food twice monthly. Saturday afternoon ordered pizza and side salad to eat inside. I forgot to order anchovies with our pizza and ask the gentleman behind the cash register to add them to my order and he said my original order was closed out and I could not purchase them. I found this strange but did not pursue it any further. I was willing to pay the $2.99 for them so why couldn't he take my money? Or for that matter just give me a few if he had problems ringing them up. I assume he was a manager as he had a bunch of keys attached to his belt. First ever visit to this chain. Enjoyed the small meat lovers pizza. Half of it was more than enough for one meal so I've got lunch for tomorrow. Convenient parking and an entrance in the back. Staff was friendly and waited just a few minutes for a couple in front of me to pick up there order before getting mine. Pizza was solid. Will get again. I'd like to see Apple Pay an option for ordering online. The website gets the job done and I appreciated the suggestion to add a few things to the order which I was tempted to do but wanted to keep my first order simple. I really like that they don't automatically add parmesan cheese to the pizza like some places do which causes me to have to call to tell them to leave it off. We ordered dinner from Paisano's last night. As sometimes happens, one piece of the meal was left out. While that was sad, Pizano's response to fix the problem was exemplary. After the manager was unable to get someone to drive the food to our house, he drove it himself and threw in free dessert to make up for our troubles. Although the staff was nice and friendly and the food came out at a good time the food itself was not good. I understand why people only get pizza here primarily. The sauce tasted as it was from the freezer melted in the microwave it was extremely tasteless. The price was way too expensive for the quality of food you get. I understand that they are a popular franchise but the price was simply not worth it for the food. Next time if I try their franchise I'll stick to pizza only.
