Manager refused to honor the 8.99 national deal. What was unacceptable is that the manager wouldn't even try ringing it up. I ordered from the same store, the same deal, for multiple weeks and the deal has not expired. It's just a manager who refused to service me. Won't return back. read more

During my latest extended carbcation, I decided to stop by this Jimmy Johns location on my way to Trader Joe's. I will admit that I was a bit afraid to try this location after seeing the reviews, but convenience and a craving determined that I would be dining here. I entered to a clean yet empty restaurant at 11:30 on a weekday. My turkey Tom (with sprouts) was made quickly and correctly and I was on my way. The staff was friendly enough. If you're craving JJ's, give this location a try. I have a feeling some of the bad reviews are one off occurrences. read more

I used Jimmy Johns to cater lunch for 150 people for a two day event. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The food was great and well received by the participants. The delivery was on time, and they helped to set up, and the staff that set up were friendly and efficient. We used the "box" lunch which included a sandwich, a bag of chips, a drink, and a cookie. AWESOME VALUE! The first day we over ordered, and had a lot of one type or another left over. The manager helped up to revise for the second day--which ended up the perfect amount. Typical tasty JJ fare and friendly employees. This location is smaller than some and there isn't too much seating so I could see it being packed at lunchtime during the week. I have always been a big fan of Jimmy John's sandwiches and I was happy they opened one in my area. All of their subs are pretty good but their roast beef subs are my favorite. You have a choice of the smaller 8" roast beef sub called the "Big John" (I usually get this with some jalapeño chips & a drink) or if you're really hungry you get the Hunter's club which is a giant roast beef sub. I usually request mine with extra mayo. From past experience their delivery lives up to their name, FAST. You'll pay a little more than subway but I guarantee it's definitely worth it! read more

The music at this location is played way to load and has totally inappropriate language that should not be played at a business. When you try to call this location the phone rings and rings. It really amazes me when a chain restaurant makes such delicious food each time I go there. Weirdest location ever!! Only 2 regular chairs and four high top. No music playing and cranky team members that answer questions with as few words as possible... they refused to cut some of the sandwiches in half. So strange!! I was ill the majority of February, at the hospital twice, unable to eat and drink until finally diagnosed correctly and back on the mend. A JJ Unwich, pickle and Iced Tea was the first real meal I ate after being sick, and I swear angels sang when I ate it. Delivery is really freaky fast like the adverts say. Some of the meat has an annoying rind that I don't like. The majority of tables inside have high tops which are not ideal for ladies my height. The bacon is lackluster and not worth the up charge. Now that you've raised your prices, it's unconscionable to serve the sandwiches on STALE bread. Don't do it, no matter how tempting. I'm rounding up. I'd give this store 2.5 stars if I could. This location is good when you order in the store. Super quick and very friendly staff. However, we've had multiple instances where deliveries are not "freaky fast". I get one off situations where a car breaks down, or GPS dies, etc., but part of the appeal of Jimmy Johns is the quick turn around. It should not take more than 30 minutes to deliver sandwiches to a house a mile away. To have it happen more than once is unfortunate and why the rating is lower. Edited to add that my sandwhich was made incorrectly and as a result of the lengthy delivery, was soggy. Wow. I'm here at 6pm. And they have no bread. Bread won't be ready for 45 minutes. This is a sandwich shop? Who manages this location? One guy ready Ng's me up, and does nothing else. Other guy is making the sandwich (my unwich since there is no bread and I don't have time to go elsewhere), the other guy is just standing there -- apparently he's just waiting for more sandwiches to be made so he can deliver. I think a piece of supermarket ham between 2 USPS mailing box card board lather with ketchup probably tastes better than whatever the hell they are making in this place. Jimmy John's is not a very vegetarian friendly place to begin with, and they load way too much mayo on their subs. When we told the manager about the excessive mayo, he did offer to remake the sandwich, but since I had lost my appetite by then, I asked for a refund on the sandwich, or a store credit. He said no. Came to this Jimmy John's for lunch a few days ago. Compared other Jimmy John's locations in the area, it was strange to see such a lack of seating (3 tables). The staff was very friendly and made the sandwiches to perfection, like always. I ordered the Turkey Tom cut in half (I believe it is a #4) with a quartered pickle. If you do not specify that you would like your sandwich cut, or your pickle quartered, they will not cut them (it is a Jimmy John's thing - not just for this location). They were done making my sandwich as fast as I could order it. I absolutely think that it is worth the price over competitors sandwiches. By far the slowest Jimmy Johns I've ever been to. The company prides themselves at their speed and this in store purchase took longer than my delivery experiences with them. Maybe I caught a new guy, but it was 7:30 pm on a Wednesday, only 2 other people ahead of me and 6 guys behind the counter (and a couple more hanging outside smoking). I ordered a beach club with sprouts. 4 minutes later, 1 of the 6 guys behind the counter asked if I wanted sprouts on my Turkey Tom. I corrected him and it eventually made it through the assembly line. The guy on the end asked if I wanted napkins and a bag. I said yes and he simply handed me the flat paper bag and napkins along with my sandwich, rather than putting the sandwich and napkins inside the bag. That didn't bother me too much, just different than any other jjs I've been to. In the end they gave me the thickest jj sandwich I've ever had (partly bc they forgot to dig out the bread) and the employees were nice, happy guys, hence the 4 stars. read more
