Decent, NY style pizza - good for large orders. I ordered a large delivery order of 10 pizzas (Cheese, Pepperoni, and Spinach white pizza) and a tray of garlic knots. The food fresh, pipping hot, and delivered! The fluffy garlic knots were scrumptious and the highlight of my meal! The staff was really nice and the Muslim lady working at the counter kindly gave me a 25% discount and paid about $200. The White Veggie Pizza was okay and a bit bland and while the NY-style pizzas aren't my favorite, everyone at the party gobbled up the boxes and we only had a few slices left! Ordered a pizza online. Simple order: menu pizza + mushrooms for pickup. The web ordering system is quick to hawk you for a minimum 18% tip for carry out. No mushrooms on the pizza when I get home. I call and the person tells me he's going to make another one with mushrooms. I get back in the car and make the trip to pick up the correct pie and I'm told by the manager that he told the employee not to make it because I ordered online and he thought I made a mistake. I've been to a couple of Paisano's in the MoCo area and I happen to be in the area and decided to stop here since I'm familiar with the menu. Per usual I like to order a Hawaiian pizza with jalapeños (best pizza no debate). I decided to sit down this time when I normally order takeout. Food was really good compared to the other Paisano's I go to. Service was exceptional as well from beginning to end. The only thing I would say was a "bad" thing was that there was no heat. We've been ordering delivery and carry out a lot during Covid. I love their pizza and their deals! I have been tempted to try some of their other items, but last week I went in to pick up carry out pizza, and I noticed all the cooks were wearing masks with their noses uncovered. Breathing all over our food during a pandemic isn't safe. I will only order pizza from Paisano's because it comes straight out of the 400 degree oven into a container that is immediately sealed. We ordered a large pizza on Sunday, New York style, half meat lovers and half veggie. Although it was fairly cheap $8, as they had a 50% special, for fathers dad (did not know, until I asked them on the phone, if they had any special offers) it really wasn't that great, even though ready on time. The quality of the meat wasn't good, and the toppings were just sparse, my husband thought it tasted worse than a dominos pizza. There was also meat on my veggie side, which maybe an issue for strict vegetarians. Although I do eat most meat, I've stopped eating pork since childhood and generally don't like meat on pizza, because it's generally inferior quality and doesn't taste good. Too hard to believe. Too good, man. I have become a huge fan of Paisano's. My husband too me to the Yelp event where we tried all of the Paisano's food there - I thought it was just fine then. This time, I wanted to try the actual location and WOW, their food and service knocks my socks off! First, they were really nice about letting us get the lunch special about ten minutes late. They could've been jerks but weren't. The sub and pizza and fries were amazing. Even though it's supposed to be college kid food, I thought it all tasted very fresh and clean. I went into my first order from Paisano's with high hopes. They dropped a menu in our mailbox a few weeks ago and everything sounded pretty good. As a Philly/South Jersey girl, I have yet to really find a great pizza/hoagie place in Northern VA. I will also preface by saying, it is Super Bowl Sunday, so I am sure they were busy and that's partially the cause of this issue. I tried the online ordering platform, only because I was certain they were swamped and my order wasn't urgent. We just wanted so pre-game appetizers. We ordered: mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and jalapeño poppers, or so I thought. I had initially considered cheese fries, until I read they came with bacon. I deleted them from my order. I put the order through and noticed two charges on my credit card, five minutes later when I checked my bank statement for an unrelated purpose. I called right away to ensure that I did not receive two orders of food. The gentleman on the phone was curt, but assured me he only saw one order coming to my home and the other charge was likely and accident and would fall off. My concern was assuaged. Our order arrived very quickly, a credit to the establishment. I met the delivery person in the lobby and received my food. We opened the food and everything looked good at first glance. I had one mozzarella stick, then there was a knock at our door. Upon opening the door, I saw the same delivery man with another order. We called the restaurant and he spoke with the manager. The manager said he would refund us and everything was fine. We finished the mozzarella sticks and moved on, when we noticed we did not have any jalapeño poppers and we instead had cheese fries. I called to attempt to rectify the order. The person I spoke to was rude and attempted to rush me off the phone. He offered to send the driver back, but I thought that was crazy. I just wanted a $5.99 refund for the fries we weren't going to eat due to the bacon. Ultimately, he opted to give us store credit. I definitely won't be utilizing the credit for a to go order. I'm also concerned about the refund for the $20 double order I was assured didn't go through. All in all, this was a disappoint experience. The food was a 3/5, fine; but the service felt like a 1/5 from the establishment, not the delivery person. He was wonderful and the most helpful person in the equation, 5/5. I love that there are no unwanted surprises with this place and everything is always delicious, not to mention they always seem to have a good coupon for what I want online. Order placed right at dinner time on a Friday night and they were at my door half an hour later with this beauty. Hot and delicious! The cream.ubaide the Canoloe had a crunch Luke sand was I. It. Chicken wings were not Chrispy at all. Perhaps he needs to speak spanish to his cooks who ate on the kitchen to explain extra crispy. I ordered large pizzas and drinks for delivery and added a $10 tip in advance, in total over $70 . Because I was working at this property I specifically requested napkins plates and cups but got told no cups but yes on the plates and napkins so I said ok no prob . When driver arrives he had no copy of a receipt nor the plates or any napkins. I worked for them years back and the quality dropped a lot . The pizzas have way less cheese making all toppings dry. I got a three topping Italian sausage, mushroom and pepperoni from them the other day and I ate on it for three days, it stayed good the entire three days. Unbelievable. Eat here if you like supporting the scum of the earth. So I ordered my girlfriend a pizza over the phone. I ordered a two-topping medium pizza (fresh mozzarella and pepperoni) with a can of diet coke. I had to do it over the phone because their website was loading pages at dial up speed like it was 1995 and simply stopped working at one point during the ordering process. Ordering was quick and easy. No issue here. Then the food arrived at my girlfriend's place. Her food was fine, albeit cold, and instead of a bottle of diet coke she received a can of regular coke. I know this might not seem like a big deal to most, but aside from not getting what I asked them to bring, she simply can't drink regular coke. She's diabetic. So she asked the delivery driver if he could bring her back diet coke instead, and even tipped him a little extra for the second trip. The driver ended up taking a while, so she called the store to see what was up with the diet coke. The manager of the location spoke with her, and she explained why she needed diet coke instead of normal coke, not that she should have to. It's what I ordered. We shouldn't have to explain why we want what we pay for. But she did. He gave her an attitude and was hostile with her. He put the phone down and left her on hold, except he didn't actually put her on hold; she could hear everything they were saying on the other line. The manager she spoke with proceeded to mock my girlfriend for asking for diet coke, and even made fun of her issue with diabetes to his employees while she listened on. Obviously this made her feel horrible. She's been crying and she has a headache. Paisano's really knows how to ruin someone's Friday night. Thanks guys. read more

We order from Paisano's a lot, and we are always satisfied. On Halloween, I hosted a party, so two days prior I placed a large order to be delivered. On the day of, the pizza was nowhere to be found and required multiple calls to sort it out. It finally arrived over an hour late (delicious as always and piping hot.) BUT, after speaking with the manager, my entire order was refunded. Paisano's apologized for their mistake and made it right. When we moved to Vienna, our first goal was to find a great pizza delivery place. We love new york style pizza and this comes pretty darn close. The ratio of bread to sauce to cheese to toppings is absolutely perfect and never greasy. Typically we order a pepperoni pizza and it is always consistent, on time, and hot. Ingredients are fresh and the pizza tastes the same every time. The perfect pizza for a hangover and one of few pizzas that tastes good fresh, cold from the fridge, and even reheated... That's hard to find! We've recently moved to California and while we've found our new pizza delivery place, we all agree that that we would take Paisano's over everything else any day... we even still have one of their magnets on our fridge! We've ordered with them 3 or 4 times now. I LOVE their Santa Fe Chicken Pizza so much that I would order again from them just for that. I'm not a big fan of the thin crust because it doesn't become crisp until the pizza cools but the traditional crust is good. Their stromboli's are also great and even heat up well in the microwave the next day, which is hard to find. The Zeppoles are also amazing although it would be nice if there was more jelly topping because we always run out half way through the order. I also love the honey mustard sauce that comes with their chicken fingers. I found the garlic knots to be not that great. Edible, but nothing special. They were free with their 25 dollar purchase coupon, which is fine, although I would not pay for them. The only reason I took a star off was because they are always shorting items - be it a few missing chicken fingers or 8 Zeppoles instead of 12. I assume it was a mistake at first and was surprised when it happened again and again as statistically it just seems odd that we would always have these missing items. However, after reading these reviews I see this is a repetitive problem with them. read more
