There were only two people working there: the chef (who I assumed was the owner) and the guy behind the cashier. On top of the very slow service and average, overcooked burgers was the poor hygiene in the restaurant. As you can see from the photos, dirty dishes were left next to the condiments, napkins and cutlery. That's where the cashier directed people to put their dirty dishes --- and then they weren't cleared.

I had to ask the young man hosting to find our appetizer and waitress after 20 minutes. 3 of us had fries with our entrees and they were soggy, greasy, and so salty that none of us ate them. Our son who loves cheeseburgers said his tasted funny, our daughters chicken nuggets tasted like the fish my wife ordered, and my Rueben was dry and chewy because the meat was reheated on a flattop instead of steamed like it should be. No one in the kitchen seems to have a clue how things should be done in a restaurant. I could go on, but what's the point. The only thing I'll remember about this place was bad food and the $100 we threw in the garbage. If I had the chance to have a redo, I'd go down the street and eat at Sonic, and Sonic sucks.

No issue with the ordering process, young lady was very polite and attentive. However, when the car hop came out to deliver my order he only brought my drink and my tots. I asked him where my burger was and he says "what burger?" And I said the one I ordered on the receipt. He then proceeds to say "oh I don't even look at the orders I just bring the trays out" that reflects that this young folks aren't being managed properly. Then after several minutes he comes back out to essentially say that they didn't even cook my burger but that they were working on it. Overall it was good like any other sonic food I've had this location just needs some leadership.
