On the Uber eats app, it had choice of naan or rice, but no where to select. In the comments I wrote naan, but then ended up getting rice. The paneer biryani didn't have a lot of paneer. What a great Indian Family owned restaurant. It truly is family owned, literally the husband, wife & son cooks, takes orders & serve. This place truly gave me the feeling of a relaxed environment even though I'm not Indian. Super friendly family!!!! The goat biryani was top notch & the best I've ever had here in AZ! Very flavorful and they give good amount of biryani with the perfect portion of meat & rice. I also ordered from the "special" & got the goat paya....I was really surprised by the flavor. The son told me that the recipes are his father's & he's been cooking since he was a little kid. The food was perfectly spiced!!!! I didn't have to add anything or squeeze lemon on the biryani. Fab Mango Lassi, really smooth and fruity. Incredible vegetable Samosas, crispy and tender insides. Their Goat Korma Entrée is incredible, was left wanting for more! This place was delicious. It was authentic and extremely spicy. All of their food was fresh and their customer service was great. I was happily surprised and grateful for the mom and Pop experience. Worst Indian food I've ever eaten. Was not even asked about the spice I liked, which is fine, however the food had zero spice. Vegetables tasted frozen and the sauce tasted like it came from a jar. A friend was visiting out of town and wanted to check this place out. We've driven by before so we figured why not. The inside is pretty big and open and they have a large menu which is a plus. We sat down and waited and went through the menu. Most items were higher priced than most places we have eaten at but we gave it a try. We tried the lamb kabob, the garlic naan and butter chicken. The butter chicken was pretty good, just wish there was more chicken in it. The lamb skewers were alright, it was just a meat patty that looked interesting. There was a bit of flavor there but I wasn't wowed by it. The naan was tasty but it was kind of odd. I am a huge fan of naan and this wasn't like typical naan I've eaten in the past. This is a fairly new Indian spot, it opened 2 years ago if memory serves right I stumbled on pakwan while searching for food on yelp a little late in the night. First I couldn't believe that an Indian restaurant served food (read Biriyani) until mid night on weekends... move over pizzas, burgers and burritos. Naan and curry here I come and I have continued getting food from here on and off late nights. Honestly the food isn't the best but it is not bad either tried the naan,andhra chicken curry, chicken curry, boneless chicken biriyani, korma etc Portions are generous and reasonably priced. Curries come with a side of rice.The restaurant is a family operated place and the owners are nice, polite service is good but I have always got take out. Chicken 65 had so much of food color that I was forcing myself to eat it. The taste was bland, jus some chicken covered in food color fried. This is a small casual family-run indian food joint. Their biggest plus point is that their business hours are really long compared to any other Indian restaurant. They are open until 12 am on Fri and Sat and until 10.30 pm on other days. In fact that is how we discovered this place while looking for an indian dinner option one friday night. So far we have had tandoori chicken, chicken curry and naan and chicken biryani and some tea. While the food tastes good and has a homely touch to it, we are not pleased with the food quality and hence the two stars. One or two times after eating here, we did feel that our stomach was not very happy. That being said, the family running the business are very nice. We have always enjoyed our conversation with them. The lady especially served the food and asked for refills etc with a lot of care and homely warmth. There is a lot of room for improvement with regards to the food, quality and the interior. The food is good. They do not skimp on their quantity. This is run by an elderly couple.

They're very rude and the service sucks. Food is alright but if you're going to treat customers like crap, nobody is going to come here.

So I've picked up food from this place for different delivery services and I've been ok with the workers being rude to me and other delivery people because I figured it's just a cultural thing. What I can't stand are seeing cockroaches. Honestly, customer services goes a long way even with just greeting someone and putting on a smile. Cleanliness however is important in the food industry. Sometimes we like to just stumble into hole in the wall places because sometimes you can find them to be great jams. Not so much in this case. The couple that was sitting there under the restaurant and just stared at us so I walked in. Not very welcoming at all. We asked if they had lunch specials and they handed us the menu saying yes lunch specials. We ordered Lamb korma, chicken korma, and chicken byrani. Also a meat samosa. Samosa: super super salty and not sure what kind of meat. Just very odd. Chicken Mahkani: I have no idea how to make butter chicken and feel confident I could make it better. It tasted like chemicals. Lamb Korma: Nice flavor, very odd texture. I'll add a pic. Chicken Byrani: just plain Byrani rice with 2 very dry pieces of Tandoori chicken buried under it. Not great but not bad. I asked for spice to make it hotter. They brought me a very old looking bottle of black pepper. Where this place really falls apart. The restroom is absolutely disgusting. Hasn't been cleaned in likely ever. Literally looked like a murder scene in there!!! So gross. I can imagine the kitchen. To round it all off, they did not give us the lunch specials price on anything. When i asked why he handed me the lunch special menu he played the i don't speak English role and said "no special". Stay away. One of the worst Indian food experiences I have had in Phoenix metro area. Sambar - cold and felt more like a rasam. Chutneys were not fresh. Samosas - felt like they just used basic Alu masala. It felt like eating an alu sabzi. And the accompanying chutneys were weird. The restaurant stunk of lack of hygiene. We are visiting Phoenix/Chandler area for a few days and we just tried this place for lunch. I had the Paneer Tikka Masala, and my son had the Chicken Tikka Masala. We also ordered garlic naan. All were absolutely amazing. We are from Seattle and love Indian and Pakistani food and were so pleasantly surprised with this place. I pulled 9 huge pieces of bone out of my mouth, and I ate less than half of my dish. The rice was flavorful, but the goat was pretty awful. Every piece was gristly, fatty, chewy and had tendons.
