What a Gem of a business. I saw all of the reviews and had to try the place. It helped that my daughter just got braces and needed something soothing to eat! Couldn't have picked a better spot. Convinced my daughters to have a Paleta. They chose the Oreo and I chose the peaches and yogurt. So good! Andd the fact that it is within bicycle riding distance is a bonus. I see many Sunday family bike rides in the future to come here. While some people complain about the service fee for the credit cards, c'mon people! Either the business builds it into their prices or they tell you up front that there is a service charge. No matter what, the consumers are always paying for the service charge. This place has delicious ice cream and great customer service that I have gone back three times! I've tried the water based watermelon ice cream and it hit the right spot on a hot day! My Fiancee and I have been coming here for a couple of weeks now and we love it! The ice cream is top notch and the family that owns the business is always very nice. I'd highly-recommend it to anyone looking for some authentic, home-made treats! There are a couple of small improvements that are needed in order to warrant a 5th star though: 1)They need to set up some sort of line/divider for the queue. There have been a couple of times where people that got there after we did get helped first because nobody really knew where to start to form the line. 2)The place could use a seating area where people can sit and eat their ice cream. Not only would this keep clients inside of the establishment which could potentially help business, but it would also help with the ambience if there was people hanging out inside of the establishment while eating their ice cream 3)Speaking of Ambience, they could use some music inside! Yes! The hype is real! Lots of flavors, lots of variety, lots of WOW!! We happened to be the only one in the store and so had time to really look around and explore the different paletas. So many interesting flavors!! I ended up with an avocado and my husband ended with a cantaloupe flavor...they did not disappoint! The best part of the experience was that we were being served by a family member (I think he may have been the son of the owner) and he was sharing that some of the fruit in the paletas are grown from their own backyard and everything they serve is made in the store. You know it's a good food stop when my husband is the one making sure we come back for a visit! Adding on to my adventure, I decided to grab some takis chips with my paleta. In this store, they don't just hand you a bag of chips, they open up the bag and add some yummy sauces and spices (with your input of course). It was definitely a new way to eat a bag of chips! Next time I try that, I'm going for a chip that lets me enjoy all those flavors! REVIEW UPDATE: Still delicious!! Tried the coconut pineapple ice-cream today and now have a new favorite!! Cute mom and pop store serving delicious desserts! Went with a friend around 2pm on a sunny weekday and it was pretty empty. All the desserts are made with real ingredients/fruit at the location. The owner was super helpful and friendly and explained the menu. I had a hard time choosing from the numerous options, but ended up getting the owner's recommendation - pineapple coconut ice cream. It was delicious and refreshing, with real pineapple and coconut bits inside. I got 1 generous scoop and it was only $2! My friend had the pico de Gallo popsicle, there were lots of fruits and it had a kick. It was very good. Definitely coming back to try all the other flavors!! read more

This our favorite spot to get all natural popsicles. The ice cream is good too but them popsicles are the best. The 1st one we tried was watermelon and guava and both were great. The guava's are grown in the owner's backyard. Not sure about the watermelon but that's a favorite. We always enjoy any establishment with great products and customer service. We went to eat ramen first then came back to enjoy desserts afterward. I got a strawberries and cream paleta... It's been a long time... long time since I could actually taste the name/flavor in the dessert itself. The paleta was incredibly refreshing. It was not overly rich or sweet, just right. I finished it quickly and wanted more. I went in to try their a scoop of soursop and another scoop of their strawberries and cream ice cream. The temperature was perfect. The consistency was true to perfection. Easy to spoon into my mouth and melted slowly. I could deeply taste the flavors of the fruit. Located near old town Tustin south of the 5 freeway, this paleteria recently opened up and can be hard to find. My GPS took me to the wrong place but after circling around I finally found it. It's located in a small strip mall. It's clean and bright on the inside and they offer a lot of paleta flavors. Both water based and milk based. I think they also have chamango, diabolitos and other snacks. I'm just reviewing the paletas. They are very good and they they look beautiful. The only bad thing about this place is there are no tables in or outside of the shop so you have to take it to go. It would be nice to be able to sit down and eat your ice cream instead of eating it standing outside the shop or have it melting in you in the car. read more
