I have been here a few times and love their paletas ( frozen popsicles). Came here with my family and decided to try a their ice cream, which I regretted. I should have paid attention to the name and ordered that. I had a scoop of the mint chip ice cream and it was super grainy almost inedible, my daughter had a scoop of Cookie Monster and it was the same super grainy but better than mint one. The rest of our group ordered paletas and loved their selections. We had esquimales, water based and milk based paletas. Will continue to support just not get the ice cream.

Medium sized. 2 scoops of limón on the left , 1 scoop of mango and 1 of limón for me.

So good! Better prices than the michoacana and they have pretty much all the anotojitos like rueditas, tostilocos, esquite, etc Service was great, very friendly. I got the medium mangoneada and they said since it's two scoops I could get two flavors so I got limón and mango. Ice cream wasn't crazy sweet like when it leaves a film on your tongue but still so good! Def recommend!

The best authentic paletas in all of OC. It's family owned and all their paletas are made in the store. If they are out of flavors, it's not like they go out to buy more popsicles. They make all their ice- cream with real fresh fruits and other natural ingredients. During summer, I prefer the water based paletas like lime or watermelon mixed with chile. In the fall I love the mamey or rompope paletas. All are delicious. We've been regulars, since they opened. Staff is so nice. Store is always clean. Always a treat to visit.

We went to a different restaurant in this mall when my wife spotted this Paleteria so we popped in for dessert. My daughter ordered bubble gum flavored ice cream and the wifey ordered a coconut milk paleta. They were both delicious and very reasonably priced. The fresh flavors took me back to summers in Chitown. As a kid I'd hear the bells of the guys peddling paletas on foot, and you'd sprint after them to get a ice cold treat to cool off in the summer sun. This spot didn't disappoint and made me feel nostalgic about my childhood.

I ordered a scoop of coconut and pineapple, someone else ordered the mangonada, the rest ordered popsicle I want to say pistachio and a strawberry one. Service was great as soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help. I was so undecided they have so many flavor options. The ambiance was great people were sitting down enjoying their ice cream.

OMG do I have nothing but good things to say about Paleteria! Amazing family owned business with incredible service. The little shop is quite deceiving from the outside. Inside it features a very clean and spacious area with so many beautiful fresh flavors. They serve generous scoops so be wary when ordering! The ice cream and popsicles are so deliciously creamy and the flavors are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Paleteria Azteca

Seriously addictive! We've gone at least once a week since we found this place and we can't get enough. We first came for the mangonada. They have multiple flavors you can combine for a new experience every time. Then we saw the popsicles and were sold. The flavors were so unique we probably bought 10 different flavors and wanted to go back to try the rest of them. Cookie Monster, horchata, Oreo, strawberry, mango with chili, just a ton of great flavors. Before we left we had to pick up a container of the chili coated jelly candy and have been picking up a new container every week. Best find in a long time.

We used the self service paleta cart for my kiddos' birthday party this weekend. Stephanie was amazing to work with throughout the whole process and made everything seamless. I thought it was amazing quality and service for the price - they honestly could probably charge significantly more and still do a great business in this area! I was amazed we got to choose 5 flavors (it was still hard to choose from their amazing list!!!) and the cart and custom chalkboard menu were SO cute!! Drop off and pick up were right on time and couldn't have been any easier. And of course - the popsicles were DELICIOUS. Kids and adults alike looooooved them - they were the hit of the party! Their dry ice system kept everything super well frozen for hours! Thanks Stephanie and family for an awesome and fun paleta experience! We'll definitely be using you all again for parties!

Hi, do they use filtered or purified water for their aguas frescas? And is their ice made with filtered water?

    Do they cater?

If your referring to them coming out to your place with a cart , the answer is no .! But you can always pick them up , you will not regret it . Better than the Michoacána or any other place. True flavor in every bite ..

Do they offer gift certificates? I'd like to buy one for a friend.

    Yeah they do

Had to opportunity to check this place out prior to our trek back to NorCal, immediately following AYCE shabu, and I'm glad I didn't pass up on the opportunity, given that my stomach has seemingly reached full capacity. As we entered, we were gifted the pleasure of a warm greeting by a staff member who then sat us down and gave us first-timers a brief overview of the menu, his recommendations, and a brief history lesson about the origin of Fluffy Fluffy. After some waiting, we were presented with three aesthetically pleasing plates of these highly hyped fluffy pancakes. I then grabbed a knife and fork to cut into the stack of pancakes and was astonished by how... for a lack of better word, fluffy they were. Upon first bite, I expected a rush of sugar to register after a few seconds of chewing. However, that sensation never came. The pancakes were just the right level of sweet. A few minutes later, the plates were completely cleared and I was back to suffering from again reaching full capacity and thought to myself, "when will I ever learn?". All in all, great hospitality from staff, clean and upbeat ambiance, and most importantly excellent dessert items that were easy to consume without the feeling of developing instantaneous diabetes after finishing. Highly recommended.

That said, the Thai Ice tea is good but desserts feel a bit watered down compared to what I remembered. The base prices seem reasonable at first, but once you start adding toppings or upgrades, the total climbs quickly and can be a little shocking at checkout. The HK matcha egg waffle was fresh, warm, and had that perfect contrast: crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés.
