Palio's has great food. They also have an awesome gluten free pizza crust which can be hard to find.

I had the Small Alfredo pizza, chicken, spinach, mushrooms. My husband had a salad and spicy pasta. Affordable at $12 per person. Prompt service and very friendly. I wish the crust was slightly more crisp, but that's a personal preference and not a problem with my pizza. Thanks Palio's! read more

I love there food, but there service is horrible. This is the second time we have been here when there as been only teenagers working. They got our order wrong and it took forever to get the right food. I have counted 7 teenagers and I only see 2 who are working. The rest are talking, on their phone or just goofing around. I don't know who owns this place but if it was my business I would manage it better. read more

Then also got a large meat deluxe without sausage. Loved the crust on the pizza. Had an awesome crunch to it. I will say that the pizza was greasy though. That was the reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. The prices of everything was great. As long as they don't raise the prices, this may become our new pizza place. This was so good! My wife ordered online, I picked up and we devoured the cheese bread and the Noah's Pizza! And the butter sauce is one of the most amazing things I've ever had... Definitely want to try dine in next time. If take out is this good then I may die by dinning in. read more

I have eaten there about four times. To the point, every time I have been there, I have no issues with the taste and quality of the food. There are a couple weird processes there. 1. It looks like a sit down and order restaurant, it isn't. You order up at the cash register. We sat down the first time before we realized it. 2. In that same vain, when you get your food, you don't get silverware. You have to get that yourself, it's near the soda fountain. 3. I had the special, it said Salad and 1/2 sandwich. What it really means is a 1/2 sandwich with a couple bites of lettuce. It's ok, but I wanted a Salad as the primary not the sandwich. It's a good clean place to eat. I recommend it. read more

I only had the pizza, but I won't be coming back. I went here on a recommendation and ordered takeout, and I was stunned to see that they cook their pizza on a conveyor belt. Seriously? It's a sit-down restaurant, and they cook their pizza like it's Domino's? Very weak. It's a very thin crust, and I like thin crust pizza when done well, but this wasn't. Being as it was cooked on conveyor belt, it had the typical consistency of a conveyor belt pizza, albeit a bit crispy around the edges. The toppings were skimpy at best. It's ok. Last time we where there the food looked like it had been sitting out for quite a while. I've worked in the pizza world for many years in the past and it looked like the dough was a few days old so it didn't rise while cooking and was tough to eat. It was so bad that I literally threw up after eating there. The staff is fine but run by a bunch of kids with no true leadership. The other locations are much better. read more

A friend and I came for dinner last night and we were both less than impressed. She ordered the Meat & Cheese Deluxe pizza and I ordered Shrimp Alfredo. We paid at the counter and we're walking to a table when someone from the kitchen came out and said they "don't carry any pork products" and asked if hamburger meat and sausage would be ok on her pizza. First of all, the person running the register should know that; and second, sausage is a PORK product - as is bacon, which was also on the pizza. Then, after we found a seat, another guy came from the kitchen and said "We don't have any shrimp. Would chicken alfredo be okay?" ‍ not what I wanted/ordered, but if that's all they had, that's what I got. While the staff was courteous, the service could use improvement. Too be honest my first impression was horrible. Some blonde short girl with ribbon tattoos on her thighs saw me and an older couple coming to the door, made eye contact with us like literally 4 feet behind her but instead went thru and let it close on us. Whatever. Then the food (i ordered a gyro) the gyro was not for me sadly (it is a pizza cafe after all) HOWEVER. The other employees, the decor, the smell it was all amazing. The food here is excellent. Salad and pizza is amazing and Flavorful. You wont be disappointed with anything on the menu. Although it was hard to find seating. Tables were empty but not cleaned. People waiting or cleaning a table themselves. We went to get some clean silverware and were told its all dirty here's some plastic fork & knife. Not impressed. It has great food. Sadly, not sure if we will dine in again. May have to carry out or delivery. Update- We had a salad and pizza. The food is excellent. We ate at the restaurant. The tables were sticky and also the floor. They gave me a clean cup, not clean at all. Lots of dirty dishes left on tables too long. As much as I like the food we wont be going back. The staff is really amazing and answered all of the questions I asked about the food and the atmosphere was very laid back and comforting. I was so excited to try Palio's when it opened and I wasn't disappointed. I don't care for their pizza (nothing they're doing wrong, it's just not my favorite style) but I'm obsessed with their chicken alfredo. The worst pasta I've ever paid $10 for. I'm shocked that they even get away with charging that for the horrible quality of food that they serve. I ordered the fettuccini alfredo and my husband got the spaghetti with meat sauce. The alfredo was comparable to a Michelina $1 frozen dinner. It was THAT bad. No flavor, not creamy, no cheese taste, nothing. The chicken had a spongy texture with fake grill marks. Clearly, it comes frozen in a bag already cooked. This place is hit and miss. I've had some really great pizza here when I place a to go order but sometimes it's not that great. Consistency is important. Also, I always ask when my order will be ready to pickup and get there early. It's always already boxed up and waiting. I will just start leaving my house as soon as I order so my food isn't sitting there forever. Lots of staff standing around goofing off, they don't stop their conversation to acknowledge you when you walk in. read more

The food here is pretty good. I've had a calzone and the euro with Greek salad and it was good. I can't say however, that the service is equal to the food. I've ordered from this restaurant 3 times now and on all occasions, who I assume is the manager because he is talking down to the staff, looks up with a nasty facial expression and walks away. About that time a young worker kindly asks my name and provides me with my order. I understand that this location is new and I was picking up my order about 30 to 40 minuets before they closed. However, I was a restaurant manager for 6 years and Every-time I was in front of a customer I greeted them and asked if I could assist them. Not sure I will be back... there is so many options to spend my money where my business is valued. read more

We had a medium Mediterranean pizza that comes with baby spinach, roma tomatoes, red onion, fresh mushrooms, artichoke hearts, feta and mozzarella cheese. No flavor due to no seasoning, still looking for the mushrooms and the cheese was bland and not melted, overall a very BLAH pizza, have tasted frozen pizza's that were better. Additional you needed a coat due to A/C turned down so low, guess they were more interested in keep the kitchen personnel comfortable, not the customers.
