I'm not feeling 100% and when that happens, I crave a salad. My step-daughter said this place was great, so wanted to try it. Like $7 for a decent sized salad isn't bad at all. The ordering process was easy (though link from Yelp was broken) and got to put a good amount on it (like 4 toppings and 2 premium toppings, plus a protein for that price) The problems are 1) the salad dressings I really like consist of honey mustard, French, Italian, Catalina, or thousand Island in a pinch. Guess what they don't have... Any of those. They have a couple vinaigrettes which I don't like, ranch which I'm not a fan, and Cesar which I never liked either (think it's the after taste of the anchovy paste used in Cesar) making options very limited for me. 2) I love croutons, but the ones there have limited flavor and are very hard, so not the best croutons. But quality of the other ingredients are really good, and if had better other dressings and croutons, it would be amazing, especially for that price read more

When I think of fast food, I can name less than a handful of places that are considered healthy. This place takes that healthy alternative concept to a whole new level...drive thru salad spot! First of all, I love how the ingredients are so fresh! The salad itself has so many vibrant colors, so you know it's packed with your daily vitamin requirements. Most of the salads I've tried are less than 300 calories: Buffalo chicken, Thai, and Greek salads. My absolute favorite one is the Buffalo chicken salad. I love the crunchy croutons. The marinade for the Buffalo chicken is just so good! Toss in the blue cheese dressing, shake everything up, and it's the perfect lunch or dinner. I always pair my salad with their refreshing traditional lemonade. The lemonade is a must for the Texas heat! When the salad alone does not satiate, I also get their broccoli cheddar soup. Hi, I'm so glad I got a notification from Yelp about this fast salad option. I don't know about you, but I'm so sick of fast food that comes in a paper wrapper! My sweet hubs grabbed a Chicken Caesar salad from here for me today and YES!!! It was so refreshing and good, how can something so simple taste so good? They have a unique way of serving the salad, first of all, it IS a meal size portion, it comes in a domed container. You're asked to dispense the salad dressing on top of your salad, replace the lid, and shake it up. When I first saw the size of the salad, and then the size of the salad dressing, I wondered if it was going to be enough. I'm not one to drowned my lettuce, but I do like some dressing on each bite. The ratio was perfect for my liking. My Caesar salad also had a few grape tomatoes which I thought was interesting, and the diced cubed chicken was tasty too, I think if I were to order this for dinner, I might spring for a double protein portion, but it was adequate for lunch, and I got too full to finish the whole salad. But guys, this place has great prices, if I were to have gotten a comparable salad anywhere else, it would have been a few dollars more, this was $5.74 They also have breakfast, soups, wraps, kids meals, and a variety of specialty drinks like cucumber-mint lemonade. So for real, if you're on a budget, or focusing on eating better, give this place a try. I love the fact they are open from 7:00am to 9:00pm (in my area, North Fort Worth neck of the woods) so you can swing by and grab your breakfast and lunch! P.S. you can get a 24oz Cold brew coffee for a dollar, 1 BUCK! I haven't tried the breakfast menu yet, but it includes breakfast burritos and a couple of breakfast bowls. :) read more

Well, Salad and Go has pulled it off! Today I placed my first order (Breakfast burrito for the morning and a salad to eat later for lunch). I just finished lunch and I'm blown away. Everything tasted so fresh and it didn't feel like they skimped on quality or quantity anywhere. They give you enough salad that you will want to save some for later, but it's good enough, you may not be able to! Also, I am a vegetarian. I ordered my breakfast burrito highly customized (no egg, substitute sausage for tofu etc) I pretty much always expect my order to get screwed up. Nope! Everything as ordered and quickly. This place completely and utterly lives up to the hype. The salads are so fresh and they do NOT skimp on the protein selections at all. Very delicious, extremely fresh, really large, and so satisfying! I could honestly eat here every single day and never get tired of it. We have been hoping to get a great place like this. Love their breakfast burritos, always hot and fresh, I don't like having to pay extra for an additional salsa; but I know prices have increased on condiments. The only salad I don't recommend is the kale with sweet potatoes, the kale isn't always crisp and fresh. All the other salads are excellent and you get to pick your protein. To be honest, I was worried that one would not be big enough to fill me up for what they cost, so I ordered 2. I'll be heating one up for lunch today now because I'm stuffed. Great place however it's hit and miss with customer service. For example the mobile app ordering does not allow for you to give special instructions like if you order extra dressings you more than likely want them added to your salad or wrap but they always pit them in your bag. If you show up to pick up your order and decide you need a drink they will send you through the drive thru just to order a drink . How stupid is that? If I am right there standing at the window and no one is in back of me waiting to order why now take my order? At times staff have been rude and have literally walked away in the middle of me asking a question. When they are good they are really good but on bad days they are really bad. Customer service to me is more important than the product. read more
