Pretty good food but good luck trying to get an order delivered during dinner. I got put in hold for 15 frigging minutes. I called back and was put on hold yet again after explaining I had been holding for 15 minutes already. Its wonderful that they are busy but come on-have someone answer the phones. They should say "Delivery as long as we aren't busy." Overall, the food was pretty good not amazing. Overall, I will continue to get my thin style pizza from ifratelli's which sucks considering I live right across the street from this spot. read more

We were staying for a family vacation at Great Wolf Lodge just up the road from Palios 2 years ago when we first went. The food was top notch with great and friendly service. So, we went back again to GWL and once again hit Palios for lunch. My wife and I both got the lunch special (a great deal) and the pizza was fantastic with fresh toppings (I enjoyed artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and tomatoes). Girls loved their lunch, too. Pretty good, could use some work on their crust. However, we just tried calling to place an order and their phone number was incorrect. We kept getting the message saying, "the phone number you dialed is not a working number. Please check the number and dial again." The number we dialed was off their website. This place was recommended to me by the front desk agent at the Hyatt at the DFW hotel. The food was hot and it was delivered quickly. The pizza was not greasy and it wasn't too much bread. I had a pepperoni, pineapple, and sausage pizza. The toppings stayed on the pizza well. read more

I really enjoy this place. My family and I come here at least once a week. The pizza's not expensive, and yeah, it's made on a conveyor belt but that doesn't make for a bad pizza, and it certainly shouldn't be compared to a brick oven pizza that will cost you 2-3 times the price. I like the kids that work there. They're always very friendly and attentive. On Friday evenings during the summer, if you sit on the patio, you can watch the Grapevine fireworks to the north. I ordered two specialty pizzas and don't know if it only comes in thin crust or what but the guy that took my order didn't ask what style crust I wanted and when we got home realize it was thin crust, not a fan of thin crust. My husband and I had our first lunch date at the Palios off of 26 a while ago and we have been frequently since then. Love the food. I went to the Grapevine for the first time in a long time. Tonight I wanted to order a to go, no one answered the phone, it rang 30-40 times, so I did an online order. My husband went to pick it up, they don't have the order right, he has waited for 30 minutes when it was to ready when he arrived. This is a very convenient location for a Sunday evening quick gluten free meal, but this is not the first time we have experienced this at this location, the Colleyville location has always been consistent and clean. read more

Every visit brings a new pizza experience....and they are all good. I like the thin crispy crust....It's just enough to keep the pizza together while still allowing the focus to be more on the ingredients than tons of bread. The service is quick and if you have Groupon it is a great deal!! With Groupon we got an XL pizza, 2 drinks and a Greek Salad for $7....I paid $8 for Groupon ($20 credit)... So the whole meal was $15 and we had left over pizza!! Don't forget it's BYOB....bring your bottle of wine...they have the cork screw and wine glasses available for you. read more

I used a Groupon here, they did not honor it. They increased the price of my bill by eight dollars. They mis-quoted the price over the phone and also on the receipt that they printed and then billed me for a higher amount. This place is a rip off. The pizza takes a long time is just okay. We waited 2 hours (no joke) for our order- when we called 80 minutes in to check on our order status we were lied to and told the driver was in route. After speaking with the manager, I learned the order we placed on line was never processed, and they hadn't even started preparing the food. I was told they could get it ready and out within 30 minutes. I chose to cancel the order and asked for a refund. The manager I was speaking with didn't have the ability to do that so now I have to follow up tomorrow. We are new to the area and love the pizza but this location has the worst service. The order tonight was for my hubby's 35th birthday, and we are so sad. I wish there was a way to give a 0 Star Review, because I would have chosen that option. They should send someone to help me deal with a hungry 4 year old now. Ugh!!! read more

The king taste great, when it's cooked right. Last two times we have had it the toppings were raw! Raw onions, peppers, mushrooms, none of it was cooked. They are either having a hard time with a broken oven or the cook just doesn't care anymore. Something has gone wrong in that place and if they don't figure it out I'll never go back. read more

My family left the waterpark and one of the only places still left open on a Saturday night was this place. Two different staff members at the resort gave us the recommendation and we decided to go. We arrived at 9:15 and they close at 10. The girl at the front was great, made recommendations and greeted us. The cheese bread was great. The kids split a Graces / Cheese pizza. They devoured it. The lasagna was good, not as much filling or meet as I was expecting. But still good. The only downside was the guy cooking who clearly was not happy that we were there. 2 other parties arrived after us and you could clearly him complaining about "everyone" that shows up last minute. I'm sorry but if your hours say 10pm then you should expect people to come up to that point and be glad that customers are coming. Ruined our families night. read more

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE unless you want to pay for LESS THAN SUBPAR PIZZA!! OCT 9th Gone is what use to be one of the best places to get great pizza in Grapevine....I'm not sure sure what happened to this place, but let's start from the beginning: It took 13 minutes for someone to take our Togo order-No big they were beginning to get busy. NEXT: It took 34 minutes to get 2 pizzas. One small pizza and one large pizza. That was frustrating, but the small pizza was cold not warm but cold. My husband was going to get them to heat it up, but I shot that down, so we could get the heck out of there. On the ride to the house, I decide screw the cold pizza, I'm hungry so I'm going to eat a piece on the way home. I take a bite & realize the pizza is terribly chewy, spit that right out!!! We finally get home, open the pizza boxes & (this 100% solidified the downturn of this restaurant for me) there were no toppings on a King pizza. Those pizzas usually have toppings piled on the crust so much they're falling off the sides. This was the saddest looking pizza. Then the other pizza we ordered--cold, chewy. The food is okay; not great but not horrible. The service on the other hand is totally wretched. We dined in about a year ago and swore we would never go back. We decided to try delivery and it was even worse!! we placed our order at 6:30 p.m. On a Monday night, by 7:55 they still hadn't shown up.
