Pizza for dinner! First time at Palio's was certainly not a disappointment. Ordered online. Picked up 15 min later at dinner time. The location was easy to find in a strip center with parking in the front. We didn't eat in but there was a place to eat in and it appeared to be clean. The service was friendly. Pizza was hot, delicious and loaded with toppings. We got the King and it was perfectly cooked. We also got a side of their garlic sauce and ranch which complimented the pizza perfectly. It's hard to find a good pizza place in this area. This is our new go to!

Nice clean friendly Italian restaurant in a strip mall. Quick and easy counter ordering and they bring your food. The Arrabiata pasta was delicious!! Spicy cream sauce with sausage, chicken mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes, comes with light crispy cheesy bread. El Diablo pizza was delicious, we thought it would taste extra spicy it didn't but we just added extra peppers . The Molly pizza was very flavorful and I love that they put it on virgin olive oil and not Alfredo sauce. which is my preference. We found a great pizza spot to add to our list in Mansfield

I'm not sure what I was expecting but it wasn't what I got. This was the BEST pizza I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating either. I did get it to go. Service was straightforward, guy was polite. No complaints. I got the Hawaiian Sunrise, thick crust. Moment of silence it was that good. Pizza is my second favorite food, so yeah. They were also very generous with the toppings. I most certainly will be back, long drive and all. Yelpers if you've never been go NOW.

This was a pretty good restaurant. Very clean, very good service with the greeters and the servers. Everything tasted pretty good, the pizza crust was sort of tough. But the presentation was good as well as a couple of grey popping pink lemonade. If you're in Mansfield I suggest them fa sure.

One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. I ordered a veggie pizza which I give 5 . This pizza had more then what the average chain pizza gives you on a veggie pizza. The all meat pizza was good as well. The crust is thin and a little crispy. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, they aren't just another pizza shop. It's good to know that I have another choice for pizza, close to home.

They put out a dirty brown bucket of ice with a cup in it for everyone to use because the ice machine was broken. I watched a lady come up and get ice, hold her hand over the top of her cup to poor the water back in this bucket.....that other people then came and used after her. Even outside of that next level gross everyone picks up the cup and then puts it back in the ice. This is really unacceptable for a restaurant more or less in the middle of a pandemic. Unbelievably nasty. And don't get me started on the brown stained bucket they used.

Review on Delivery: called in for confirmation since I got notification of delivery estimated time to be we'll pass their closing hr, great customer service . Delivery was 1/2hr earlier than estimated time given so food arrive hot and ready to consume Pizza: I got the half/half both size really fresh AND yummilicious. Calzone: is even more amazing . Definitely will be my go-to for pizza deli

The pizza that this is place is amazing! The crust the thin and very crispy just like we like it. We tried the veggie pizza also and it was loaded with flavor and the veggies were not raw or hard. It is BYOB which is great if you want a good bottle of wine with your meal. We will be back often! read more

We went to Palio's to celebrate my nephew's birthday and the pizza I ordered was served in a timely manner. The ingredients were fresh. This pizza is amazing! Trying to decide who to have deliver to us, and it was between here and one of the major chains. I compared prices between Palio's and the mega-chain. It was something like $3 more for Palio's, and it was well worth it - we ordered the king (I think it was called) - the pizza with everything. Then I tried to order a medium pepperoni, but the guy on the phone told me of a special that would actually make a large a better deal. Sold! And I'm glad we did - that pizza was so good, I've been eagerly awaiting the next time we will order pizza because I can't wait to have some more Palio's!!! read more

I don't know what I'd do without Palio's pizza. Their incredible variety of gourmet pizzas are out of this world. Palio's isn't "fast food" but it's definitely worth any kind of wait. My absolute favorite pizza is the Molly's and I like to add extra fresh garlic to it. You really cannot go wrong with any pizza you choose here. read more

I was a frequent diner here, the Calzones are great and they have a lot of Gluten Free options. Today I got very ill after eating a GF Calzone, my husband and son ate a regular one and were fine. I hadn't eaten anything since this morning. I called to let Palio's know, they said that unfortunately there is no way for them to prove it was there food so there's nothing they could do and they do everything they can to serve the highest quality ingredients. I must say I was very disappointed, even a slight acknowledgment that something had went wrong or assurance they would review their stock would have been appropriate. Very disappointed, be careful ordering there. I probably won't be going back for sheer lack of ownership/empathy. read more

This is our go to Sunday evening delivery place, but we have also dined-in. What a great BYOB little gem in our town. Their gluten free options are the best gluten free crusts I've ever tasted. The quatro-formaggio on gluten free crust is outstanding. I highly recommend Palio's. Prices could be considered high for pizza, but well worth it in my opinion, and delivery can be slow, but in-house dining has a quicker turnaround. Yummy spot! read more

Very good, we were tired and the pizzas really hit the spot. The pricing is interesting. A small with pepperoni is almost the same price as a fully loaded small. I think I would have ordered one of the other ones, and saved half for the next day. Really loved the sauce, toppings and crust. Very tasty! read more

Husband was in a meeting longer than expected and with no car, I was literally stranded in my hotel with my 2 young kiddos. We were getting pretty hungry and so I turned to Yelp to see what was near... This place came up, everything looked good and when I checked out there website I saw I was able to order and pay online. I ordered and got an confirmation email that said my delivery time was 70 minutes. Being a little too long of a wait for me, I called the restaurant and told them I needed to cancel due to the wait time posted but they were so nice and clarified that was just a default online wait time and my order was actually already in the oven! Super nice and the delivery girl even brought it all the way up to my room! So sweet! Pizza tasted great, had really good flavor and not heavy or greasy at all. My kids devoured the breadsticks and marinara. I wish we were staying in town longer, we would have definitely ordered again! read more

There are daily specials, a lunch menu (that has strict hours). I don't believe I saw pizza in the menu, but there are all sorts of pasta dishes, sandwiches, steaks, chicken dishes, seafood dishes, and other Italian entrees. The menu isn't too lengthy. In fact, I would say it's relatively small for most Italian restaurants. There is plenty of win, beer, and other drink options, as well as desserts The ambiance is fairy dark and intimate. We went on a Friday and there was live music, but the acoustics of the open layout made it challenging to hear the person next to you let alone the performer The service was fine. We were given the complimentary garlic bread, which was tasty and plentiful, but a little salty. Servers kept coming by to refill our water, but not our server. In fact, it took way longer than we expected to get our meal, which our server brought, and then we didn't see our server again for 30min or more to ask for a box. We weren't checked in on. The server was loud, and made jokes/small talk, but we didn't feel overly taken care of. Also, you are given the option of soup or salad with most all the entrees, and we were told there was only ranch and Italian dressings and then we overheard the server next to us tell another table there was honey mustard and other dressings. Also, someone at our table wanted French and onion soup and thought that's what they were getting, but the "onion soup" was a cream of onion soup. We couldn't inquire more about if this was a mixup because our server was no where to be found The food was fine. Again, certain portions were a little salty. The lasagna was a huge disappointment. I expect layers or noodles and there were none to be found. The noodles, if they were noodles, were the consistency of melted mozzarella. It was nice to see the owner, Richie, who is very personable and cares about the food that comes out of "his" kitchen. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan with Ziti, Lasagna, Chicken Dianna, Mushroom Ravioli in a white creamy sauce, and large Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza. All were delicious and "huge." After attacking our meals, we still have plenty for at least a second dinner for the five of us tomorrow. Pictures attached, Villa Dianna will be closed from July 29th - August 15th to attend a family celebration - wedding. Wishing Richie and his Villa Dianna family continued success.

I didn't get to try the thick crust pizza since it takes about 45 minutes, but that just gives me a reason to come back!

The Cesar salad dressing is apparently made in house. Oksana made sure to go out of her way to make sure things went well this time. We went at an off time which I think made all the difference. We were the only ones there besides a lady at the bar. They could work on the ambiance a bit. I would the staff is professional. I don't know if that's because we had a bad experience the other day and thought we would complain again. Except for that and the chipped saucer things went well. I'm glad to know when to go. Definitely not when they're busy. But the shrimp are huge! We couldn't finish our food but gladly took it home. We will likely roll the dice again. We just know what to order when we go.

Too much olive oil on the salmon and veggies, but a good flavor. Grilled veggies were ok, just too much oil for my taste. Service was friendly and quick. Overall a great an experience.

I called in our order, which included gyoza, potstickers, crab rangoon, two Alaska rolls, a Samurai roll, a Seattle roll, and a shrimp dinner plate with fried rice. The restaurant had everything ready exactly when they said they would, which was greatly appreciated after a long day exploring Dallas. Overall, the food tasted fresh and well prepared across the board. My personal favorites were definitely the crab rangoon along with the Samurai and Seattle rolls. Everything hit the spot and it seemed like everyone in the group thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Even as takeout, the quality held up really well, always a good sign for sushi. I'd definitely order from here again and would love to dine in sometime in the future!

This is a nice little pizza place to take your family to or just go for a quick lunch. My kids love it they have great pizza. I like that they caught a pizza café because I never heard of one of those before. If you're in the mood for a quick pizza or to take one home this is the place to go. They also make great leftovers. My kids of the pizza for breakfast sometimes. read more

The chicken... the pepperoni... the sauce... the grease.... It's all absolutely phenomenal. I feel weird mentioning how good their Caesar salad is after raving about their pizza, but yeah it's good too. Only thing keeping there rating at 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact they skimp on the chicken, yet charge me for two toppings when I order chicken. Come on guys!! read more
