I like how expansive the menu is, you can go multiple times in a week and feel like you got a different meal. They are pretty quick in there considering the amount of people during the lunch time rush. There is seating both inside and outside and they'll call your name when your food is ready. I really enjoyed my cheese quesadilla along with the mozzarella sticks.

I ate so fast the veggie burger. It was really good. Right proportion of lettuce and tomatoes and buns to patty. Good sauce inside that I didn't need to add more. Curly fries were good, too. Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Right about of spice. Hits the spot after a hike.

Palisades garden cafe has been a staple in the palisades for decades now. Last week was my first time back since the palisades fire, and it was amazing to see the cafe still standing strong, serving as a beacon for the community. The first time I stumbled across this uber-local cafe, I had just completed a hike at point dume. And I still remember the palisades garden cafe being a highlight of our day, as portions are hearty and delicious. This visit, what we ordered for the table: 1. Onion rings, accompanied by a house ranch - fresh and crispy...everything onion rings should be! 2. Wagyu burger - new on the menu, and so gourmet! Genuinely a great, juicy burger. 3. Chicken pesto ciabatta - healthy and satisfying. 4. Cajun fries with cheese dip - loved the seasoning for the Cajun dip, but preferred dipping in ranch over using the cheese sauce. 5. Everything juice - healthy and fresh. Loved the comfy outdoor cafe seating as well. Will continue coming back to this staple cafe. Easy street parking.

Glad I got to check this spot out, apparently it's really popular and a long standing eatery here in Pacific Palisades. Their menu is extensive and definitely easy to find something you're going to like. I really like the space, really modern and found a table to sit at. Definitely enjoyed all of my food! What I got: Cheese fries (nacho cheese): golden crispy fries topped with nacho cheese goodness, nostalgic from childhood days eating cheese fries back after my little league baseball game days, it just feels comforting. Tater tots: the ultimate comfort side food, little potato goodness with a crispy outer layer. Chicken pesto Sandwich: love me some good pesto and with chicken, it was so delicious and had to finish eating it Turkey Burger: it was actually juicy, full of flavor and worth every bite Mango green tea, light and refreshing, great little pick me up. Strawberry matcha with Oat: so smooooth, creamy and earthy with some strawberry flavor. I need to go back and try other menu items especially the smoothies! So are you ready to brunch your way here?!?! Tip: it's located near a school, so try to avoid going on weekdays after 3pm because it gets packed with students and gets really noisy.

Quaint neighborhood cafe. There is seating inside and out but it is limited. Prices are reasonable. We had the cheeseburger, zucchini sticks, tater tots, breakfast burrito, and wings. Everything was excellent. Loved the breading on the zucchini sticks...not too heavy. The breakfast burrito was delish. Perfect scrambled eggs, crisp bacon and potatoes inside and they give you both a red sauce and green . The burger was yummy...burger patty was flavored well and had a nice toast to the bun. Pastries were yummy. The only thing we didn't enjoy too much was the wings...they were still good...but a little too sweet for our taste. This place gets busy, so it did take long to get our food...20 minutes . Order at the counter and then find a seat.

Food was super good and a pretty good price for LA! Very nice little spot downtown with a nice patio and sitting area. People working were nice as well.

Palisades Garden Cafe is a staple in the neighborhood and delivers on its reputation. The menu is expansive, providing something for everyone. Not only that, but the prices of everything are super competitive. The food was amazing and such good value. We had a little bit of everything - the western burger, turkey pesto cranberry sandwich, curly fries, mozzarella sticks - and loved it all. The atmosphere is super inviting as well, with great outdoor seating available. I can't wait to be back.

Amongst a burned down town, you'll find the famous palisades garden cafe. There are so few places up and running for lunch and it's so fortunate they stayed standing! My go-to is the chicken pesto sandwich it is so amazing! You can get anything in a sandwich or wrap and they just do it so well here! Sooo sad they don't sell brownies anymore it was my favorite! (Pls bring it back!) I highly recommend whether you're eating in or taking to go, you support local and try this cafe it's fantastic! I always order the sandwich platter it's great for my events!

A small cafe that has American food, Mexican, and Korean. I have only stopped here for drinks or pastries, but service is fast and it's easy to swing by. I got a Danish pastry and a cinnamon roll. Note: the cinnamon roll has raisins.

this quaint Café near the beach is perfect for brunch and so popular with locals, and for good reason. The handcrafted drinks were amazing (the Matcha was very good quality), and the Café staples were elevated in a way that made them unique to other café food. For instance, instead of a regular turkey sandwich, I chose the turkey sandwich with pesto and cranberry, a delicious combination. I also really enjoyed the Nashville fries which were seasoned and mildly spicy, and perfect to dunk into their cheese sauce. Parking is street parking only, it seems, but there were spots available when I visited during the week.

Terrible customer service. The guy at the front was a C##t not even to talk about the quality of food for the palisades is terrible , with the insane prices of the food you would expect the customer service and quality of food to be a lot better

I got the breakfast quesadilla, which looks like a burrito but actually is a quesadilla wrapped up with all the other listed ingredients inside, especially pico de gallo and avocado. The fruit was pineapple and strawberries and grapes and other good fruit, not just honeydew and cantaloupe. Fresh squeezed orange juice was totally worth it too. Their lattes are MASSIVE. Paying and tipping with the server standing right there is somewhat awkward but the service was so fast and good that I was going to tip well anyway. It took a while to get seated (to be expected - since this spot is literally on the beach, it was bound to be busy), so we grabbed drinks and sat next to the check in stand for a bit while we waited. I had a froze (sooo good) and my friend had a frozen margarita (also good, and very strong!). The guys had beers, and it was nice to just sit and relax. When our table was ready, we were brought outside and it was so nice to sit on the beach and eat our food. My husband and I split the fish tacos and the chicken salad sandwich - the fish tacos were better IMO, but both were good! Not the most amazing food I've ever had, but perfectly good for what we were looking for. The view was worth it, and the prices actually weren't too bad either. This is a great spot to bring people from out of town! The food is perfectly fine, but the location makes it worth it. We will be back!

I came with my trained 3 lb service dog. She doesn't eat regular dog food, so when we're out, I share food with her that is suitable for her. The manager refused to let me feed her even while sitting outside. I was told to finish my meal, order her food to go, leave the café, and only then feed her. They even charged 50 cents for water for my service dog. It's not about 50 cents. It's about what happened to basic kindness and hospitality. The same attitude applies to the dinner menu. Dinner starts at exactly 5 PM, and even at 4:50 they refuse to take your order until the clock hits 5. Rules are rules, but hospitality without common sense or compassion stops feeling like hospitality. For years, this was a place where I felt comfortable and welcome. Now I'm genuinely sad that I no longer have a place I loved coming back to, simply because I can't sit outside, enjoy my meal, and feed my tiny service dog beside me. Five years of loyalty, and today I walked away feeling completely unwelcome. That is the most disappointing part.

They were told they could, and were ushered in, but, when the staff saw they had kids, they were told they couldn't sit at the bar if they had children. The family were disappointed, but were happy to rejoin the line -- until the female server told them they had to go all the way to the back of the line, which now stretched down the street! The dad tried to reason with them, and ask to rejoin the line behind us, but the server got rude and angry and made them go all the way to the back of the line. Albeit I'll take hot and fresh over sitting under a heat lamp every time, so I didn't mind waiting. Looking at the menu, I saw pizza but if I'm being honest, I would stick with their burgers, sandwiches, chicken fingers. They also had a variety of sweet treats and ice cream. For dinner, I ordered a Malibu Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a churro for dessert along with a bottle of water. The sandwich was topped with lettuce, tomato, and onion and they asked if I'd like any sauce with it. I was impressed, the sandwich was pretty good and surprisingly filling!
