The location is cute and they have it decorated nicely. You barely remember that you are sitting next to the curb and busy street. I ordered the Caprese omelet and immediately I was disappointed. I have a pet peeve about basil. For $24 I got a few strings, literally a few thin strings, of basil. That does not make it a Caprese. Breakfast for our first day of vacation! My husband found this cute little place! They say us outside on a covered patio, lovely weather so it was perfect! I loved the fresh roses on each table! They had so much to choose from on the menu! My husband and son got the traditional eggs, bacon, potatoes, and blueberry pancakes Orange juice that tasted like out was fresh squeezed there! Delicious My daughter got the asparagus soup of the day, and my older son and I got the tortilla soup! So the tortilla soup was freaking great! We both loved it! My daughter said how wonderful hers was with every bite!! The pancakes were so fresh and delicious with the side of fluffy eggs it was perfect! Now it was a little pricy, but what could you expect so close to the beach!! Went to the restroom and it was such a shock to see additional seating and a whole other kitchen decorated so beautifully! Update: Originally my review was 5 stars but I soon realized afterwards that my decaf coffee was not decaf. I am very sensitive to caffeine. I asked if they had decaf and they said yes but it doesn't seem that way. Based on other reviews it's not the first time this mistake has been made. If you're like me definitely double check before drinking! Original review: I've been wanting to check out this beachside coffee shop for quite a while since I always pass by on bike rides. The staff greeted me and were super friendly. I came 30 min before closing but they were still cooking up meals and since I had my bike with me I opted for a croissant and coffee to-go. The croissant was warmed up for me and very buttery and flaky!! The coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness - I ordered a decaf vanilla latte. Their patio is super nice if you want to dine in. It is covered and has a cute design. Prices are higher than expected but probably because of the high rent for the area!! I have nothing bad to say!
