I love Neto's cafe for breakfast and lunch! Best breakfast and lunch burritos! They were located on West Channel at the Canyon square but now they are near the volleyball courts on Will Rogers beach. Better location! You can have breakfast or lunch and sit on the beach!

Amazing red chilaquiles and eggs. Very reasonable prices. Owned by a wonderful family. They're on the corner of Centinela Ave and Venice Blvd on Thursday & Friday mornings until 1pm.

This place is a HIDDEN gem! The sign outside just says "breakfast burritos" and I thought that sounds good at 2pm haha turns out they ran out of breakfast burritos. Which was fine :) I tried the carne asada burrito and it was delicious!!! The meat was well flavored, the burrito was lightly toasted and the sauces are AMAZING!! I got the green and red sauce to try. Wow!! Home made style. Kinda on the pricy end but eh you're in Santa Monica boarder line Malibu. $14 burrito. The only thing I would say is the burrito is a tad skinny. If you're starving to death, you might need two.

Veggie breakfast bowl serves over greens! So I can keep walking a few more miles, it's a good amount t of deliciousness!

My Saturday and Sunday stop on my morning walks! Mostly just for an iced tea and a quick hello with the lovely family that owns it! But when I'm hungry to Veggie Breakfast Bowl can't be beat! It's the best part of my morning walk

Food Truck offers a delicious Chorizo Burrito, but it's on the pricey side at $16. The small seating area outside an art gallery adds a unique touch to the dining experience.

The breakfast burrito was on fire! They also have veggie options, pancakes and French toast. Such a gem of a place with a relaxing ambiance. Ps, coffee truck adjacent. Sooo good!

Every Saturday and Sunday this lovely family turns out amazing food. My favorite is the fresh mahi mahi fish taco, my partner loves the veggie bowl, and everyone raves about the Cassina burrito. It's delicious food made and served with kindness.

Today I had their fish taco--with no exaggeration the best I have ever had. Fresh fish. Terrific.

I used to go to the location on Montana back in the day, and this is my first time visiting their downtown SM location! Food, as I remember, was very delicious with great variety and care put in for each dish! The waiter was also extremely accommodating of my many allergies and would often ask the kitchen if the items I ordered were free from my allergens or modified it too! I do miss their cafe menu with the sandwiches and soup specials, but all of their food is just as great quality as I remember! The renovation is beautiful too, very trendy!

TLDR: Price to Quality, there are better options in Santa Monica…read more I ordered the Korean fried chicken bites, chorizo Benedict, and some coffee Coffee was okay but not great. A little on the watery side. Chicken bites came out in about 15 minutes. The coating had a very satisfying crunch, very saucy, but fell off the chicken easily and was a bit salty. This is a messy dish for sure. You will get your hands dirty! Chorizo Benedict came out about 30 minutes after order. Not great honestly. Portion size was generous. The eggs were poached decently, still runny, but the chorizo itself was bland and rather dry. The potatoes were room temperature. The bread a bit too chewy. Not AT ALL spicy. Super light on the pico de gallo. The service was rather slow for not being very busy. They didn't appear to be understaffed either. The location itself is cozy and not too loud, which is nice! Short walk from down town. The staff was kind, but boy were they slow. From being seated to paying for my meal was well over an hour! Automatic 2.5% "service fee" total was $46.50 before tip. I don't think I'll be returning unfortunately. The search for a good Benedict in LA area continues!

This place is charming and we got sat indoors overlooking the pool. It really felt like I was in another city somewhere. The servers and hosts were very attentive and very helpful answering any questions. Everything everyone ate look absolutely fantastic. Drinks: sunset spritz was a wonderful spin on the classic aperol but it had Vodka in it so it gave it an extra kick, but did not taste boozy. I also had the cucumber marg and our server asked me if I would like some Jalapeno slices in it and it really elevated the whole experience. Apps: the PEI mussels were beautifully arranged and the curry sauce that it in was very flavorful. I highly recommend this as a starter. The steak tartar was a whole show, the server walked out with a glass case that was ultra smoky, which they opened in front of you. It was a dinner and a show!! The tartar was very delicious. If you're a tartar fan, you have to get this. Wedge salad deserves it's only paragraph! It was huge, the pecans were a nice touch. I am not a fan of blue cheese dressing but it was not at all over powering. It was absolutely incredible. Mains: we ordered the branzino and these short ribs and both were cooked to perfection. The branzino had a perfect char to the skin and the server recommended the short ribs with mashed potatoes versus what it comes with which was shave carrots. The majority of the food and drinks were on special that ended 6 p m. If you do go I highly recommend going before 6. You can also valet your car and it's also discounted if you're there 2 hours or less. I will absolutely be coming back for happy hour again. Maybe even brunch!
