These ladies are so great. The place is super clean and the doors are closed and sealed once disinfected. The beds they have are are great variety and decently priced for packages. Spray tans are also a decent price. Easy parking in the back and currently not busy. I needed a tan so I could pretend that I get outside even though the Rona says otherwise. I have really enjoyed my time coming here so far! All of the staff are so kind and informed about tanning and their beds. With covid being such an issue, I personally was hoping they had a strong sanitation ritual and they do! The package (that was a special) was fairly priced for all the benefits. Worst customer service here. They have been harassing me for payment when I havnt been in the salon for over 4 months. I broke my ankle and they have the nerve to ask me for payment every month. Now that I have cancelled my card to be charged they are harassing me every day. With 5 calls a day trying to collect payment when I havnt even been there. What is wrong with these people and why are they harassing me? They need to be way more professional. How are you going to tell me to come in and sign a contract to cancel my membership when I had a broke Ankle? Make it make sense. This place is not it. read more

Dear Sirs: First I want to cancel my membership at Palm Beach Tan Beverly Hills, since I've been unsuccessful to cancel it online and they are OVERCHARGING ME TWICE EVERY MONTH. I was overcharged twice for the last 3 months, at least . I spoke with the Manager, Jacob at that location and he suggest I send him the screen shots of the bank statments showing the mistake from your accounting. I DID and I haven't got a refund yet. He also suggested that I cancel my membership online ,which I try but the system is not letting use the ONLINE contact communication tool. So please DO BOTH, cancel my membership and please make a refund to my bank from where you were overcharging my account. I only looked for the past three months, but so far you owe me at least 240 dollars. Please do so ASAP. I'm concerned I left messages to corporate, the salon twice, sent two emails to the email provided my manager in that location and they were not communicated to management on time and when I was able to speak to Jacob the manager, I did what he suggested immediately but I haven't heard yet. Hello! I would like to complain! I was visiting this salon on Saturday 10/29/2022, around 4.45 pm. The man who was working at the desk asked me just about membership and did not provide any information about your bed machine, how strong they are or not. He did not ask about my skin conditions, he did not provide ANY information. He did not provide any professional recommendations! So, my skin is burned, I have constant pain, and I could not sit, lie, wear clothes, work, or sleep! Just because the tan bed was so strong!as I could not know! It was my first visit! Palm Beach Tan is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I was charged for two months of my membership during COVID, even though I was told my account was frozen. The city of Beverly Hills where I tan is extremely strict and Los Angeles as a whole is super confusing with regard to what is open and what isn't. I was told my account would be frozen, but was never told it would be unfrozen and I'd be charged again. I called very kindly and calmly, had to run after the district manager for days before she finally took my call, only to be told they'd only refund me one month and not the full two. She even AGREED with me that it wasn't right I wasn't made aware I'd be charged again, but refused to help me. Only to offer me store credit and merchandise. This is unacceptable!! During a worldwide pandemic, it is disgusting that I was not immediately refunded!!!! I have officially canceled my membership, so in the long run they have lost the very expensive monthly payment of mine moving forward. I've been a member for the past 5-6 years, and now NO MORE! This is how you treat loyal customers, no thank you!!! I have already contacted my credit card to get my money back, which I was assured I will. I was helped by a young man in the front named Trevor - he suggested a spray level based on my skin tone and it came out amazing. have been coming to this location for 3 years without ever having an issue. past few months new hire always gives me an issue when i come in to tan. came in today after a long day at work about 7 minutes before close and asked if i could quickly spray to which i was told i wasn't allowed because of the time, then asked if i would be able to use the bed and was told i only could do 5 minutes. not sure what the point of advertising you're open until 8 is for if you have employees closing down prior to but it's highly unprofessional and definitely will result in loss of revenue. i could understand if there was a significant wait but with no line and all machines open, what does it take out of you to do your job you are paid to do and receive benefits for? read more

As a spray tan virgin, I was a little hesitant, but the staff explained all the options for color and shades and insured me that I wouldn't come out overly 'tanned.' Went with the Mystic Tan and I couldn't be happier. Very easy to use machine and the results are legit. I feel like a new woman! I don't understand the negative reviews about the customer service? I went in on a Tuesday at 4PM and there were three people working at the front desk. Jessica helped me out and she was AWESOME. Thoroughly explained everything, helped me pick out the right color for my skin and even comped me a couple add-ons. She was extremely professional and easy to work with.
