Hi- visited the salon on 02/28/2026 and were treated very poorly by the girl that was working with…read moreblond and black hair and make up that was way too heavy- anyway we had an email for one "choose any service free- once every 365 days" - she asked if we have been there- my daughter stated a few years ago- she then stated she wasn't going to honor our coupon due to being there before- even though we showed the email that states can be used once every 365 days- she then stated my daughter could use a regular bed- we left due to the horrible customer service- left and went to the Bella Terra location where Emily was more than happy to help us get our free spray tans and stated that we COULD use our coupon thats honorable once every 365 days- I wouldn't go to this sugarland location if you are looking for a place to tan- nobody deserves that kind of treatment- Emily needs a raise and maybe she could train this location how to act like adults- do better sugarland! One bad employee can really put a bad taste in your mouth, so I don't think I will be back. Pros: - Always super clean. - Reasonable pricing. - The two blonde girls that are usually working are very friendly and knowledgeable. Cons: - I signed up specifically for level 3 membership back in April to be able to tan in room 1, but only got to use it a handful of times. It has been down for some time now. There is one other lay down bed on this level membership, but the fans don't work so it's like an oven. - The tall brunette that was working the past 2 times I went in was very sassy and at times flat out rude. Made a big deal about me coming in 20 minutes before they closed and even though I left before their posted closing time, she was annoyed to have to unlock the door to let me out. Easily avoidable if you don't lock the door prior to your posted closing time ‍
