They were able to set up the food truck/trailer in front of the garage with easy access for guests to order from the menu and get served fresh hot food. It was a perfect set-up. The whole experience was amazing beyond description, but let's start with the food - absolutely delicious. The variety of flavorful empanada choices will satisfy everyone, from adults to kids, from meat-lovers to vegetarians. The beans and rice as a side fits the bill, as does the optional cheese fries. They also serve funnel fries for dessert, which taste just like the funnel cake at your favorite festival. Last for our party, they tested a new offering - apple pie fritters, which were a huge hit amongst everyone - to the point where they graciously kept the kitchen open to make enough for everyone. Thanks to Josh and Frank of Empanadas Kings, everyone was well fed and happy, and the guests universally praised the effort long after they packed up for home.
