Went in for an oil change on my KIA last week and due to them going through an audit they were unable to do one for me and I was not contacted ahead of time. The Service Advisor came to my rescue and scheduled one for Monday. Thanks to Steve Guevara they got me in right away and completed an oil change and multi point inspection. At the end they even washed my car for me. Due to the mix up he even had them do the oil change for free. Compared to my last visit with the previous owners I had not planned on returning but was told that the dealership was under new ownership so thought I would give them a try. Made an appointment for 10AM (right when they open) to test drive and discuss a used car they had in stock. Appointment was made via their website, verified with personal text correspondence with their scheduler. Called the morning of the appointment before leaving, no answers. Drove 62 miles and arrived on time at 10AM Manager tells me that they were opened until 12:30AM the previous night and that they had sold the car that I was to test drive. Said that I could look at their inventory and that they'd give me a "deal" for coming out. Should've just offered to pay for my gas instead of making it contingent upon me buying something from them. We drove 90 mins to be at the store first thing, upon opening on Saturday morning. Started to check in and report what was going on with the car. Person in service that was not working with us came in and started asking "who has the K900?" We said that was us. Service Rep goes on telling us "we don't work on that model, our techs are not certified". Now I appreciate that this was recognized, however the next question we asked immediately caused this negative review. We asked "Who is certified to work on the K900, it's a Kia, you're a Kia dealer??" The answer we got was "no idea, you'd have to call around !! ". Really? Fortunately another rep in the department recognized that this was not a good answer. This rep immediately made a call and found us another dealer that is certified on the K900. He alone got this review a star added to prevent a one star rating. read more

How can a warranty only cover partial parts of the engine doesn't make no sense and they are trying to over charge me for prices on parts. We need to open a case on this dealership there is something going on here that clearly isn't right. I brought my car here because it has been diagnosed by two shops (I paid both over $120 to do so) and it was concluded that my car needed a new engine. Thank goodness it was still under warranty, so I was able to take it to Kia. After having it towed there, I was told that it would be 4-5 days before the car could even be seen for diagnostics (which would cost $180). On day 5, I decided to call to check since I had heard nothing. It was a Thursday. I was then told that my car had been pulled into the shop that morning, but no one would get to it until Monday or Tuesday. That's almost 2 weeks just for the car to be looked at! The wife and I visited the dealership Thursday 03/21/2024 and was greeted by sales rep Robert Cunningham and we were interested in a KIA Telluride and a SX Prestige with an MSRP of $52.775. I told him I would pay $300 over dealer invoice basically a COSTO deal. We had two trades both paid for a 2023 Ram 1500 Chew Cab with only 2300 miles and i wanted $40K and a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek with only 3500 miles and i wanted $23.5K. I told Robert I would be back the next day Friday with both paid off titles and any nonsense as i call it monkey motion we would walk. I was offered $31K for our Ram a real low ball offer and i told them it was a joke and they came back with an offer of $39K witch i agreed and an offer of $23.5 on the Subaru which i agreed. I was showed a work sheet with the full MSRP $52.775 and a fee for $900 for catalytic converter Vin # etched on it. I refused and they came back with a counter offer of $400 and refused again and no way i would pay for something that took about 5 min with an etching pen. the dealer would not negotiate off the full sticker price so we walked out after approx 6 hours of time wasted. I would advise going to high volume dealer in the valley or L.A. area and not waste your time at this dealer ship. We were very impressed with the salesman Robert Cunningham and his product knowledge and professional manner but not all impressed with sales manager. read more

There is a reason not to purchase a car in the Antelope Valley and Rally Kia is one of the reasons why. I was "kicked out" of the dealership for two major reasons: dealer said my credit score was "too low" and no one would finance me. Two, I'm unemployed. First of all, my credit score is at the national average. Not the best, but definitely not too the point where no one would do business with me (more on that shortly). So they were wrong there. Also, I am an employed substitute teacher! Because of this Covid-19 crap, we're not working right now. However, I have a job to go back to. Feeling somewhat dejected, I went to Car Pros Glendale and looked for the same car, a 2020 Forte, and ended up leaving in a 2020 optima. If you exclude the test drivei was in and out in 2hours. The sales people were the exact opposite of what I experienced at Rally. They were courteous, respectful, the sales person, Mike, introduced me to both of his manager's and kept me n the loop with the whole process. I really think that all of you at Rally Kia need to take a moment and retrain your staff on customer service because this is something you've absolutely failed at with me. Just got done test driving an EV6 GT-Line AWD at this dealership. I was drawn in by the reasonable pricing shown on their website. I made an appointment to work with JC, but when I arrived (on time) I was told he wouldn't be in for another hour, so started working with a Ricardo. The car was what I wanted, but when we got down to discussing the pricing they refused to honor the price on the website. The $53k and change shown on the website for the exact model and color I was interested in, somehow shot up to $66k, plus another $4k of "dealer options" that was no more than door edge guards and a nitrogen tire fill. After a few rounds of negotiation I just walked out, there's no way to get a good deal here. Terrible experience. read more

First time I asked for the service department and they sent me to them but it kept ringing and ringing and no response. I called back and the gentleman that answered I told him what happened that it just kept ringing and he did not even say bye or anything and just transferred me again. Very rude. I called back to the same gentleman and said you transferred me and now the voice box is filled. Basically he told me he couldn't do anything about it he's a different department he's in the sales. I had my car towed to the service department on Monday. They told me it would be 2-3 days for it to be looked at. I gave it a few days today is Thursday. When I called to check the status of the vehicle the person who has my paperwork for the vehicle isn't in the office. So I walked into this place looking to buy a car. I overheard a man yelling at another employee. I asked an associate who that was, and he said, "That's Dennis, the general manager." He was belittling an employee and calling him stupid in broad daylight in front of everyone. The things that were said were so unprofessional. Even if the man in question accidentally bumped a car into the wall or glass, I still believe this was uncalled for and flat out mean. I would never shop here or do business with these people. If they can't respect the people they work with every day, what makes me think they have my best interest at heart? I don't feel comfortable spending thousands of my hard-earned dollars here. I hope that the employee files a lawsuit for discrimination. He appeared to be Hispanic, and with what the general manager said, it could be considered racist. I won't repeat it here. Beware, do not shop here, especially if you're Latino. If I were the owner, I would make sure Dennis is dismissed. This morn i had an appointment to have my 2018 kia soul serviced for a code P0011. My first visit, coming from Mojave, I was told I would need to leave my car for a week or two to have it serviced, due to the backlog they were experiencing??? I ask to speak with the manager, which the ofc gal went to bring back. The ofc gal came back stating that the manager would try to get to the diagnostic test done by the end of the day with no guarantee. The manager did not make a effort to even speak with me. My old car was about 11 years old with roughly 220,000 miles and needed to be replaced. After selling the car at another place, I went to Rally Kia and the car-buying process went smoothly. I pre-applied online for the credit and know I have an excellent credit score so my monthly payment is exactly +/- 67¢ what I estimated it to be. The entire process lasted roughly 2.5 hours. Robert was my salesperson and he did a great job, friendly and not pushy at all. Also, they (both Kia and Rally) ran a hard inquiry on my credit report and my score went down 5 pts, but I'm still at "excellent" territory. Tl;dr: Pre-apply online for credit to save time at the dealership, and know your credit score and what you're worth. read more

Every time it take well over the estimated time of one and a half to two hours (which realistically is already really long for a service that take 15 minutes to perform). This time it took 3-1/2 hours. When confronted about it, the service advisor deadpan told me that they overbook on purpose and essentially if I don't like it I can go elsewhere. So I will. read more

Beware! If you want to buyout your lease, DO NOT COME HERE. Was there to get the buyout paperwork for my Kia lease since I would be going through my credit union. I believe the guy helping me was Andrew Fernandez. He tried to tell me I had to pay $2000 more than the buyout amount given by Kia's online department. He was trying to tell me I had to pay the last payment (which was a lie because the last payment was paid in February since the lease is up in March), a $400 buyout fee that was in my contract (but had already been included in the final buyout amount so he was adding it again), a $450 dealership processing fee (for DMV fees that are only $30 through my credit union), and taxes (which was already included in the final amount so he was trying to charge me taxes on top of taxes). I left the dealer frustrated after an hour of him going back and forth to bargain with me. I called the Kia buyout department today and it took less than 5 minutes. They will fax over a buyout packet to my credit union with the final amount, which is $2000 less than what he was telling me. read more

Where do I start... This car dealership pretty much scammed me out of 2000 down payment and came and towed the car I purchased 2 months ago at night without notice. There reason was they said the finance company(bank) no longer wanted to finance me the vehicle and for no reason. That unfortunately is rare but it's legal however it's been a week and a half now and they are refusing to give me my down payment of $2000. They keep giving me the runaround saying ""The vehicle is still at the tow yard and also staying I must pay for the tow and storage of the vehicle . They also lied and said they gave me 2 copy's of the keys which is false so they are also charging me $500 for a key that I never was given. They're trying to find any reason not to give me my down payment back which is ridiculous I took very good care of the car I had seat covers and kept the car very very clean so I think I deserve at least my down payment back. Also they delivered my car to my house with a young car salesman which is illegal in the state of California. The general managerist be the employee to deliver the vehicle. They never provided me with a copy of my contract which is very strange and sketchy and once they picked up the car and took it from my possession I was supposed to receive paperwork explaining that the contract is no longer void. Because of this scandalous dealership I have lost several days of work and can barely pay my bills due to the sudden toe of the car that I purchased legally. They are a scam and they knew I was going to exercise my rights as a consumer which is why they came and took the car back. When I called to speak to a manager to discuss my down payment they transferred me to voicemail and or hang up on me. Because they may seem like they're doing okay I am seeking legal representation to get Justice with this ridiculous car sale. Like nothing happened the finance manager who goes by the name of Brian laughed in my face when I met him at the car dealership to discuss my frustration of the situation and to ask why I was never contacted because if I was contacted prior I would have dropped the car off no problem however they towed the car without any notice. read more
