Came here just for drinks and enjoyed the service, bartender was so nice and made us recommendations for good tequila for a pickleback shot! It was pleasant sitting inside and also people watching cause of the huge windows.

Stopped by Palomino on a warm spring day for sangria and we had a great time. It's a bright, colorful restaurant that has a garage door that they can crack open on warm days. Service was prompt and they did everything right. Their menu is huge, so there is something for everyone.

This establishment was great for 68℉ weather in Milwaukee. The patio doors were open, the staff friendly, and the bartender/waitress gave me amazing protein suggestions. I opted to check out the Taco Pocket which looked like the Crunchwrap Supreme, however the Crunchwrap could not hold a candle to this after the first bite. It did NOT disappoint!!! I originally asked "Which should I get, the spicy chicken or the Cajun shrimp?" The bartender was transparent yet direct with her response which was, "The Taco Pocket is big (meaning I would not finish it all in one sitting). I do not like my seafood reheated. I personally would go for the spicy chicken." I appreciated the authenticity and chose chicken. I was extremely satisfied with my choice, however I did overhear my foodie neighbors saying the soy chorizo was amazing so that is on my list next. I tried both the Paloma (because of the company's name) as well as the margarita, and I personally prefer the margarita. The Paloma was not my speed, however they have a ton of other drinks to choose from. I went for the margarita because it was on happy hour, which the helpful bartender informed me of without me having to inquire. I did NOT have to ask. I would definitely come here again. They have earned themselves a fan. They also play sporting events (Packers vs Commanders). Bar tops were clean, and the aesthetic is picture worthy. Solid spot.

Solid choice! Decided to stop in to grab a bite to eat with friends. We enjoyed our time at Paloma as they have a good menu selection and some TVs to watch the game or Dawson's Creek which was playing. The service was great and quick. We were pleasantly surprised that beer is $1 off on Thursdays (bottles only). I had the version of a Crunchwrap supreme which I will say was a solid choice. I would definitely grab it again. Overall, think it's a solid choice to stop in and grab a quick bite or a taco.

Pretty pricey still very delicious. Service was okay. I would give this place another go

The drinks are fantastic here plus eating outside is perfect ambiance. I got their version of the crunch wrap and maybe I got the wrong meat choice. We opted for the pork which I found to be too sweet. Plus you have to pay extra for meat which put a total cost at around $20 for a glorified crunch wrap. People rave about this sandwich so maybe it was the wrong meat choice. I'll give them another try so hopefully next time is better. Plus it was gallery night and it was busy so that may have been part of the issue

Very nice place! Pretty busy as soon as we walk in, but the server was very attentive and we were taking care fairly quickly. We order the tuna tostada for appetizer just to share and it was amazing fresh ingredients. Everything taste just so good. The fresh veggies were a nice touch with the pineapple, the Cotija cheese, the onions, cilantro and bits of jalapeño. The Cajun shrimp tacos were quite good. I'm not real spicy, but pretty flavorful. The Cajun trims were good, good flavored, not spicy at all. The roast beef birria was very juicy and very well seasoned. It comes on a bed of lettuce and consume sauce, which complements everything very well.

Tacos are terrific here - especially the pink shell and the queso crunch shells as well!. We enjoyed the tofu, Brussels, green chicken, and the pork tacos. The bean and cheese dip was also pretty good. The red salsa and the spicy chicken were misses for us, but otherwise, the food was great, particularly the tacos!

Any place with an outdoor patio has my heart. The patio sits right along the hopping KK and it's buzzing with energy as you sit and enjoy your meal. I ordered the torta and it was a huge serving and very tasty. It was overly filling and could easily take it as two meals. I also ordered the Paloma and a margarita both which were perfectly crafted. If you're looking for a fun and unique taco place, this is your go-to.

Super bright a fun atmosphere! Will definitely have to go back to eat outside and let our dog try some of the pup options Cocktails were great. Service was perfect. And the food was hot, fresh and delicious. I am already craving the Elote corn bowl again!!!

We hit Paloma in Bay View for a drink and some appetizers around 7 on a Saturday, and were able to snag two seats at the bar with no wait time. The restaurant is on the smaller side, but uses its space very efficiently when it comes to seating. The bar even has little hooks for your purse, which is unexpectedly helpful. The beans & queso dip was really delicious, and the tortilla chips that came with it were pretty close to perfect. I ordered the G Spot cocktail because I love Aperol, and really enjoyed this strong, orange-forward drink. My boyfriend's paloma was a little more watered down than we expected as the namesake drink of the establishment, but was nevertheless still good. The restaurant was pretty packed but still wasn't to the point where we had to talk too loud to hear each other. Parking is a little bit tough as it's right off of KK, but we'll definitely be back!

I'd call this joint a no frills no sides I side taco truck. The food was good - I felt like the tortillas were made in house. I got a chorizo taco on corn and a beef taco hard shell. I also got a marg bc happy hour! Then I asked for a spicy marg -- it was in my top 3 fav spicy margs I've had (& I've had a LOT!) I had good service (there was a bartender, a hostess & a server - plus the staff in the kitchen) and the only thing I had to wait on was my ticket. It doesn't seat a lot of folks and I bet it's great when the weather is nice to sit on the patio. I'm big on acoustics (just a me thing) - it's loud. I'd recommend this place for sure!

Paloma Restaurant offers a great modern Mexican cuisine with a fantastic range of menu options. The dishes are creatively crafted, blending traditional flavors with contemporary twists. I had the tacos, and they were outstanding--perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The Bayview location has a nice outside and a great all-day happy hour on Mondays. Highly recommend Paloma for its superb menu and excellent happy hour offerings.

I had heard about the Tin Widow's holiday pop up being one of the best area, the hype was not wrong. From the entrance to the ceiling and walks, this place is the definition of deck the halls. Unless you get here right when they open it early in the holiday season, I would expect a crowd. The drink menu is so fun with holiday themed drinks served in matching glassware. You can even purchase the glass/mug for an additional fee. A lot of the cocktails looked to be batched cocktails which help with the bartender's efficiency. Highly recommend making this place a holiday stop. I'm also curious to stop in after the holidays to experience it without all the holiday decor.

They had several seasonal cocktails in special festive cups, which you could also buy to take home. I got the Cheery Cherry Chocosaurus, which was good, but pricey for what it was. Almost all the seasonal drinks were $15 each and didn't seem too big. The venue itself is medium sized, but feels crammed quickly. There's more people let in at a time than there is seating, so you have to move fast to get a seat. I'll likely come back during the summer to try something else.

They do a tremendous job of explaining the menu and food options in detail, and ensure you have a great experience from start to finish. The drinks? Nothing short of amazing. They vary the featured cocktails menu every 8 weeks, so most likely you'll get a different experience every time you go. However you can always get your classic cocktails like Margaritas, French 75 and Martinis. They also can do any drink NA which is the first of its kind in the US. They have an option called dealers choice, where you can pick the spirit and flavor profile of the drink you want: spicy, sour, floral, smoky etc. no limits! You write down on a card what you want and they craft you a cocktail based on your selections. They also offer a variety of food pairings to go along with the select, featured drink you order. We got spring rolls, a braised, pork infused doughnut, and an incredible bone broth that still has me in a tizzy. Fair warning: it's small and difficult to get a reservation - don't try your luck walking in, this place is a hot ticket and you won't be able to get in without a resy, which could be weeks or months out. This is a true gem of a cocktail bar, and is as good as anything you would find in New York or Chicago.

We stopped here after dinner, so we stuck mostly with the cocktails. Unfortunately, nothing on the seasonal menu really stuck out to me. I stuck with the "traditional" cocktails (spicy watermelon bubblegum, and then banana daiquiri). Hubs went for the halo halo food (which was so cute! All the typical ingredients but served in cubist fashion), and the paired drink. The paired drink was supposed to have different layers of flavor, but they all mixed together quite a bit. Tasty, just not the "layered" experience we thought. I think they almost do themselves a disservice comparing themselves to the aviary - that is a crazy high bar to meet. Granted, maybe we would have been more impressed if we had more of the seasonal cocktails despite them not seeming interesting? Probably wouldnt go out of my way to go here again, but it is a cool vibe and the cocktails were good.
