Excellent pizza! I'm here on a little vacation with the family from NYC. We order the sampler and a large pie (half cheese and half pepperoni), which comes with a pitcher of soda. The cheese pizza was really good my kinds loved it. The sampler was also very tasty. It had chicken strips, fries, breaded shrimp, mozzarella sticks and very delicious broccoli cheese nuggets. The staff were really friendly. The pizza came and there was one mistake, it was all cheese, no pepperoni. When I mentioned this the gentlemen quickly fixed it by giving us four pepperoni slices at no additional cost, even tho I offered to pay. THAT is customer service. We left a well deserved tip and are definitely coming back for more before going back to NYC. read more

Honestly why own a pizzeria if you're going to half ass everything you do. Although advertising they deliver, apparently is no loner on option on Saturday nights. That was the first strike, followed by throwing two hot pizza slices in a bag with one plate. Nevertheless the slices were a lost cause with cheese now on the bottoms of the paper bag. The final straw was when I didn't receive a dressing for something I ordered and had to go back out of my way and a simple I'm sorry was not given. So I have been supporting this local establishment for years as a "local". Last night they totally messed up our to go order. Ordered a large pizza 2 toppings. Didn't check. Brought it home. Medium pizza no toppings. Called and spoke to james . Agreed I'd stop by today for reimbursement on the difference. So show up to get my $$ and some guy says that I wasn't due the difference. Basically accused me of trying to scam them. He then offered a credit. Told him I paid cash. Don't want your credit because I'm not coming back ever. So rude terrible customer service. Their eggplant parmesan is excellent, service is always good. There is a parking lot, so parking is not an issue. Good value for what you get. I just wish they would offer sodas in a glass bottle, which contain genuine sugar instead of chemical sweeteners. read more

This place is a horror. We are a local business and often frequent local restaurants for take out. Pablumbos has a staff that is obnoxious and their customer service skills are nil. Tried them three times thus far. Last night was the worst. They are increasingly going down hill. Our order was delivered wrong. We ordered six calzones with different fillings. We got five. One missing. The others were made with wrong fillings. Their ricotta cheese and mozzerrella cheese always tastes stale and has the smell and flavor of an unwashed refrigerator or freezer where they are obviously stored. Their calzones always have an extremely small amount of the ricotta cheese which should be the largest part of the filling. I called to complain that the order was missing an ordered item and that the rest were made wrongly The person who answered the phone listened and then placed a man who was either the owner or manager on the phone. The man spoke English with a very thick accent and ignored my complaint. Instead he accused me of lying , saying all six calzones were delivered and someone probably stole one at my place of business. He refused to send the missing item and refused to redo the wrongly filled calzones. He refused to return our money. The order totaled over fifty dollars. We had to throw out all the food as some people here are allergic to certain items that were randomly placed as fillers in the calzones. We have ordered sandwiches there in the recent past and they are made at times burnt or dried out. Save your money and feelings and do not eat at Palumbos in Bartonsville Pa. They should be closed down. We all work very hard for our paychecks here and have no need to go hungry and waste our money on inedible food. The owner is disrespectful and a loud mouthed illiterate moron who seems to feel that he can give out garbage food and nobody will complain. This horrible restaurant should be inspected by the board of health for how they store their foodstuffs and the better business bureau should reintroduce simple customer service skills to them. Save your cash and Imodium and do NOT go here. Palumbos take heed of your wrong doings and try to reinvent yourselves or you will be out of business before you know it. read more

Our go to pizza place! We live right down the street and sometimes get delivery but mostly stop in and pick up because they get so busy. Can't say we ever had a bad meal there! I love the pepperoni rolls, and garlic knots. It's really clean in the dining area. read more

The pizza here is fine, but the best thing about this place is the fried chicken finger wrap! The wrap itself is made from warm pizza dough and the chicken is fried crispy and perfect. You need to be very hungry to finish it and it costs around 6 dollars. The place is also very spacious, where the booths are over-sized and the aisles are very open. They could fit a lot more tables in there but they keep it simple and clean. read more

Food was pretty good. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, antipasto salad, chicken fries and garlic bread. Pizza was great and chicken fries were decent. Think Burger King chicken fries. I didn't care for the garlic bread. Salad was interesting as it had carrots which were pickled, celery, and cauliflower as well as the standard veggies. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is due to the fact that I carried out and they forgot my dressing. I had to drive back up to get it after getting home. All in all a pretty cool place that had a lot of selection for a pizza place. Give it a try! read more

2 stars because the chef salad was good. Packaged dressing is not great but oh well. I asked if salad had cheese, he said yes provolone but we can put shredded mozz on if you like. I said ok, he put it in the register to which I am sure I paid for it but didn't get any. I ordered pizza. A white slice please, oh we don't have anymore, we sold out! Really, it's a pizza place, make another one! So I ordered pepperoni, he said, yea I can put pepperoni on plain. Ok so he proceeds to refill soda, get takeout orders and then kindly let me finish ordering. A plain slice then. It was so soggy and dripping with grease. As we sat and ate, we watched them put a whole white pizza in the window. Really? You couldn't tell me it would be 10 mins for it , but you ran out! This was a terrible experience! One of the most excellent pizza places around! My family and I eat here all the time. Their pepperoni pizza is THE BEST. No place around can compare in my experience. They also have a tasty eggplant parm I'd recommend, and their Sea Salt Gelato is also good. I have only ever been a bit dissapointed a couple times, once when a pepperoni roll was undercooked slightly and the other when the crust on my roll was a little burnt. Small issues here and there, nothing to ruin the entire meal. The staff is fairly friendly, the reasturaunt clean and prices decent. I have ordered from this place several times and have been very pleased. I was hungry for a good cheesesteak tonight so I called and ordered three for takeout for me, my wife, and my son. I added on two orders of garlic knots and an order of French fries. I felt bad for the restaurant business due to the current situation with the virus, so I left a 20% tip on a takeout order. This was the worst food I have ever tasted. The order was mostly wrong. My son wanted a plain steak...it had onions on it. I wanted a steak with onions sauce and hot peppers...I got something called a California steak that has lettuce tomato and mayonnaise, but no sauce or hot pepper. Garlic knots were cold and chalky tasting and the fries were soggy. I tried to call and let them know I was not pleased with my order and the phone rang 10 times with no answer. Incredibly dissatisfied with this order. I would think that since business was slow right now the level of service would be better. I was wrong. This was terrible. read more

My family loves this place. We stopped on the way home from Camelbeach. Pizza was excellent as well as the homemade desserts such as canoli's and cookies. Prices were great. Will stop there again when we travel to the tannersville area for the waterpark in the summer or the candleshops in the fall. read more
