Everyone here is very nice! The space is a little small, so I wouldn't recommend big parties here. You can call or book online. I wish there was an option to attach a photo of an inspo pic so they know what you want going forward. I asked if they were able to do the stars in chrome, and they said yes, but ultimately used metallic gel polish--though it still turned out great. I was serviced by Ha and I loved her! She took her time initially, making sure I liked the length and shape, but I could tell she was rushing near the end (which I understand, nail art can take a long time). After finishing the set she was filing one of my nails and it looks like she filed one a little too much. You can see the edge is filed and has no polish on my left index finger. It's only visible from the side though, so it doesn't bother me too much. The polish was also applied a little farther from the cuticle than I'm used to, so I'm a little bummed about that (especially since my nails grow pretty fast, so the grow-out is going to be noticeable sooner). The only thing I noticed that was different from other shops is they didn't spray my nails with alcohol before applying the gel polish. I thought that was standard practice, but what do I know! This manicure cost me $85. Not sure of the cost breakdown, but I know a gel manicure cost $35, I got 2 nails fixed ($5 each), and the star designs cost $30. I'm guessing the cost of the cat eye polish is $10 extra. They prefer cash tip and Zelle/Venmo for the payment, just FYI. read more

I came here to get a gel x manicure a few weeks ago and they were great. I came back today to get a fill from a different nail tech and it was horrible, my nails are extremely thick, uneven, and just look horrible. I was also cut three times. I don't normally write reviews but this was really upsetting. I sat there for 2 hours to have my nails look terrible, I want to rip them off. My girlfriend and I have been coming to this salon for over 6 months now. However, recently our experience at this nail salon has been inexcusable and their behavior will be reported to the BBB. My girlfriend is Latina and I am Asian. When I come with her to the salon, which I usually do, the price is always much cheaper than when she goes alone. The price I pay for both a gel mani and pedi is $90 or $45 just for pedicure. Tip is always cash as this is store policy. My girlfriend has also gotten dip manicures and the price is usually $10 more. The screenshot attached only accounts for the times I didn't pay in cash. Earlier today she went in and they wanted $110 for a dip manicure and pedicure. When she brought up the price difference they made it seem like she was in the wrong and shamed her for being cheap. They then said that different nail techs can charge different amounts based on how they feel they did. They scrambled to come up with an excuse for this outrageous behavior. They also charge to remove the old gel that THEY APPLIED, but only sometimes. Several times they have done rushed jobs and have skipped steps that are normally included in the manicure ie. massage, cuticle trim, cuticle oil, basic things one would expect for the price. Their business practices are shady at best and extremely racist at best. Avoid at all costs. Needless to say they lost our loyal patronage. read more

This was our first time in and we are definitely coming back! Picked this place after reading yelp reviews for other spots in a similar price range. Since we were just doing basic mani pedis, we were interested in ambiance, customer service, and general thoroughness...not design type questions. Ambiance - the front door was kept open for air circulation and it was still warm inside (I hate being cold so yay). The massage chairs are great, the shop was organized and had great colors. Customer service - we called ahead of time to see what their availability was like, and they were super clear about walk-in availability. Everyone seemed equally open to conversation or not, which I like cuz then it's low pressure to talk or not and that will definitely stress me out. It was his first time doing a mani pedi and they were patient with asking us questions or saying the options, and just generally a good mix of fun, chill, and clear. Thoroughness - I hate when I'm getting my nails done and can see that something weird has happened (like not quite covering the whole nail, a chip/smudge, etc) and they just kind of keep going and then I feel pressured to have to speak up or leave with obviously already messed up nails. And with gel, that can happen if they are going too fast and not letting each layer cure or just moving my hands/feet too fast - that didn't happen! They also told me what to do/not do (don't touch your face while waiting for color) to make it last longer and they shaped the nails without going so short it's kinda raw. And his mani pedi was difficult cuz his cuticles were like picked at and rough...and they were gentle but effective! Definitely coming back, feel confident the color will last.
