It was fresh, moist, and had the right balance of flavor between the banana and chocolate chips. Sometimes it gets too chocolatey, but the banana flavor was first and foremost. We ordered a drip coffee and a large iced vanilla latte with an extra shot. The drip coffee was fresh and hot with a nice flavor profile. The espresso used in the latte was fresh, bright, and slightly nutty. They have a La Marzocco, and you can usually expect pretty good espresso from those machines. I believe the vanilla was house-made, so bonus points for that. All things that I personally love in a latte! There was also a parking lot, so we didn't have to worry about street parking. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town! 10/10 recommend.

SPOTLESS. Rick Bayless has plenty to learn from this place. So clean. The toilet spotless too, even after i used it! Why can this cafe/bakery be so clean all around and a one michelin star restaurant's toilets always so dirty. Back to the food. I got a couple of danishes, and croissants, carrot cupcake, flan, and a long bread (baguette ?). All delicious. I did not have the time to wait for the cactus scone to be fully baked but hopefully next time. Lovely staff. I went it with a good feeling, and left with even better feelings. This bakery is owned by two young sister entrepreneurs. I plan on supporting them, and hope you will too. read more

Very pleasant overall experience. Friendly staff. Orders are prepared fast. Lots of open space within the restaurant for customers to safely order and wait for their food. Hand sanitizer readily available inside the entrance. The sandwiches were amazing and super good as well. I had Chicken Chipotle and the croissants were so good and super delicious. I am so happy this place opened up in my neighborhood it is delicious and it's so beautiful inside. You need to try the bread and once you do you will want more I recommend the pan de rancho. The sandwiches are so good too because the bread makes that difference in the taste. This will be my the place for me for my coffee, French or Mexican bread I will have every morning. read more

Simply amazing!! Worth the wait and just an FYI get there early because they are know to sell out quick because pastry is incredible and everyday fresh. To my surprise, the first available pickup date was four days later. The cake is good, but not good enough to justify jumping through this many hoops. The entire process felt like ordering something during the height of COVID restrictions. After years of being a customer, this experience convinced me not to come back.
