I called at 700pm on a Sunday night expecting a voicemail and Sam answered the phone I told him I needed flowers delivered to my cousin in the hospital and while I was on the phone he verified that she could receive flowers in her room... he took my order and even delivered them the same night within 30 minutes of hanging up. He followed back up with me and sent me a picture of the delivered flowers and they were gorgeous!!! This is a florist I will not only recommend, but will use again. My boyfriend ordered from 800 Flowers for Valentines Day/my birthday and my flowers were beautiful. But 2 days later, 4 of them were completely wilted. I kept the water filled and the flowers were not under any air vents. I emailed Panache about 3:30pm to ask if there was something I could do to keep the others from wilting. The response was more than I bargained for. Sam, called me back a little after 4:00pm. He was so super sweet and kind. He wanted to make it right. He said they would remake the flowers and redeliver them. My boyfriend had a decorative vase and I wanted to keep it as a keep sake so I offered to just swap out the flowers and Sam said they had extra of those vases so he would make sure it was in that vase. They would deliver the new flowers /vase and take the old ones. He even called me back to assure me they had that vase. The next morning before 10am, a very nice delivery guy showed up with a new bouquet and a cheery attitude. They were beautiful. A week later I still have a few left. I received an order from this flower shop. My husband placed this order to have it delivered to me today May 10th for mother's day. The manager apparently ruined my day to let me know someone was sending me flowers for mother's day but that they were going to deliver it one day early because the next day they wouldn't have time. Not only did he ruin the surprise my husband had for me, he brought it one day early instead of bringing it on actual mother's day. My husband paid so much for these flowers and they were old and withered. I was so offended. I called them to see if they could fix it and complained about the ethic of the manager to have the nerve to call me before my flowers arrive to tell me I'd be receiving flowers. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. They did nothing to resolve the issue and as a result I will be disputing this transaction with my credit card company. read more

Incredibly rude service! I called in order to find out who sent me a plant since there was no name and only a brief message on the card. There was no greeting when they answered the phone, so I proceeded to ask where their office was to verify that this was the correct floral shop and got zero response. I politely asked again and got a snappy "what? I have 4 other people on hold" in response. I quickly explained how I was just calling to try to figure out who sent a plant, and was absolutely shocked with his attitude-filled response of "JESUS CHRIST so do the other 4 people on hold", that's when I just hung up. Anyone who have ever worked in the service industry knows that you never, ever speak to a customer/client on the phone like that. I ordered a money tree plant and they told me they didn't have any. So I had it changed to a bamboo plant. First off, they called my daughter's number and asked if they can deliver it the same day I ordered it, her birthday was the next day. Blew that birthday surprise. Then when they did deliver it, they put it on my daughter's neighbors table out side. They didn't even bother to knock on her door to deliver it. The bamboo plant was supposed to be zen. 4 bamboo sticks was just stuck in a pot with colored fish rocks. It is the most cheapest ugliest pathetic zen plant I ever seen. I order flowers 6 to 12 times per year, for a variety of occasions. I have used many different florists but I was struck by this shop's website because the flower arrangements were far more lovely than any of those that I have seen lately and they were reasonably priced, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital and not only was the striking arrangement delivered very quickly but they even upgraded the flowers a bit. She loved them. My daughter sent me a flower arrangement for Mother's Day. Panache delivered the arrangement one day earlier, on Thursday, some of the flowers are in poor shape when I received it. Sam! Sam! SAM!!! I can not be more happy with Sam and Panache. I ordered flowers thru a third party (big mistake) (Avas Flowers) and Panache was used as the local florist. Avas not only guranteed me same day delivery by a specific time. Come to find out, the Avas rep. put the delivery for the next day. I call and call Avas, no one knows whats going on. Fast forward - Sam finds out the issue and not only puts together the arrangement ASAP but delivers the flowers on his way home on his own time. PLUS an amazing theater performance. This made my day. This is the WORST florist I have evert encountered. On February 6, 2015 I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my gf. I received a confirmation for delivery on Valentine's Day, February 14th, before PM. The flowers (already opened and beginning to wilt) were delivered on February 11th. I picked up the flowers at my gf's place of business to return them to Panache at the address on the business card enclosed, 5609 Yolanda, Tarzana. There is no store there. It appears to be an apartment building. I called from my car and was told that Valentine's Day was a week long and flowers could be delivered anytime during that week. I said I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day and I had a confirmation for such. I said I had the flowers with me in the car but could not see a business to bring them to. I was told that I should take the flowers back "so they could be enjoyed" and flowers would be sent on Valentine's Day, as agreed. I called Ava's Flowers (NEVER use Ava's flowers to purchase flowers, trust me) to alert them to the situation and to confirm delivery on Valentine's day. Trust me, again, you could get Obama on the phone easier than a person at Ava's. I have since discovered that Ava's is so poorly run that if they had a person available to take complaints they would have a very positive effect on the US unemployment rate. On a recorded message at Ava's they responded with a "status" report on my confirmation number and said that the flowers would be delivered on valentine's Day. I called on the 12th and 13th just to be sure. You probably guessed by now, Ava's was wrong, panache did not deliver flowers on Valentine's Day and they are both trying to be paid. Think twice before using either of these florists, there are so many who are reputable. I will bring the content of this Yelp review to the Ava's site also. BTW, my gf, who is so special, was so appreciative of all my effort. She said it meant a lot to her that I would try so hard to give her flowers. She actually apologized to me for what I went through with Panache and Ava's. read more
