I enjoy to get there super early but sometimes some items are stocked throughout the day. Parking can be hard when it's peak busy, it just means you have to park far and walk but it's not that bad really. All associated working are always nice and super helpful even during the stressful rush time!

We were only a few hours past the cutoff, and instead of offering any understanding or trying to help, the staff argued about it. Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.

Multiple people recommended Nugget Market and told me they carried the exact brand, so I checked Google, saw they opened at 6 AM, and decided to head over early in the morning. I got there around 6:30 AM and was honestly so impressed. First of all -- they actually had the milk! But what really surprised me was everything else they already had fully stocked and ready that early in the morning. They had a pasta bar, salad bar, breakfast bar, deli items, and beautiful cakes all ready to go. The cakes I've tried from there are AMAZING! And that's not even including the rest of the grocery store itself. Everything looked fresh, organized, and high quality. The whole experience made me realize I seriously need to start grocery shopping here more often. Definitely worth the visit and highly recommend stopping by if you haven't before!

I've watched one of the teller's collect money, but I wanted to play the lottery and the lottery machine does not accept $50 Bills. I ask for change to pay the lottery. She told me I don't have any change very rudely. As I watched her put money into the drawer, if it was not for this store being like the only store in Fairfield with this variety that they have. I would not go. The service is horrible and even the store manager her attitude and demeanor sucks
