There's no bar seating, because there is no alcohol served. As an appetizer, I enjoyed a full order of Crab Rangoon, which was 6 pieces. It was a lite golden color and the pocket was filled with a good amount of sauce. Instead of packets of Sweet & Sour, a small cup with a tiny serving spoon came with the rangoon. I thought it was flavorful and better than most Chinese take-out restaurants. For my entree, I went with Drunken Noodles and added Chicken as my protein. Since I had at the appetizer, I order my entree from the lunch menu so the portion was smaller. For my spice level, I chose medium and it provided just the right amount of heat. It was plenty of food, I brought 2 of the Rangoon's home and a third of the Drunken Noodles. I thought this Thai food was better than my go Thai restaurant when I lived in STL. That means, it is really good. One young man was waiting on the whole dining room, it was after 1 PM and only 5 tables. He was doing a fine job hustling and taking care of all the diners. She didn't care for the seasoning but she's admitted picky with a very low tolerance for spicy food. I had mine with traditional hash browns and eggs over easy. I've had better country fried steak but it was decent and the meal was otherwise great. Everything was served on one plate, just the way I like it, allowing me to mix things up with my hash browns and biscuits. The biscuits are served on the side of the plate, not topped with gravy in case you'd rather have butter and/or jelly on your biscuits, and they were hot and fluffy with good flavor. I've seen this before and it makes little sense. I suppose it's a labor saving method, but not practical at all. We found a table and looked at the menu, which is quite extensive. They, also, baked their own breads and pies and have a display case with pastries. We placed our order and returned to our table. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but while we waited, I watched people coming in and being just as confused about the ordering system as we were. Plus, the line at the counter grew into the seating area. I would think the counter would be good for to go orders like the baked goods and pastries rather than dining customers. I ordered the 1/4 ham and provolone croissant sandwich with fries, my daughter ordered a turkey wrap, and my wife ordered the turkey club. They both ordered fruit cups as their side. The croissant was very good. It was flaky, moist and pillowy, but held the ingredients of the sandwich well. My wife and daughter said their sandwiches were fine.
