This appears to be a newer Panda Express, as it is pretty modern looking on the outside. Easy to park and find in the strip mall. Inside appeared clean with modern decor. We placed a couple of large family order online and it was ready even though we were a few minutes early than the ETA. The food itself is a fair Chinese fast food option for the area. We ordered the Orange Chicken, Honey Shrimp, Beef and Broccoli, Kung Pao Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, Fried Rice, Noodles, and Super Greens. My personal favorites were the Mushroom Chicken and the Honey Shrimp. The noodles were a bit on the drier side, but they did pack plenty of sauces so you can always adjust it to your liking. One tip - they don't let you select chopsticks when you order online, so make sure to ask for them if you are carrying out. read more

Every time I have eaten at this panda the vegetables are always raw. Very disappointing.

I used to love going here but today I got my meal and first piece of orange chicken I found had a hair on it. I thought that was just going to be it but later found out 3 other hairs on my chicken. Food always looks good but some of the chicken tends to be not fully cooked. I won't be coming back till this is fixed. Please wear a hair net I had to throw away 10 dollars of food without barely getting through 4 bites and waste of my lunch time. read more

I usually have a wonderful experience with Panda, but the last two times have left me somewhat frustrated. Went there about one month ago and placed order in drive through etc wanted egg rolls but it was going to be an extra 10-15 minute wait..so no egg rolls as I could not wait. I did request extra plum sauce. Did not check bag got home and...NO plum sauce. Went there last weekend and they were out of-OUT of egg rolls. Idk how do you run out of egg rolls at a Chinese restaurant? However the rest of the food was, and is amazing and the employees are very friendly and obviously work hard. I went through the drive thru and the girl taking my order literally called me a "dumb a**" I immediately called and spoke to a "manager" she took my information and said she would speak to the other managers and the employee. I was a little skeptical due to the previous reviews but upon arrival I saw that the store was very clean and I was greeted like family by Malik who helped me decide what to order. The cashier Genesys was very sweet and she talked me in getting some spring rolls because online it said they didn't offer them. Horrible Customer Service, inexperienced management, and zero accountability for lack of service. After placing an order on the Panda Express Aiken, SC website for delivery and waiting 1.5 hours without food we called the store to find out what was going on!!?? The first person to answer the phone told us that our order was picked up by a driver and its out of their hands. We asked to talk to the store manager and we're put on the phone with Abby, who further explained that they don't deliver they use a third party. We had to explain to Abby that our food never arrived and this was not okay as the order was placed through their own website. We requested a refund which she submitted claiming it will take nearly a week to go through...again passing the blame onto the third party driver. Abby failed to view the situation from a customers point of view, she offered an apology but without accountability. We were then passed to a second person claiming to be the store manager, Heather, who regurgitated the same excuses. I asked to speak to her boss and was put on hold, but able to overhear the entire conversation while she called her boss. Given this fly on the wall scenario I was able to deduce why this exact undelivered order had happened not this one time but twice. Heathers poor management and inability to problem solve stems from the owner's unwillingness to serve his customers. Abhorrent behavior and sadly will only teach these young managers exactly how not to run a successful business. I get takeout from Panda Express on a regular basis, because my daughter likes to eat here. She always orders the orange chicken entree with fried rice, and she seems to be very satisfied with it every time. However, I always order the plate meal with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. You have to pay almost $2 extra for the honey walnut shrimp option as an entree choice, and over half of the time I only get 4 to 5 pieces of honey walnut shrimp and a much larger amount of orange chicken. I feel like I'm getting ripped off being charged so much extra for often receiving an amount of shrimp that is much smaller than the size of a regular priced entree choice. This is very frustrating, but I'm sure we will continue to eat here because my daughter loves the orange chicken, and usually stops by here to bring us dinner on her way home from work. I do hope that management reads these reviews, because I never go to Panda Express on my own for this reason, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. After driving home and realizing my order was screwed up, I returned to the store 30 minutes later, where they said they were low on food; so they offered a coupon..
