Then the system said the order was canceled and I would get a trend. After 30 minutes I contact Door Dash through their automatic chat. Just a few minutes away from work is one of my favorites Panda Express. I love this location because not only is the restaurant always clean and organized but the customer service here is amazing! Erica and Rosa are my favorite employees here, they always have a smile on their face and are so helpful. The food here is always fresh and delicious. The food is always los approved my grandson gets the white meat chicken and white rice, he literally eats it all. Generally, I like Panda Express. Usually very flavorful and cooked well. At least in California. Not here. The entrees for all three of our orders were just so-so and you needed too much soy sauce to give it flavor. The rice was not done right - not over or under cooked, but almost like it had been sitting out for a while. The chow mein was pretty flavorless as well. We ordered and were charged for sodas and a bottle of water. One soda had no syrup (the root beer), and they didn't bother to include the water. I called the store and the manager said I could come in for more soda and they had run out of water. (I was in a hotel without a car - how was I going to do that. And there was no offer to credit me back for the two drinks.) I contacted the customer service link on the panda website - and no one has even bothered to contact me back. When I told management about it they told me to come in and I told her I had to leave work And if they could just credit my card she said no and hung up on me. When we walked in we waited at least 7 minutes. One lady was on break... the phone was ringing non stop, the lady taking the break walked over to the food bar grabbed an egg-roll with her hand and started eating it as she walked away saying something in Spanish to the other two ladies that were in the kitchen area. Simultaneously there is a lady cooking with her back turnt towards us and another lady also in the kitchen on her phone (this lady stayed on her phone the entire time we were in the restaurant). This location is convenient, its located in a shopping center, thankfully nearby the Chuck-E-Cheese for the parents that don't want to eat children's food. I can say they are clean but the food seemed a little low for the store to not be closing for hours. I'm not sure why everything was almost empty but my food tasted pretty good. This is Panda Express. I know that. My issue is that for the third time in a month now, this location has had no teriyaki chicken. There is a seemingly endless supply of the ridiculously over-breaded 'dessert meat' that is always offered to the low income consumers of this cuisine, and no shortage of the 'premium' entrees that come with a $1.25 extra markup, but they somehow cannot seem to offer simple teriyaki chicken. I'm not going to give these folks a vengefully bad review. Hell, I'm sitting here in their location, using their free wi-fi as I write this. But what the hell is the deal with the teriyaki chicken? It's probably the healthiest protein you have on the menu; at least three other people asked for it after I did. The hours posted were until 10:30 pm, my partner and I walked in at 9:30 pm and there was a decently long line. The whole first section of food was empty and when another customer asked if they were going to be refilling the food she was met with a curt "no" and nothing else. As the line started moving they ran out of fried rice, and orange chicken. They began telling people they were out and we had to leave due to the fact they had maybe three options left. As someone who worked in restaurants and fast food I understand it sucks when people come in later in the night, however an hour before close is excessive to stop cooking food and closing down the kitchen. We came in here at 3pm (after rush hour I would think) on a Tuesday. 1) line was SO long with one associate taking orders and ringing people out. However, it could've been efficient if that one associate didn't stop to talk to her cousin sitting nearby the table every time she goes to ring out customer. It took her extra long to come back to take the next person. Then in between she was packaging food for her cousin as well and disappeared to the register to "ring them out". 2) I had my food to go however I didn't have any utensils, napkins, or fortune cookie in my bag. Wanted to get spoon but they didn't have it out by the fountain drink. 3) The orange chicken was way too crispy with not much chicken to eat. Rather it was just the outside costing and sauce. Ordered a family meal via delivery. Good value/bang for the buck. Problem is they incorrectly replaced one order of lo mien with fried rice and their Broccoli Beef was 90% broccoli, 10% beef. I've been to enough Panda Expresses in my life to know that is not the ratio of green to meat. Based on my experience and from the looks of some of the other less than positive reviews, it sounds like Panda corporate needs to take a hard look at this location. read more

I am new to town and after a long drive in the rain I was starving. I popped in here to grab a to go plate to eat in my hotel room. The place is nice and clean and brand new. After deciding on a two entree and side meal I order the chow mien and the fire chicken. As for my next choice, well that was it, there really wasn't anything else on the bar to choose from. Everything else was empty. I am not sure if they just had a rush, but it didn't really look like it. The place was pretty empty. The girl at the counter told me they were making two beef dishes right now and I could wait. It took about 10 minutes but the broccoli beef finally came out. The meal was good and fresh by panda standards. I would go back and give it another try, hopefully next time they will have some options. read more

You can't post zero stars here...I had gotten an email this morning that they were offering free delivery ending today. I placed my family's order at 5:58. I was given an estimated delivery time of 7:01. At 7:20 I called and was told by the manager it's not his problem, my food had been ready since 6:40 and take it up with door dash. I told him I was driving to the restaurant and he tried to hand me the bag that had been sitting for an hour. I explained that they needed to remake the whole order and I shouldn't have to pay for it. Again, he told me to take it up with door dash. I called the corporate office while I was waiting on a fresh order and was told they don't give refunds if I were to pick up the food. Not their fault. I walked out of the restaurant while still on the phone. The manager came out with my food and said he'd remade the order and he'd take care of it. She had me on hold while doing my refund, she had actually put me on hold and called the store after he'd told me not to worry about it. I then called door dash who was supposed to deliver and was told that since I picked up the food they'd refund 80% and the delivery fee (which I was t even supposed to be charged to begin with.). This isn't fine dining and a $30 meal isn't something to get upset about but the fact I was told "not our problem". Umm I feel like it really is. Not visiting here again. read more

Visited this location two days ago. This is my 4th time visiting this location within a year. My wife asked me why we rarely go to this location, despite its' convenience, but after our last visit I remembered the reason why...more than half of my food (chow mein and sweet fire chicken) are cabbage, onions, and tomatoes. Due to the COVID pandemic, you cannot stand inside of the location while they prepare your food, so you are unable to request that you receive more chicken or noodles than veggies. At other locations I cannot finish a plate in one sitting, at this location I always do...and then end up throwing out at least half of my onion filled plate. Listen, the prices of a plate aren't bad ($7ish) but what's the point if you get half the food that is promised? I would rather spend $12 at New China Taste (located less than two miles from this location) and get almost 3x the food (no cabbage included...lol). This location should open at 11am, but after arriving at 11:15, we were told we would need to wait an additional 15 minutes for sweet fire chicken and 25 minutes for egg rolls...wow, because they basically only unlock the doors at 11a, so you should plan to come closer to 12p to get food. The store is clean, but normally has homeless ppl pan handling (begging for money) while you wait for the preparation of your food. Oh, but yes, the food you receive is pretty tasty if you don't mind getting ripped off. Needless to say, I think I'll always pass on this location. read more
