Be careful ordering online from this location for delivery from a third-party service. They do not, at least to any useful degree, verify that the driver is legitimate or that they contain the information necessary to pick-up an order (e.g., the name of the person the order is supposed to be delivered to...). But they do a great job of refusing to remake the order after they mess that up. read more

Panda Express needs to take out the Express in the name. Super slowwwwwwwwwwwwww service especially if you ordered any fried shrimp or anything they ran out in the front area. We had to wait for the one guy cooking in the kitchen and they upsell you so many times. Can I buy my food now? Is almost everything on the menu fried? I came out smelling like fried chinese food. I guess if you want to smell like fried egg rolls, orange chicken and chowmein....it could be a change of pace cologne or perfume for you. They do make awesome orange chicken. Nom nom nom. Three stars off for the super slow hard selling cashier, making me smell like an egg roll, and cost for each combo + drink is $10...not very inexpensive lunch for meh fast food Chinese lunch. Anyways, if you have the time to spare, I suggest you go to "I Love Pho" when they also make similar dishes that are more quality but I would come back if I am short on time just for the Orange Chicken. It is what it is. For fast food Chinese, Panda Express is alright. It won't wow you, but it is consistently good in the kind of way people go to a place like McDonald's. You know what to expect when you visit. This Panda location opened up a few years ago in the spot previously occupied by O-E-She. They certainly switched up the interior of what was a somewhat homey space into a corporate chain spot with menu boards. Though I like that they have some seating outside the restaurant, but within the mall. Prices have risen with the times, but a two entree plate is still relatively fairly priced. A two entree combo will cost just under $7.50 after tax. Not bad considering the other options within the mall. The meal at Panda was certainly more tasty and filling than the one I had at Genki Sushi and cheaper at that. Of the entree choices at Panda, there are really on a few that are worth getting in my opinion which are the orange chicken, Beijing beef and the beef & broccoli. The first two are tasty though they are both gut bomb selections since they are both breaded. Of the sides, I would suggest the chow mein over getting any of the rice options (fried or steamed). The chow mein is a bit oily, but flavorful. Ambiance is okay for a fast food type place. Though I do like the location as it has free wi-fi. Not from Panda, but rather from the Panera across the way. Panda Express is not where you would go for an authentic Chinese meal. But kind of like teriyaki, it is a kind of craving that I get once in a while. So, my SO happened to gift me a Panda Express gift card on my birthday, knowing that I sort of enjoy fast-food chain American Chinese food once in a while (I know...it's a weird gift, isn't it? -_-'). Plus, he never wanted to eat Panda Express, so he figured it would be a perfect gift for me to use while he's out of town (so he isn't forced to go eat there -_-'). So on this past weekend, I finally looked up where Panda Express is located and picked to the one in Bellevue because I'm familiar with this location. I was there actually on an early side, so the place was super clean, there was no line and I enjoyed having some food that was hot and just came out from their prep/cook line! What I find interesting was their combo was super affordable. I think a meal of rice/chow mein + 3 sides were under $10 including tax! Amazingly good deal! Anyways, I still have some balance in the gift card to use up...so I guess it will be a couple more meals before I decide if I want to continue coming back again :) read more

So far, so good! This Panda Express seems to run smoothly like it's been around for a while -- none of those "we just opened" kinks to be worked out. The quality of the food is right up there with good PE locations imho too... although, we may have just been extremely lucky as the food was fresh right when we got up to the counter (most PE locations are really good about keeping their food fresh!). The decor is full of pandas, a decent sized indoor seating area as well as some "outdoor" (in the mall) seating too. I'm glad there's a close location to get my orange chicken fix now!! read more

I absolutely love Panda Express, so I like to give this location a lot of chances, since they are just down the street. They never have anything ready... you will always have to wait for the entree you desire. I really don't understand why they hire all these employees who can't even manage a grill. I've worked in the restaurant business my whole life and their is no reason why this store should be completely out of cooked food everyday. I've talked to the managers and they are reluctant to help. They don't even know English so trying to communicate with them is difficult. I can see why most people would rate this place four stars. It's better than most Panda Express locations for a number of reasons- the line moves faster, the service is better, and the restaurant is kept looking spotless. With that being said however, spotless doesn't necessarily translate to sanitary. I have witnessed too many times the cook practicing his nightly ritual of standing on top of the grill with his shoes in order to reach and clean the kitchen backsplash.......Also, friendly doesn't necessarily translate to competent. This was quite possibly the least organized, slowest and all around worst panda express I've ever visited. I stopped here for lunch on a busy weekday, but the food had been sitting under the heat lamps for so long it had all developed a film over it. They must prepare things in giant batches that don't move too quickly, because everything looked and tasted as though it'd been sitting out for quite a while. There was a huge wait, 15-20 minutes for pre-made chinese food....While I was in line, 2 separate people quit waiting and just up and left because things were moving so slowly. You come in for quick and easy food, if I wanted to wait that long I'd rather order real chinese food that'll be made fresh and taste so much more flavorful for the same price! The only thing panda has going for it is convenience and time saving and both qualities were sorely lacking at this panda express. There were 2 girls dishing up the food and neither seemed like they had a clue what they were doing. When I ordered by the dishes name, my helper had no idea what I was talking about and I had to literally point to what I wanted, and this appeared to be a common trend as I watched other's order after me. Secondly, the girl manning the register was so incredibly incompetent and slow. She constantly was leaving out boxes for customers or extra sauce, which either the other helper or customer was forced to point out to her. She also moved and spoke so slowly that it was obvious she was the reason for the major slow down. Panda express is a panda express, I don't expect great food but I do come here to get in and out quickly and I was really disappointed. First off the food the food was well cooked, the chicken was tender, and the flavorful was great! I have been to other Panda Express that have had super dry, old tasting food and for a long time hated Panda because of it. Then I tried a couple other chains where the food was much better. I got a grub hub delivery as well and food was still warm when I got it!! This is probably the best panda to go to for online order. It's always got the best food. They get super busy but they're pretty good at what they do. And everyone's super nice. The only lame part is they close at 9 so if you walk in after 8pm the food is way limited but they're super nice and usually will make most things on request. Came in around 2pm and I was the only one in the line. Despite that, the man that served was quick and efficient and he didn't let his workers stand around. He made sure they cashed me out quickly. the cashier, although being told to hurry to her post, still served me with a smile did her upsell questions and offered the soy sauce and hot sauce. A smile goes a long way in the service industry. The portions of the food was typical and the quality was warm and moist. In other words, the food didn't present as being out for an extended period of time. I would come back just because of the service. I feel like I won a Chinese Fast Food No Purchase Necessary Contest! I was bummed that I was going to be out of town when Genki had their grand opening. $1 sushi? Dang! Well, boy was I in luck when I came back from my vacation and learned that Tuesday was FREE FOOD day right next door! I hear that it was in response to this $1 sushi bonanza. Well, don't count on me to be a party pooper. I'll partake in this wonderful grand opening celebration! At lunch, I trucked my happy butt over to Panda Express and was delightfully surprised at the fairly short line that moved very quickly. I got the orange chicken, green beans, and fried rice. The orange chicken was still crispy and the green beans weren't all soggy and dark green. I don't know yet if that's from the incredibly high turnover on Tuesday, or if they are truly "better" at this location. We'll see. It's very clean in there... but as a newly-open restaurant, it shouldn't be anything BUT. As I was leaving, I felt a bit of sorrow sweep through my body, though... Customer service is about what you'd expect for where you go, they are friendly enough, it's sort of annoying they have to upsell you 3 or 4 times before you get to the register. Spring roll or egg roll today? No, thanks though. Bottled drink/fountain drink? No, thanks though. Cookie? No, thanks though. I understand they have to do it or they get in trouble, I've been there, just knowing you're gonna say no like 3 times ahead of time is sort of an awkward funny thing =). Myself I always get a Panda bowl, you get 1 side and 1 entree, for a lot of people this isn't enough food and they get 2 entree 1 side or the bigger meal options but at 6.01 for a panda bowl, it's not too bad on the wallet compared to some other places and a tasty meal that is pretty filling. I always get my food to go here but the dining environment isn't actually too bad from the looks of it. It's rather small I think like 8 - 12 tables? but they have some TVs (they just play the preset Panda Express tape that has cool chinese facts and stuff like that on it, not like TVs for your viewing pleasure ;) but it's a nice touch, place always looks clean, and you can watch the chefs cook in giant pans/woks or whatever. Location wise extremely convenient, in Factoria nearby the central area entrance, when I get a craving I hit them up, as should you. read more

It's the same generic food as always, but I think there's actually some merit to this Panda Express. First of all, they open at 10:30 AM when a lot of restaurants around here refuse to open their doors before 11:00. Fast food take out also happens to be very convenient in a mall setting, and even better is how you can get a complete meal (three entrees plus one side) for under ten dollars after tax. The food here is what you would expect from a Panda Express. I love authentic Chinese food, but I also love the American version of Chinese food. This definitely hit the craving. I got a bigger plate with two orange chicken and Beijing beef. I was super surprised with the Beijing beef and it tasted really good. The orange chicken is a classic so that was good.
