So you cannot sit inside this place, it is take out only and limited hours. Another place that can't get enough workers to fully open. Sad state of affairs we are in these days. Used to come here before pandemic but with pandemic close to over they should reopen the inside. They have a motion sensor so they know when you have come up for food. They still try to make you order quickly, lol you're not inside so why worry. The food has always been good here I hope it still is. I'll let you know. You call in to order ahead, I'll do that next time Food is still great! I would give more stars if they would reopen the inside. Beef lo mang!! Yummy! Check the place out

It's been years since I've had food from here and it's still as good as I remember - even with only take out service!

    Best egg drop soup.

Nice cozy little Chinese restaurant, everything on the menu is delicious. The family love the Mongolian beef #D13. My favorite is the egg flower soup and green tea. The staff are friendly and tons of people come here.

    Really special egg rolls.

Came here for an early dinner, ordered combo dinners. Egg flower (drop) soup was deliciously seasoned with rich chicken flavor, (not too salty as many places). The combination dinners are generously portioned, we were too full to eat everything. (Leftovers were yummy the next day.) Our server was a sweet and pleasant as could be, so I'm not sure about the other negative or lackluster reviews for this restaurant. The food was very good for a neighborhood restaurant, and the ambience is authentic. That's what you can expect here: authentic Chinese food in America.

Simple and quick. If you want Chinese and in the area. Stop by for a lunch special (recommend hot and sour over egg drop) $5.95 gets you soup, fried rice, egg roll (have meat in them) and main dish. The detailed review (for those on the fence) Food is really good here and as someone that was coming for socal I didn't have high hopes but was presently surprised. This place would have gotten 5 stars but they do not have crab rangoon. The egg rolls have ground pork in them, was not for me. However half the people at the table liked the egg rolls have did not care for them. Fried rice was average. Standard yellow with egg, nothing fancy. Beef and broccoli was a hit as was my chicken lo main. Noodles were cooked to perfection, couple of the pieces of chicken were dry (quality of the meat) rest were tender and delicious. The flavor of the sauce was amazing. Egg drop soup was average, hot and sour soup is the best I have had out here in New Mexico excluding P.F. Chang's which is chain. Overall very good food. Think next time I might just get the main entrée to split with some soup.

    Homemade Hot Sauce!!! Very good

Went for dinner, ordered D3 chicken chow mein, food was tasteless. The sweet and sour pork was hard. Horrible food.

The food was subparts. The fried rice was crunchy and had no flavor. The only thing that was tasty was the egg drop soup.

Had the kung pap lunch special and it was very nice. Good amount of spice and the sauce was great. Nice family working this restaurant.

First off, we ordered the vegetable egg rolls for an appetizer, I do not recommend them since they are frozen ones. They were tasteless while the interior of these rolls were mushy, though the duck sauce was quite tasty it could not overcome these appetizers. Our entrees came next, my husband asked about the serving size and he was told a plate only fed one person, not true. The plate serves two. Anyway, the Kung Pao Chicken has really good flavor, was spicy and served with a side of steamed white rice. My husband's entree was Orange Chicken and nothing spectacular about it. But what will keep us from ever going back was that as we sat in the restaurant eating I started to smell cigarette smoke. It became more pronounced and I realized they were smoking in the kitchen and had the door open to where we were sitting. With that revelation my husband quickly got us out of there...the cigarette smoking inside the kitchen is a total dealbreaker.

The food was promised in 8 to 10 minutes and was ready easily in that time. I ordered Crab Rangoon, a favorite of my wife, and pork fried noodles. The Crab Rangoon is some of the best in Albuquerque. I could actually taste the crab. Most I've had here just taste of cream cheese, so whatever they do at YNH, they should continue! The pork fried noodles, on the other hand, were nothing special. The dish tasted of Chinese Five Spice which includes clove and is not a favorite flavor for me. My wife didn't mind so much, so this is certainly a personal issue. Add a star if you are ok with the seasoning. We will certainly be back for the Rangoon and to try other menu options.
