Ordered orange chicken and received dynamite- called to get it switched out and the manager said there was nothing they could do, even though I had a receipt for orange chicken and showed him the dynamite chicken, that was way too spicy for my kids to eat. Panda Express has become our go to Friday night take out. Mainly because we have varied diets in my family and everyone can find something thing they like. The Beyond products for the vegan/vegetarians are a plus. I deducted a star due to variable taste. Some orders seem fresh and hot. Today's chow mien was dry and very stiff. Finally a Panda Express open during their hours!!! We've had so much trouble finding a Panda Express that's open when their hours show they are. This Panda was open at 11:00 am like their hours listed. The employees were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and the food was freshly made. As always, the food was delicious and well portioned. I ordered the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and the Lo mein. So delicious! The music added a lovely ambiance as well. I came to Panda this Sunday evening because I love their food! I usually have a good experience, however this was my first time at this location... I walked in & was immediately greeted by a man at the register. I was ready to order but I proceeded to wait 15 minutes & out of the 3 different workers no one had still taken my order. There was only one other customer in the entire restaurant & they were having problems figuring out his online order. As I was waiting I noticed that one of the employees was touching the customers phone aa well as the register with the same gloves he was using to make the online orders, which is completely unsanitary. After continuing to wait I asked one of the workers if they were going to help me & he told me to wait because there were other things they needed to get done first, mind you I was the ONLY person in line. I understand there are online orders, but when I go to a Fast food restaurant that is almost empty, I expect to get my food in a timely manner. New restaurant is very clean and open, service was fast despite being fairly busy. I had the Beijing beef bowl with noodles which is a standby, and it was delicious. A good place for a quick meal when in a hurry, or a treat if you are a fan of Chinese takeout. Update March 2018: had to remove two stars because of the experience today. Restaurant waste baskets were full and overflowing, water or soda was spilled on the floor by the soda machine, the dish I ordered was not ready so I received half of my meal while waiting for the rest to finish cooking and when they came to bring it to my table they couldn't remember what I look like so they kept going to the wrong tables to give other people my food. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I paid $17 for food and they told me to park in front and they will bring it out when it's ready. They let me sit there for 25 minutes while my infant screamed. They saw me sit there and then when I called they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. The cook had his back to me the entire time sitting on his phone. They all watched me and somehow forgot? Unreal. You make $15 to not do your job. I should have gotten it free. And I never do this. I'm a very understanding person but that was not cool. Standard fast food Chinese restaurant in my opinion. They are priced a little higher than normal for the amount of food that you get. Plus the price of the food is confusing. Each entree has a different starting point. Other than that the food tasted good. Time will tell if this restaurant stay clean since many Chinese restaurant gets rather dirty over time and eventually closes up. read more

We came in on a busy Saturday night, everyone was so nice and cheery to us right off the bat. They moved everyone through the line super fast. The girl making our food, had amazing customer service, so thank you Selena! Restaurant was super clean, and food was delicious. Came here 1 hour before closing time on a Saturday and the doors were locked. A family happened to be leaving, so I snuck in. I was told by a young guy cleaning the floor that they were closed already. I pointed out that it was an hour before closing time, and he repeated that sorry, they're closed. Again, I pointed out the hours to him and a girl behind the counter finally spoke up and grudgingly told me I can buy whatever was left. I'm super picky when it comes to Chinese food, I honestly probably eat Chinese food like once a year anymore... generally because I'm disappointed by most places I try. I have had this place TWICE in less than a month! Plus I loved the mixed veggies option instead of rice or noodles. The place was clean, and the guy that helped me both times was very helpful and friendly. I debated between 4 or 5 stars and decided to go with 5, because really what would make this better. Food is OK. Nice display. Workers are pleasant but lightening fast. More interested in their speed than the customer. Prices too high for the TINY portions. Their little boxes are a joke. Hmmm. Place is very nice, good atmosphere, pleasant workers, good food. I have to comment on the portion sizes though. Ruined the experience :( I bought a bowl with a premium entree so it was almost $8. Bowl was almost all white rice with a small layer of the entree.
