Had a taste for panda today so after running a few errands I drove to Fullerton and Narragansett. Ordered through drive thru plate (1side & 2 entrees) and an order of veggie spring rolls. Got home and set down to eat my plate order was complete and smelled delicious but instead of veggie spring rolls (was ready for these) I was given cream cheese Rangoon. Didn't want to drive back there. My suggestion to everyone placing an order whether inside or drive thru please check before leaving the store. Other than that my meal was very good. read more

I ordered from this location on 9/17/25 . Order was placed and picked up from the drive-thru on my lunch time break . My order was fulfilled correctly but with a special add on a FLY in my food . My appetite was lost . Upset and disgusted . I called the location to speak with the manager Lisa and spoke about the situation . Lisa was very rude and Made no effort into resolving the situation . I have eaten at several panda Express around Chicago suburbs for a number of years. It is the first time that I was ever offered a cup for beverage as I waited for my take out meal (they had to cook more noodles and orange chicken at 11:52am). The cafe look relative new and everythung is not worn out like the others I've visited. Everyone was polite and service was relatively quick given they had to cook to order. read more

I'm not a frequent visitor to Panda Express so I'm sure this isn't going hurt the company or this location. Still I need to write this review because this was unacceptable. To start the service was meh. Not bad, not outstanding just unforgettable. That in itself is fine its a Panda Express not a 5 star dining experience. The 1 star comes from how horrible the food ended up being. I decided to try that new blazing bourbon chicken, and it was a failure on every level imaginable. I don't know if they let it sit there too long, overcooked it, or breaded it in concrete. It was completely impossible to eat. I literally could not chew through it. It was so bad it ruined the entire meal and I feel cheated and robbed. It was so awful not only am I not returning to this location, but any Panda Express ever again. We live in a time filled with lots of anger. We're all burnt out and tired and down in the dumps. But lemme just say to the young lady who was working there, Shnyla! I'm not even sure where to start, I have lived in the neighborhood for 35 plus years and was excited to get a Panda Express near home. I usually don't write to many reviews....I ordered some Rangoon with sweet and sour sauce and a plate of orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and lo mein noddles. Nothing special well I'm so pleased with my crushed rangoons, not the right plate of food and when I checked my meal I came around after leaving the drive thru to only get attitude and accused. read more

The girl at the checkout who puts the food asks a lot of stupid questions. To see that a person does not understand and asks a lot of useless questions and is not polite. She ruined my mood for the whole day. Why ask so many questions when a person says I want it, I want it, put it in, showing it with your hands. I will begin here, a much needed new restaurant in our area. I am glad this location opened in the Bricktown Square. It took a while for Panda Express to open, it was worth the wait because I love their food. The wait was a little long, they were letting in a few at a time. The line did form. Bring your patience, from waiting to enter and the drive thru. Very clean location. Indoor dining is available. There are only four tables available for sit down dining. The most of the customers are taking the food to go. Sit and enjoy. There is some confusion, the focus does shift to the drive thru customers. But the customer service is fast and accurate. I respect the staff with dealing the long lines. They had patience to deal with the customer traffic. Our food was well served, perfect portions and hot. I am glad our area has a Panda Express. It was a long time coming for a new spot in the area. I will be back soon. Panda Express welcome to the Bricktown Square and to Belmont Cragin. You are definitely a welcomed addition. read more

I ordered online since I'm busy and I needed to eat something first so I ordered and my bowl was only half way full. I was very excited that they opened a restaurant at the brickyard. We really needed it. However I went last night and it was very busy. The manager and staff couldn't handle the volume plus they were handling a very large on line order. I waited 25 minutes in line and wait another 5 at the counter while theyfulfilled this order. I was than told they closed the grill down and what that they were out of teriyaki chicken. At checkout they dropped one if my containers and said sorry do you want more. Since they were almost out of all the other entrees I left without my food. Very disappointed. read more

If you want to watch the staff refill the bowls with fresh food to be taken away to the drive thru and all you're left with in cabbage in your noodles, this is your place. As you make your way down the line the orange chicken will be filled right before you ask for it and then will be all scooped away for the drive thru again then be asked to wait 15 minutes to join the rest of the homies scattered around the restaurant with mouths watering and tummies grumbling. If I could give 0 stars I would. We placed an online order at 7:50, estimated time to be ready was 8:05. When we went to pick it up, they hadn't even started our order! That's fine, I get it, places get busy. We didn't get our food for over 35 minutes. Watched people come and go and get their food. No apology, no compensation, no sense of urgency from the team. To say I was mad is an understatement. This is the closest location to my house and I will honestly drive out of my way rather than come back here after this experience. To top it off, that was the most unseasoned angus steak I've ever had at panda. It was my first time going to this panda express I was so excited because it was by the house. Unfortunately my excitement was cut short as my noodles were burnt over cooked and cut up to small pieces. My spring rolls were hard you could barely bite into them like if they were over cooked. I bought food for my family from this location and while I understand they just opened and many businesses are still following COVID regulations (specifically social distancing), I don't think a 20+ minute wait outdoors waiting on them to handle a single customer can be blamed on such. I had also ordered orange chicken for my family and pepper angus steak for myself and the chicken was overcooked to the point of much of it being hard, and the steak was severely under cooked. When we called to complain, they offered us free food for the next visit, I get the gesture, but I don't think it made sense to offer food for a return visit when the food wasn't prepared properly in the first place. read more
