I consider this Panda Express to be just "okay". I actually like the food, but there have been some misses. The egg rolls are great when they're not burnt to a crisp. I enjoy the rangoons. I find the fried rice to be quite bland, but there are several sauce packets to choose from to doctor it up. My favorite is the orange chicken. The portions I've received are pretty decent as well. It is a bit pricey, but the rewards on the app (free items) can help keep costs down a bit. I do agree with other reviewers that this location is super slow when it comes to receiving food. I make my orders through the app (love those rewards!) and once the order goes through, you receive an "order ready" time. I almost always have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes after the quoted time. Sometimes I've gone in to pick up my order at the time it's supposed to be ready and they haven't even started to put it to together. I was highly surprised my dish was steaming hot and the shrimp were still crispy although they weren't busy at all. I love my super greens and I always order that but the last two times it hasn't tasted the same. The first time I noticed it was at a different location and now again from this location. I was surprised to see they didn't offer the fresh juices like the location I normally visit. Although they did have strawberry Fanta and that was interesting. So much so I almost ordered it. I wish I could say the food was consistent and in a way it was because like I mentioned earlier, the super greens tasted bland here just like they did at the other location I visited most recently. read more

The food was served fresh, hot and fast, but my order was wrong so I had to return to have it corrected. I would have kept going, but my child's food was missing. I got back in the driveway line and I sat there and inexplicably the cashier acted like they didn't see me. A minute or two later the manager walked over and I explained the situation. She gave me my missing item. The food tasted really good, but having to return to the store was an inconvenience. When I got home and opened the replacement item for my son, it was all broccoli and not even one piece of beef. That is very ridiculous. He didn't want the orange chicken I ordered for myself and I ended up going back out and getting him a happy meal from McDonald's. read more

Fast service with the drive thru, which is uncommon for most of the Panda chains. Plenty of parking spots around the area as well. Place inside is always clean and no fuss with the standard Panda fare. And food is what you expect, which is great for a fast food chain like this. Great for the price and dependable. I noticed the entree sizes here are smaller than other locations. They're definitely stingy on the entrees (especially the meat), but heavy on the carbs making it appear you got more. Also, the taste seems off, meaning it's not as flavorful as other Panda Express locations. For some reason, the flavor is one dimensional--- either it's too salty, too oily, too sweet or just tasteless. There's not much layer in their flavors. The last time we visited for dinner, we were given the last few remaining entrees that had been sitting there since lunch. There was no offer to provide us with freshly cooked entrees. Pros is the convenient location. The service is also adequate although they could be friendlier. I think if they can improve their size portion on their entrees and have a better trained cook, I'll rate this a 3. read more

It's shopping mall Chinese food. Service was fast and they give a good sized portion. Unfortunately, it's not very good.

This was actually my first experience with Panda Express. A new location just opened by me and we decided to grab a quick & easy dinner here one night after a day at the pool. We tried an assortment of the entrees. Wok fired shrimp & the honey walnut shrimp were our favorites. The Beijing beef was also a hit. We felt obligated to try the orange chicken since they're apparently famous for it, but can't say we were that impressed with it. Honestly I think the Trader Joe's version is better! The veggie fried rice & chow mein were exactly as you've probably ever had it before. Nothing terribly unique or special about their version of it. It perfectly did its job as a side to the entrees. The cream cheese rangoons are good, though I wish they offered them with crab. Veggie spring rolls were delicious, and the chicken egg roll wasn't bad either. The fortune cookies were a big hit at our house! It's a great option to have nearby and I'm sure we'll swing by again at some point for another easy dinner one night. Definitely wouldn't forego our usual local Chinese places over Panda Express though. read more

I've tried this location several times . First time I ordered rice with beef and broccoli, got home, realized it was mostly broccoli, about 4 tiny pieces of beef! Strike one. Next time I ordered teriyaki chicken, with 2 vegetable rolls. The server forgot to put the rolls in my bag! Went all the way back to get them, told them I should at least get an extra one for the inconvenience of driving all the way back in the rain, no mam, they said!! I'll talk to the girl who made the mistake. How does that help me? Another time, I ordered teriyaki chicken and rice, the server asked if I needed any sauce, I said yes of course, she asked what kind? I was thinking she did automatically put teriyaki sauce on my chicken so I said soy sauce and sweet and sour. Messed up again, got home no teriyaki sauce! This place requires serious attention, watch out for mistakes. read more

Food was terrible. Not hot. Was supposed to be teriyaki chicken with white rice. Not cooked in sauce but they did give me some packets of sauce. you had to tear the chicken apart the pieces we too large to eat. All in all a pretty bad meal. Route 3 Panda Express not a good idea!! read more

Unfortunately I gave this place a try and they failed! Ordered online for pick up...order was supposed to be ready at 6:41. That time passed and, having spoken to others waiting, found others with "ready times" 10 minutes later were taken care of ahead of my order. The expediter would ask random people what their names were and get through their orders ahead of mine. Finally got my order at 7:15! Once home, food was cold and did not taste well! My wife could only take a few bites of her Beijing Beef, and the egg roll had a funny taste (each of my family noticed that)! I will not be coming back! This pandas going downhill!!! Everytime we take break cause tired of wasting money for 5 pieces of orange chicken in a bowl. While other bowl has huge scoop. We have had a soda dropped in our car by the kid at the drive-through window and he couldn't even be bothered to say sorry. Nor did we get an apology from the management at all after we wrote in either. But seems every time we go and we ask for smaller pieces of chicken or well-done they can never get it right and this is just a waste of $20 might not be a big deal to you all but I don't feel like wasting $20 for some thing I was looking forward to anymore so I'm done with panda express. read more

If you order chicken teriyaki don't expect teriyaki sauce unless you ask for it. If you order the walnut shrimp and it's only half full - it's because you are only to receive 21 pieces regardless of size or whether its a full piece-- as per management on duty, Jae.
