If I could give 0 stars, I would. Came in at noon and I don't think I've ever had to wait so long for a new batch of chow mein and fried rice. We were the only ones in the store besides a couple who was already seated and eating their meals. My sister and her family, who had ordered their food right before me, were already finishing their meals by the time my food was even given to me. After complaining to the manager about how slow their service is, mind you there are multiple customers who are also complaining about their service, she doesn't even apologize. Dropped by for 3combos to go at 1230pm. I was glad no one yet at the counter then a crowd followed me. Anyways, 2 employees in the back cooking, 2 in the frontline and 1 must be the manager since she was the only in black shirt. I noticed that none of them smiled at the customers. They were like robots. When it got crowded , the one in black shirt helped out and almost mixed out my order with someone else . She also never smiled. I think they need to go back to customer service training . I have been to other Panda Express chain and so far this is the first time I've experienced such negative ambience. You either like Panda or you don't - and I love Panda. The good thing about a chain is that you can expect the food to taste the same at every store but customer service is not always the same. This location is consistently under staffed, every time I have been here, the employees look over worked and exhausted because there are only 3-4 people working. Management needs to hire more people or schedule more people around dinner time. It is unacceptable to have a line of 15 people and only one girl taking and filling orders. This is a bad panda location Came in an hour before close, theres no flow of other customers, food tastes old like it's been sitting out for awhile. Orange Chicken is rock hard. Honey shrimp breaks apart on your fork it's been sitting under the light so long. The old guy working the line gave me way too much rice and shorted me on orange chicken. read more

The asian girl manager that works here really knows how to waste people's time. I was waiting for them to cook a dish and when the server told her that she needed to cook it, she looked at me and then left to use the restroom for 5 whole minutes. Then, she spent the next three minutes telling everyone that worked there that since "today is slow, everyone has to leave by 10pm". She literally repeated that 5 times to the employees. Couldn't she have said that while cooking my dish? Or at least waited until AFTER she served the customer to say that? Worst service ever. read more

This place is boo-boo went there yesterday and ordered orange chicken and Beijing beef when I got home they tasted all old the rice was under cooked got a bunch of crunchy pieces and the Chow mein was so so. service was OK I also ordered a side of chow mein and a side of rice for my dad he said the same thing and not to be gross but I'm pretty sure their food give me the runs. Despite this being my first time at this location, I had great service. The employees were very friendly and worked together to keep the line moving. Even though the setting was quiet, it didn't seem lonely but had a comfortable and relaxing feeling to it, and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. Friendly staff. But they constantly have issues with their soda machine. Sodas are either not in stock, or when you fill up your soda there is a big air bubble in the syrup line that makes it too fizzy and too watery. I will revise this review if they fix their soda machine. read more

I had to directly ask her if she was having a bad day as she was so dismissive of my parents as they asked about the menu and was just rushing them (mind you it was 5:30pm and there was no one else waiting). Her portion serving was light as has been mentioned before. I picked this place versus another closer location thinking they would have more options and a nicer environment to eat in but the options were the same and the tables and floor were dirty. She looked at me and without a greeting or smile immediately pointed to the back of the food order line and said "you need to go over there," not even bothering to ask me what I needed. Once I told her that I had an online order, she told me that I needed to talk to the manager because she could not find my receipt. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I can see from other reviews that this is not an isolated incident and that other customers have had problems with "Arianne's" rude attitude. this place is a joke. i have a late lunch and they Definitely do not cater to late comers. they don't want to make another batch off anything they're low on. I've been actually told, that there isn't enough for a serving and they won't be making more. today I got lunch and was served the smallest protions i have ever received from any Panda. My third item had barely filled the container and they are usually stuffed. I got 1 scoop of my choice of meat put ont the to go box and that was it, nothing more, nothing extra.
