I had quite a few hours to kill in the airport today. I actually asked an airline personnel what was the best and cheapest option and they sent me here. Now Yelp has this location listed as terminal E but it's around B20. Not going to pretend there wasn't airport flation on the drinks but the food was priced as normal I feel. I spent 2-3 hours here tucked away in the corner as there are plugs conveniently there. I was able to witness many different airport employees and store employees. Notably the manager here appears to be a nice African American guy. He really goes above and beyond to greet people and circle each station to make sure everything was neat and orderly and really ensure the line moves smoothly. I was rather impressed with how consistently everything flowed here. The food is as to be expected imo but considering the popularity of this location it was probably "fresher" than previous locations I've tried..

Before flying back to Canada, my bro and I decided we had to try some Panda Express just for lols. Sure, this place has always been invoked when it comes to memes of authenticity, but we decided to see if it was really that mid. I think I often take for granted just how good the Chinese food is in Toronto. We ordered up some of that famous orange chicken to see how it would taste. The verdict? It was actually not bad at all! The batter was definitely not crispy which was disappointing, but flavour-wise, the chicken was seasoned well (we could taste ginger very prominently so I'm wondering if part of the recipe calls for this aggressive ginger note). It was cool to try Panda Express for a first time. Do I think I will ever return? If I do, it won't be at an airport LOL.

Around 7:45 pm, the kitchen stopped cooking new batch's. Whatever left, that's what they sell. The portion are less as well.

The food was ok. The noodles didn't have much flavor to them. The chicken was good though! There was a huge line so we were starving by the time we got our food. 2 plates ~ $26

I came to Panda Express to grab a quick bite before my flight. The server seemed a little dazed so I felt a bit weird ordering. I got the chicken and string beans with white rice. It was less flavorful than I expected but hey it's Panda Express. There's food court style seating by the side.

My view of where I sat to try and get this down.

The food here is fresh most of the time. Service is pretty fast but the seating area is pretty limited. Still good enough to revisit though.

Service was not satisfactory for a regular Panda Express let alone an overpriced airport bar... I'm sorry I left a tip.

Yesterday at the airport I made sure to order it custom and it came out great. I would choose Whataburger over Burger King any day. I try not to eat fast food too often, but this place doesn't cause me much issues in moderation, nor did I have issues after on my flight.

    - Whataburger at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport…read more After finding very limited breakfast options at the airport lounge, I walked over to Whataburger because I had missed the chance to try it during my previous trip to Texas. Coming from California, I have access to plenty of good burgers, but Whataburger had been talked up enough that I was curious to finally give it a try. The service was not particularly welcoming. I stood at the counter looking at the menu and waited for the employee to acknowledge me or ask whether I was ready to order. Instead, she looked away and did not say anything. When I stepped closer to the counter, she finally asked, "Do you want something?" Since it was around 6:00 a.m., I asked whether they were only serving breakfast or if the regular menu was also available. She told me they were serving everything, so I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. My food came out in about 10 minutes. The burger and fries were fine, but nothing about them really stood out to me. The service was also fairly middle-of-the-road overall--neither especially good nor terrible. One frustrating issue was the table. It looked normal, but it was extremely wobbly. A small movement caused my drink to tip over and spill, and I had to get a refill. Based on how unstable the table was, it seems unlikely that I was the first customer to encounter the problem. Overall, Whataburger was okay. I would not go out of my way or find myself craving it, but if someone handed me one of their burgers, I would still eat it.

It's home to some awesome servers, bright, an airy, colorful ambiance and a margarita that makes my top 10 list-and I've spent decades building and curating that list. I was there on a Tuesday morning in August-and found a comfy seat at the bar (where, yes, you can plug in and charge devices). I had just slammed down some Aunty Anne's pretzel bites, so wasn't hungry. But I was hoping for a great margarita-the kind you can only find west of the Mississippi. Ohhh, I found it-margarita mission accomplished. I ordered the first class margarita... and it lived up to its name. Lately I've only been able to find: bad mixes, too tangy or super weak 'ritas. This was none of that-it was superb... sublime, even. Totally worth the $22 (August 2026 price)-the kind of drink where you keep saying "man, this is good," with each sip. My excellent server, Crystal, didn't even laugh at me when I did it. I can't wait to go back and try the food. There's a cute little dining area adjacent to the bar-that seems to be close to everything in terminal D, including gates and other restaurants and retail. Time to book another trip through DFW! Thanks, TX/MX!

FIrst off, you know it's not going to be great TexMex. You should be able to come to that realization the moment your eyes gaze upon the name of the establishment and everything within the restaurant. However, you're tired, you're hungry, and you're resigned to airport food so, in you go. The real question should be do you need to have more of a fast casual restaurant experience with some booze the likes of Applebees or Ruby Tuesday? If not, you're much better off grabbing something from Chick-fil-A as it's a lot tastier and much cheaper. Otherwise, come on in, get some radioactive colored sugary cocktail and dine on some really mid enchiladas. Service was fine.

The chicken pho, however does not require much. The stock, noodles and broth were already pre-made. I waited about 20 minutes and asked him what was going on. He said sorry let me get right on it. This is a management problem and shortly after 3 more employees showed up to help out. I definitely did not tip and the guy was adjusting the tip jar trying to guilt trip me into throwing a few dollars in for his mediocre service. Uncle roger would not approve of this place for pho. They used glass noodles and only provided lime slices as garnish. Nothing else: hoisin, sriacha, bean sprouts, a little jalapeño didn't kill anyone. For $17 after tax in dfw, it's a sad day here.
