My family was pretty happy with the quality and amount of food we got in the 5 Person Family Meal. The online ordering experience was really easy and the store staff was really friendly when we came in to pick up. The restaurant looked clean and fun on the inside, I wouldn't mind eating inside someday, but we almost always take our food to go. Honestly, this is an Americanized version of Chinese food, but it's so convenient and delicious. Our family loves the Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, Beijing Beef and Chow Mein. I've been to a number of these chains over the country and this one is probably the cheapest...not money-wise but amounts. Was in there this weekend and it's the only Panda Express I've been in where they totally LOAD UP the bowl/plate with carb/starch noodles or rice, then ladle one spoon of "entree"on top. Wow. I see negative comments from out-of-state. That's sad! I LOVE this location! They are by far the only location that actually prepares their food to cook, instead of using premade mixtures from a bag and heating them on a stovetop or griddle. I've seen it in Florida! Gross. We drive from the next town over because this location has the best-tasting food. I've seen the owners; they are very kind, and the employees serve great portions. Have been here multiple times. Consistent observation. The owner lady does not like to serve appropriate amount of food. She always cuts shorts on the quantity with minimal meat. She will go to the length of removing the meat from the container to reduce the amount. Sad attitude. Never seen a smile on her face. I hope she finds some peace. read more

I like Panda Express. I think they have good food and sometimes you are just craving it. On this visit, we came here right when they opened. Because we were some of the first people there, the place was very clean, not busy, and we were helped right away. Workers were very friendly. Since it was so early, all the food was fresh and looked amazing. And there is nothing else better than a fresh batch of orange chicken! We got the chow mein and orange chicken with a side egg roll. It was good, nothing spectacular. They have a decent sized seating area here which is nice. Sometimes you are too hungry to take your food on the go. Overall a good average Panda Express. Me and my husband went here Monday night 02/20/2023 and was the only thing we ate that day. We both got very similar meals both being orange chicken and teriyaki chicken except I had noodles and he had rice. At 9pm that night I couldn't leave the toilet because it was just constant. I couldn't keep water down and it was on and off until 5am. I would go into more details of my symptoms but that would make you not want to read this. I was rushed to the emergency room where I received fluids and diagnosed with food poisoning and salmonella. I was also met with a very large medical bill. Now today 02/23/2023 my husband is going through the same thing I went through. I am beyond disgusted that this happened to us and that this happened at a place that serves contaminated food. I will never eat at a Panda Express ever again. Please be weary. read more

Just all around horrible food. Drenched in sauce and oil. Very little protein in the mean, and I had three item combo. They intentionally use too much sauce to fill you up without having to put in much meat. I mean, you know what you get at Panda, but this seemed even worse than usual. What can be said about panda express. It's somewhat akin to reaching for that vending machine sandwich. You know it won't sit right once you consume it. But for some unknowable reason, I return to one of these faux Chinese places to be disappointed - again. When the featured item - orange chicken - is as Chinese as John Wayne, I shouldn't expect much. For the most part I don't. But every time I eat at this place, I slap my head like Homer Simpson and wonder, "doh!" I could have made superior food in my own kitchen for $2. I wanted something quick so I stopped here, the word 'Express' cannot be wrong right? :) there was a line but they served us pretty fast. Food was ok. Rather tasty if I did comparison with similar chinese fast food. Fried rice tasted bland but when I ate them with the entrees they became a compliment. I ordered beijing beef and spicy chicken and both of the entrees pretty good. But what made 4 stars was the service, each one of them asked me how are you today, looked into my eyes and smile. I really like this chain but this location is the worst. I can't figure out why - it seems like they have a lot of personnel turnover but somehow the food is mostly substandard. I kept thinking it was me & gave them so many chances but today I actually returned the slop they gave me & asked for a refund. When I asked the person who served me why the food at this location was not as good as other close by locations of West StP & Apple Valley, she indicated I could have take my refund & buy food from there...pretty snotty though I was trying to be as patient as possible. I ordered fried rice, orange chicken and Kung pao chicken(take out). I have to wait for 5 minutes since they are preparing Kung pao. After coming home I was shocked to see the Kung pao does not look or taste like other Panda express, No Sauce & spicyness missing. I was so Bland. Fried Rice was over dry and crispy and bland too... I am a big fan of Panda express and disappointed with Eagan Panda express. Overall they made a bad impression with food and service... I recommend others to try someother Panda express franchise. read more
