This is by far the BEST Panda Express restaurant I have ever been too. For a fast food establishment, they do food right and with fast service. My family and I have been coming here since they opened and we all order different items. No matter what we order it is all very tasty, fresh and portions are perfect. My favorites are the grilled teriyaki chicken- sauce on the side and the mushroom or string bean chicken. The orange chicken is always pleasing and you can't go wrong with their eggplant tofu, Mongolian beef and kungpao chicken. I love that they offer steam veggies as a side choice. Their veggies are always cleaned well and cook to perfection and never overdone. Another great thing about this location is the service. The employees are very efficient! I don't know how they manage to keep track of who ordered what and how many plates are in the same order. It makes for faster checkout considering how the line at dinner time is to the door. Restaurant manager Gen, Era and the rest of the Ewa Beach Panda Express location are very friendly and inviting. Gen always has a smile on her face and makes me and my family feel welcome during every visit. Era is a caring individual who always have pleasant conversations with me- she is very personable. Gen, Era and their work team are very hard working professionals. Good communication is observed by me during my visits. The team members work well with one another and always keep their patrons the first priority. And of course the food items are always hot and fresh. The manager was mad and was talking crap about the customer before me while taking my order like seriously I could care less about what happened I literally just want my food and I want out. But she was too busy complaining about the customer to even get my order right I said "chow mein for the first plate and half and chow mein/chow fun for the other and kept giving me fried rice." And then the other worker doing entrees named Leceria I told her to don't forget to give me sweet and sour sauce with my rangoons but she literally didn't bother to give it anyway and I would've walked out without even knowing if I didn't check after paying and when I brought it up she literally gave me a dirty look. Like I just wanted sauce? It would've been the second time I would've had to eat my rangoons dry cause last time I didn't check cause they would always give me sauce without asking all the other times. I recently started to go to this Panda Express recency which is located in the Laulima Shopping Center in Ewa Beach, HI. If you are on Ft. Weaver Rd. you really cannot miss it as it is one of the restaurants right off the road. It is around surrounding businesses and restaurant such as Safeway, Yummy's Korean BBQ, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc. I like everything about this Panda's location except for their fried rice which is one of favorite menu items/entrees at Panda's. I noticed that compared to other Panda's, their fried rice is more saltier for some reason. I do not know why. Other than that everything else on their menu is pretty good. The staff and customer service is great, they are pretty fast. They have a decent amount of table and seating, even outside too. They have a restroom and also serve water cups. One of the more popular places to eat in that shopping center area I have noticed. read more

If I could make a review with no stars I would. I called yesterday afternoon to order a tray of fried rice to be picked up at 1030 this morning for a brunch just to make sure it's ready on time. When we picked up at 1030 order was not even ready. We were told they forgot to prepare the order. I was assured that it would be ready. Poor customer service! read more

Wow it was super busy!!! Long lines, long wait. But the team working were calm, organized, smiling. I'm in the restaurant business, and I know how stressfull it can be. Went at 6pm (peak time) to support Ewa Makai's Media program fundraiser at Panda. I have to give props to the entire staff there for a job well done. Worst place ever... I bought me a 3 entree meal to go got home started eating and i found a long piece of metal in my fried rice as I'm eating in my mouth . I'm angry as hell because it could of been worst if I swallowed it. I called the manager and she said to bring my receipt so I went back to the restaurant and showed her the piece of metal and told her to find out where it came from and she went back to talk to the cooks and they said it was from the metal basket where they drained the fried food. So even more I got upset... I will definitely call corporate because if I get sick I have proof of the metal and receipt. The manager had the nerve to ask me if I want another plate after what happen, I refuse and ask for a refund but said it will take 5-7 days because I used my debit card... ridicules I tell you never again will I eat here! read more

So the lady up sells me on sesame chicken but I have to wait for it to be finished getting cooked, so I wait. Then she throws my plate together when I'm not looking and when I get home there is literally 3 pieces of chicken. Talk about pissed! Their orange chicken is always fresh which I find that at other Panda express, it always taste old and hard....not this one! To be honest...never had a problem at all with this pandas...its a fail safe place to go whenever your hungry. Always!

First, we called our order in at 11:40pm, the person who answered and took our order was very proficient, and I didn't have to repeat myself at all. She repeated my order so I told her that we were coming now. We got there and was surprised to find a line to the door. Getting in the door I found one person trying to fill orders and ring up customers at the same time. I finally got my order and no surprise it was wrong I was missing a whole plate. Just to get it straight took me over a hour, I finally got back to work and found out my order was still wrong. I'm so disgusted with this pandas they seem to be so inadequate its not even funny. Not only did I miss my lunch hour but I could not even eat what I had ordered. They seriously need to get more competent workers read more

Small area but they really know how to clear the line quickly. Staff are quick to call out the need for a new batch of food unlike most pandas where they wait until there is only a scoop of scraps left before they call for more. Food is funky fresh because of this. read more

Such a great experience coming here. Everyone is always so friendly and always offers a free sample, which I kindly decline. I always get the same thing anyways. Chow mein, the shrimp, orange chicken and the cream cheese ragoons. All so good! Once it's dinner time there's almost a line going out the door. Never been disappointed with this location whenever I order. I like coming here when it's a late day and dinner is not ready. My favorite is the Shanghai Angus Steak and the Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice. When I just need something small or for my Keikis I just get the bowl which is very filling! Gotta say, this panda express is pretty on it. Never had one bad experience here, the staff is friendly and food always comes out fresh, nice and hot. Lines sometimes get pretty long but they get em out in decent time. Good location, not too far from my house either. Not sure what to order? Go with honey walnut shrimp fer sure..never disappoints! If one knock, it's the parking. PE shares the big lot with every other restaurant and store in the shopping center, and now with buffalo wild wings next door, parking is even more packed. Ready for a sodium overload?! I like Panda and most of their options. When I'm lazy Panda is a quick option. They food is usually food and fresh, if you ask for something they will make it fresh for you. They always give you a lot of food too! Never are they short on servings. The location is small. Not many places to sit down and is very crowded. Came here with a friend and her little Ohana. Though paying separate, the workers assumed we would be paying together and serviced other people before letting me pay. Waited five minutes before I threw a stink! I'm sorry, but don't assume! Sunday night, we went in the store a few minutes after 8:30. The store closes at 9. I wasn't expecting this. More than half the dishes were gone. We were told "we're not cooking anymore". So we left and went to another restaurant in the same mall who also closed at 9. Guess what? We were served there. We were served fresh food, not just what they had leftover. I can understand walking in to a restaurant a few minutes before closing, but this was 20-30 minutes before closing. I should have been able to order anything i wanted even if it required cooking a new batch. They need to change their hours from "closed at 9" to "closed at 8-something and we'll sell you whatever is left until 9". read more

The food is typical Panda Express food. I was appalled at the service I received from Sam. She was rude, uncommunicative, and curt. At the end of the transaction I made it a point to say thank you to her no less than 4 times. She made no eye contact with me even though i am positive she heard me.
