The service was outstanding and the food was as expected. They had a special menu for the pandemic and the dining room wasn't open at the time. We went through the drivethru and everything went smoothly. The workers were wearing masks and were very quick to get our order ready. Our food was nice and warm. Everything in our order was correct and we were very happy.

Where's the Noodles??? Hence I took 3 Bites to get some Noodles and cabbage, getting the noodles was a chore! What a rip off!

My Chow Mein was a canbbage salad! Highly disappointed! This place needs to realize that just because it's in the prepped Chow Mein that it's time to throw in a new batch of Chow Mein! Don't give the bottom of the barrel as part of a meal!

Manager and employees ignoring customers why the store is closed an hour and a half before their stated closing time.

10:30 pm listed closing. Arrived at 9:00 pm. Doors locked, employees and manager inside. Ignored customers trying to open the doir or asking for information. Dissatisfied. Never coming back.

First things first, it's a Panda Express. It's not going to be high quality Chinese food. That being said, the food at this location is typically good & consistent. The new honey sesame chicken is delicious as well! My only complaint with this location is that more often than not, the chow mein is majority cabbage rather than noodles, especially when ordering drive thru (attached photo below).

This location does have a drive thru but we decided to walk in and I'm glad we did.

Staff guided us thru the extensive menu in no time flat, the food arrived in scant minutes, and the whole vibe made a rushed dinner feel like a feast. Actual feast-quality food helped. Between us all, we had soup, appetizers, entrees - everything was piping hot, fresh, and really good. AND they passed the egg roll test: crunchy, hot-but-not-Hotpocket-hot, and not greasy! Delicious. The same care is taken with the dining room, the serving ware, the lighting, and the noise control. Try it out!

The cutting and lighting on fire was cool and they provided the wrap, veggies and sauce. The chef even provided some pork chasu as a complimentary service. My favorite thing had to be the handful led beef noodles. It had a nice wok flavor and the noodles were really good and had a nice chew. The duck was good too but it felt quite small for the price. Also I did find a small hair in a piece of duck so that wasn't fun. The service was great and our waiter was very friendly and great. The restaurant inside is pretty and clean. Seems like a great place to take family or go for a nice lunch/ dinner.

The manager was so friendly and came out to our table to ask about our food if it was ok and to our satisfaction. She spoke Spanish and carried on a very sweet conversation with my elderly mom. That was so touching. The ambiance was very nice for a fast food restaurant that actually doesn't taste like fast food. Everything was lovely! We will definitely be back!

Clean, well maintain and has excellent outside lighting. Additionally, there is outside seating. This is my first time at this location, as I moved to Grapevine from Flower Mound about four years ago. The service was excellent! My General Tao spicy chicken came out exactly the way I custom order it. Though I did not get any of these this time, their edamame, egg rolls, and wontons are always excellent! As is literally everything else on the menu, and you can custom make any of it! Parking was a little frustrating, as for some reason, the shopping center gave the Imaging place a whole bunch of upfront spots, more than I believe they really need, making a little difficult to park at the Pei Wei... but not really that difficult! On the final note, Pei Wei is my favorite place! However, I think with the last price increase, they are overpriced. Having the app helps, when they run specials, which isn't nearly as often as it was in the past! I would be eating here two or three times a week if it wasn't for the price ! I'll always come back to Pei Wei, when the pricing is right!
