    The service was outstanding and the food was as expected. They had a special menu for the pandemic and the dining room wasn't open at the time. We went through the drivethru and everything went smoothly. The workers were wearing masks and were very quick to get our order ready. Our food was nice and warm. Everything in our order was correct and we were very happy.

    Where's the Noodles??? Hence I took 3 Bites to get some Noodles and cabbage, getting the noodles was a chore! What a rip off!

    My Chow Mein was a canbbage salad! Highly disappointed! This place needs to realize that just because it's in the prepped Chow Mein that it's time to throw in a new batch of Chow Mein! Don't give the bottom of the barrel as part of a meal!

    10:30 pm listed closing. Arrived at 9:00 pm. Doors locked, employees and manager inside. Ignored customers trying to open the doir or asking for information. Dissatisfied. Never coming back.

    First things first, it's a Panda Express. It's not going to be high quality Chinese food. That being said, the food at this location is typically good & consistent. The new honey sesame chicken is delicious as well! My only complaint with this location is that more often than not, the chow mein is majority cabbage rather than noodles, especially when ordering drive thru (attached photo below).

When I went inside to ask, an employee rudely said they were only taking digital orders and responded with "if you would have read the sign on the door." When I asked for the store number, the same employee told me to "file a complaint for being a dumbass not able to read." Completely unacceptable. You'd think I asked them to perform brain surgery, not build a burrito. Here's what I ordered: Extra chicken, black beans, NO rice, guac, cheese, sour cream--wrapped lovingly in a burrito. Here's what I got: A 5-pound rice brick, lightly seasoned with disappointment. There was maybe a molecular trace of chicken, and the rest of my requested items--guac, cheese, sour cream--were treated like urban legends: talked about, never seen. I can only assume the person assembling mobile orders had a moment. A breakdown. A rebellious streak. Perhaps they glanced at my "NO RICE" instruction and took it as a personal challenge: "Oh, you want no rice? How about all the rice?" I needed a forklift to get it off the counter. When I got home and unwrapped the beast, I half expected a grain avalanche. I wouldn't be surprised if this location single-handedly caused a regional rice shortage. If Guinness World Records wants to investigate the most rice ever crammed into a tortilla, this is your spot. Naturally, I reached out to Customer Service. Their solution? A free entrée that expires in 30 days--so I can experience this joy all over again. No store follow-up, no training moment, just another notch on the burrito blunder belt. I now understand why most Chipotle locations can't break past a two-star average. And then came "Pepper," the bot. About as helpful as a fork at a soup tasting. I was passed to a live agent--likely outsourced, underpowered, and apologetically incapable. I mean, bless them, but their hands are clearly tied behind their back by corporate red tape and margin mandates. The icing on the metaphorical rice cake? A canned response from "Sheldon," who must moonlight as a chatbot himself. His message was so out of sync with what I'd written, I had to double-check that he wasn't replying to someone else entirely. As for compensation? To receive a refund, I had to forfeit my "free item," which is probably corporate's way of punishing customers for daring to want food made correctly. This isn't the Chipotle I fell in love with back in Minneapolis. That one had soul. This one feels like an over-leveraged franchise just trying to survive the lunch rush without reading instructions. I'm voting with my wallet--and selling my Chipotle stock while I'm at it. Because if this is how customers are treated, the long-term outlook isn't savory. To whoever at corporate thinks one burrito doesn't matter: read your reviews. It's not just one burrito--it's an entire pattern.

    I had a really frustrating experience at Bojangles. That was already disappointing, but what made it worse was when I went inside afterward and saw those exact same items being served to customers at the counter. It felt like the drive-thru customers were just being brushed off instead of getting accurate information. If items are actually unavailable, that's understandable -- but don't tell people something isn't available when it clearly is. It's confusing and wastes people's time. Customer service and consistency really need improvement here. If you're going to run a drive-thru, at least make sure the information you're giving customers is accurate.

There were three other people waiting when I arrived with one other guy quite upset about the wait--I understand his frustration now.
