I have been visiting this location for years and the food is always great, with friendly hardworking staff. Customer lines seems to always be very long and on my last visit it took about 30 minutes to get my food. The problem seems to be that they give preference to online orders rather than customers in the place. If not for the long wait time they deserve 5 stars. When my hubby and I get in the mood for some Chinese food which is fast, and fresh and well as tasty. We get our stand by here. I enjoy their Kung also chicken this time with chow mein noodles. My hubby gets the 2 entree plate instead of the bowl that I get. His double entree is their Honey Sesame Chicken with steamed white rice. I've never had a bad experience at this location! Every time I come here I know the food is going to be fresh because the line is out the door and they're always pumping new food to the counter! It's been great the last 3 times we've gotten food from this location! The teriyaki chicken is usually very good, sometime you will get a fair amount of pieces with just fat though. The orange chicken is also delicious but I find that after one serving, the sweetest starts to get overwhelming so I like to pair mine with the teriyaki chicken and chow mein and that helps cut down the sweetness. I come to Panda Express because they are usually old reliable and while I know that the pandemic slows things down there is no reason to have to wait 40mins in line where there were very few people in line... my number was 2. The woman taking orders kept walking away from the register then there were a bunch of people cooking in the back but they were not packaging anything or getting any orders out. There became a steady line and they were only serving online orders instead of those waiting out in the rain. I received only two pieces of the orange chicken! Two pieces! And 21 pieces of the Beijing Beef. The Chow Mein was literally refrigerator cold and the two Spring Rolls were as well. I've ordered from Panda Express many, many times. The last two times have been awful...cold and not as ordered. When I called to speak with the manager, they put me on hold and no one ever picked up. $33 totally wasted. Quality control is everything in the food business. Every single day from 5-9pm there is a line exiting the building and it will take you atleast 30 minutes to get a single plate. This is a simple fix for management to staff a few more members during this time period. They are clearly always understaffed. The bathrooms are dirty and outdated. I placed an order online for pickup 15 minutes after posted store opening (10:45 pickup, 10:30 open). The store did not open at posted time. No one in the store came to the door to explain why they didn't open on time - and there were customers obviously waiting at the door. An employee came out of a side door, to get something from their car, which required passing the people standing by the main door, and made no attempt to speak to anyone, or explain why the doors were still locked. Only when questioned, did she inform the people waiting that they wouldn't open until 11, and gave no explanation for the late opening. I instructed her to cancel my order (already past pickup time), and she acknowledged that she was aware of the order, and that one of the items was not available. I reiterated that I was leaving. One full hour after my order was supposed to be ready, I received a text message telling me that my order was ready for pickup. One star is a lot! What a discombobulated horrible "restaurant" this is. OMG. The line is long again, we finally made it to the counter to order to go.
