They need all new staff here. They have these kids or young adults whatever they are here and they have no type of urgency to anything they do, and their attitudes are terrible. I love panda but I won't be back. And unfortunately I'm leaving the whole business alone. Every time I come here these kids are terrible, it makes the whole experience bad. Today a girl tried to make me wait until she replenished some entrees that were empty. I didn't even want what she was refilling and I told her I'm on my lunch break. This is a terrible store. I went inside to order to go. The staff seemed crabby/half asleep. The food all looked like it was old and had been sitting out which I can sort of confirm when I got home to eat it bc it was basically cold (I live 5 min away). Decided to give it a try again - we all have off days lol let me tell you that my panda bowl was just right. I was greeted as soon as we walked in (my 6year old was with me). I asked to speak to the manager since My daughter has an allergy, and the manager gave me attitude when asking about allergens. When I got home there was rice, spring rolls, Rangoon on the plate and One small box of orange chicken. I called the location to let them know they forgot to double the chicken and the girl who answered the phone said there was nothing she could do about it. I thought it was a simple, just give the customer a second order of orange chicken. She said I can come in and dispute her his with the manager, if I have I go through all that forget it. On Sunday May 2, 2021 me and my wife ordered carry out. The order was 2 fried rice, 2 shrimps honey walnut, kung pao chicken and teriaki chicken. A couple of hours after eating at our home we both fell severely ill but she was far worse than me. (I learned later from a doctor that this is because I am on a medication that helped) That was the only food we ate together that day . She couldn't sleep that night. On Monday we went to immediate care center and the doctor said this is food poisoning. The severity of the food poisoning caused my wife terrible suffering and a high medical bill. She couldn't eat for 2 days. I called panda express and told them what happened. They said somebody from corporate will get back to me, but nobody called, looks like they careless. I called and tried to place an order. They said I could not--had to order online. I tried but it always takes me to delivery which I don't want. My husband is picking up and is hearing impaired so he can't order at the drive through. I tried to find the near location and your online system is too hard to navigate. We gave up and he is going to Portillo's. I had a taste for Chinese but you make it too hard to get your food. Other locations have been more accommodating. This is one of the most frustrating Panda's I've eaten at. The service is ridiculously slow. Today, I watched the cashier pull 3 styrofoam containers OUT of the plastic bag they were already in in order to check what the contents were. The person who preps your food isn't the person who runs the register, which makes everything delayed. Additionally, I usually order a bowl with honey walnut shrimp, which I pay a little extra for. However, there is a new manager working there, and he's a complete jerk. Not only was I given a lousy 6 pieces of shrimp, 2 of which were tiny, the bowl wasn't even full to the top like the other customers. When I asked for more shrimp, I was told I couldn't be given any more, despite the fact that I pay a little extra to get it due to the premium. I'm disappointed that he can't even be bothered to fill up the bowl I paid for. Overall quite rude and not at all concerned about the customer. Even though this Panda is closer, I'll gladly drive 20 extra minutes to go to the other one in the area that always has good service and considerate workers. I'm done eating at this one. read more

I was so happy to get a Panda near me as my son would live on this if I allowed it. And they have a drive-thru. Major plus! In the first few months, they seemed to have good staff who knew what they were doing. However, the last two times we have gone there, we have received mediocre service at best. Both times, I have had to repeat my order at least twice, and then they still had difficulty when I pulled up to the window. Tonight, the young woman asked me to repeat my order two more times, getting repeatedly distracted by her ear piece. The staff that were there the first few months are non-existent, and the girls at the window tonight were sarcastic and rude, and talked down to me in a patronizing manner when I double checked the order because I could tell it was wrong because I could see it was wrong when she double checked it. Don't know what changed, I'm assuming that the original staff were just there to get the new store started, but this current staff is very disorganized and somewhat rude. 3 stars to balance out the first few months, hope they take these reviews and make some changes. read more
