I went here late, not realizing they were closing and they told me they just got a huge, unexpected rush so they didn't have many choices left, but that they were happy to fire up the wok and make me whatever I wanted. I felt so bad for them to have to do that but they insisted and were so sweet and understanding and told me that was their job and they had no problem doing it. The girl at the window and the man on the speaker (who I think was the manager) were so friendly and she even brought it out to my car. The food was great, but the service was even better! read more

This location is terrible. They never have half the food offered on the menu and always ask you to wait. Most of the time they are out of healthier options like brown rice, and tonight after being asked if i want to try their new dish, they tell me i will have to wait five minutes for them to cook more. After waiting, when I get home they have given me completely the wrong meal. I have given them several chances because I wanted this to be successful since I generally like Panda Express, but I am done with this location. read more

The logo says "Gourmet Chinese." Reality is, it's fast food that sat on a steam table for two hours. At 2:00, it looked like no one had stirred or added water or freshened the food in a long while. I hope I never look as old, dry, and shriveled as that food. Two chicken dishes looked OK, but tasted mediocre. read more

I love their food however due to lack of staff it is always very slow and having to wait on your food to be prepared even tho they should have started cooking the food when they notice they are starting to get low. I once had to kust leave with my children due to the fact I waited in line for 35 mins inside the store and they acted like they didn't see you and when they seen you say you would have to wait to place your order due to having to cook everything. Worst experience ever at the Hendersonville location. I have a service dog and we always have a tag on us to show proof and I've never had a problem till now, by the state of Tennessee it's against the law to ask where's there jacket, ect. All you can ask is if there a service dog and if you say yes then that's all. The staff handled it rudely and unprofessional, we didn't even eat we walked out and will never be back again. So beware if you have a service dog they will refuse the right to serve you read more

I find all Panda Expresses are hit or miss, this one is no exception. Sometimes OK food, sometimes cold bad food.

Friendly staff, clean, and great food. Ask for anything and it is made fresh for you in like 4 minutes. I really like the way this panda looks. Much different than others I've been to. read more

So sad that this place would be a great place to eat if they could get it together! I guess they need better managers, because when you go in first thing when they open there is dirt on the floor, trash is full, windows are dirty. They don't have their tea ready, and over half the food choices are not ready. I think they need someone to manage them! read more

Slow drive thru. 15 minutes to get food. Get to the window, they are Out of String-bean chicken. That's 3 for 3 not having it. Might as well take it off the menu. I told them to sub for honey sesame chicken... no idea what I actually got... definitely not honey sesame. Ordered spring rolls with sweet and sour got an egg roll without. They need to find a new manager for this location or it's gonna close. Who wants to spend 12 bucks for dinner and not get what u want? A good buffet is no more than that! read more

After the disappointment of Broccoli Wok over on Walton Ferry -- I've never seen so much damn broccoli in a dish that allegedly was supposed to have meat in it -- and the closing of that Asian place over by the old K-Mart, pickin's are getting slim for Chinese food. Tried this today and I was not disappointed! Very nice chow mein to cradle my Kung Pao Chicken and String Bean Chicken Breast entrees. Good flavor, nice sauces....I'll be back! read more

Well, every employee at this Panda Express location is so pleasant by having peaceful souls that welcome me back for a great experience every time. All employees, including the on-site restaurant manager, work very hard to meet the demands of a dynamic people, and they all provide such excellent customer service for all of my frequent visits! Well the food is good but every time I go for a quick lunch there is never anything prepared and I end up waiting 15-20 minutes after I order. I am here right now at 11:43 am, the store opens at 11, and there are 5 people plus me waiting for food. Only 3-4 thing prepared on the bar. They don't even have fried rice ready!!!! Insane. Store is very clean and staff is friendly/helpful. Manager even gave me some free entrees when there machine was acting slow. Beware of going too close to their closing as they will let items run out. Food is best during peak hours. read more

Have eaten at Panda Express a couple time a month for years, all across the country, since we have a home in California and one in Tennessee. This time, everything was great, and Tristan was exemplary. I was surprised that at 12:24 p.m. on Sunday, we were the only patrons inside. In the future this will be our Panda in this area. We arrived on Tuesday 12:15 in the afternoon half of the bowls for food selection was empty. I can't believe they were not even set up for the lunch hour people coming in to eat. I order my meal they were still cooking the shrimp so I order some other sides and was waiting for my other food to be ready. So I paid for my meal she hands me my box I go sit down she did not add my shrimp and chicken meal only rice and noodles. So I go back asked for the rest of my food she has sitting on the counter on this little paper plate 4 shrimp which I paid extra. So after all that I sit down the other people at the table start complaining the noodles are not cooked fully they were like rubber and cold also the rice. My shrimp was cold and the sauce was cold and the other people were also saying how bad the food tasted. The manager she was very rude she thought this was O.K. of course she was not paying $9.00 for this rubber cold food and the service was so bad you have to wait for each item to be cooked. For this kind of service and food which also did not even include a drink so my meal would have been at least $10.00 for fast food. I think we all agreed Panda Express will not be our next choice! If you look at the ratings for the location in Hendersonville was pretty bad! read more
