I gave this place a try 2 times before I decided to write the review. Every now and then, I need a high sodium unhealthy meal...Panda Express is one of the places that hits the spot! However....here's the issue with this location The food is a completely different texture and taste compared to the other 10 I've been to 100x. Noodles taste undercooked and weird flavor. Rice seemed flavorless. The two side items were not great either. The second visit, I was starving!!! I threw away 80% of the food I got. First visit, I threw away about 70% of it (not exaggerating). The chicken I got had a burnt flavor. I don't care to write reviews on big chain restaurants since they are standard across the board, but this place is just GROSS! Stopped in for some take out. I get the bigger plate where you can pick three meats and a side. I got the fried rice, 2 of sweet fire and orange chicken. Everything was super yummy. You get big portions for a little less than $10. Basically two meals! This restaurant is always clean, fast, and friendly. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Kids love this place thus end up grabbing food here once a week since it's close by. It's typical fast food. The Orange chicken they devour and like the rice and noodles. The mushroom chicken and Beef and broccoli are tasty for a quick fast food place. Plate portions are just right. Drive thru can get busy so don't be surprised by the wait. read more

I don't understand the success of this food chain. It is basically a food court food place out of a mall. If you are diabetic you ahould not even consider eating here. All of the food is very sweet. Sometimes you will get the best this chain has to offer...hearty portions, fresh and flavorful entries. MOST of the time, at this location, you will get poorly cooked, barely tolerable food, with service to match. Orange chicken was terrible! It tasted like it was saturated in soy sauce or something. I am a big fan of the orange chicken but something was definitely not right with it and the lo mein was very dry. The only reason I'm even giving it 1 star is because the sweet fire chicken tasted good even though there wasn't much sauce on it. It was at least edible, unlike the orange chicken and lo mein! Ordered 2 Grill teriyaki chicken plates plus other. Asked to put sauce on the side and the lady said she got it. When I got home, there was no sauce on the side or on the chicken. No where to be found. I also asked for soy sauce and hot sauce and they weren't in the bag either. read more

They really wasted my time when I ordered ahead of time online at 3:17pm, I got an email to let me know the time the order would be complete and arrived at the time the email stated (3:35) I waited in the drive thru behind about 4 cars. When I got to the speaker they told me the order is not ready yet and asked me to pull forward and wait by the door. I asked if I can have teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken twice, then I waited where they told me untill 3:55. I then went inside to see what was happening I thought they were busy, but the cashier told me they had someone make a mistake and handed me my food no apology no sauce. Very sad. I was a regular customer to this restaurant because the food and service were always great. This evening for family dinner we ordered, but my plate of sweetfire chicken had a huge hair in it. Online ordering was great, but the food was typical of first week inexperience: Honey walnut shrimp had no honey, 7 small shreds of walnut, and tasteless, overdone shrimp. Beijing beef was spicy but overcooked and leathery. Ordered fried rice with both dinners, but they told me at counter that their rice cooker had failed and they were substituting "Chow Mein". It was actually Lo Mein, and it was overcooked and dry. I'm not sure they're ready yet; hope they get it together, but Pei Wei is opening shortly a few doors down. read more

This Panda Express is always on point! The food is served hot. My favorite is the orange chicken and fried rice. The line can back up at times, because it does get busy. But it's worth the wait. The manager Megan, is always super friendly and I've seen her work every job in this place at one time or the other over the past few years with a smile on her face (including pressure washing the exterior!!) Went to the Baymeadows location for lunch . ordered lunch returned to work to enjoy my lunch, When I tasted the rice it was not done raw. Called the store to let them know the manger said thanks for letting them know and hanged up, I was not satisfied with this so I went to the store to talk to the manger about my order I told her that I thought that I should be compensated , She informed that the only thing she could do for me was to give me some more rice. My kids are obsessed with "Panda". My favorite entree is the black pepper chicken. I definitely think they should have more meat in the entrees. Sometimes it is overloaded with veggies and hardly any meat. But the food is great. Busy most nights, but still fairly quick. read more

Worst experience I have ever had.. Went through the drive thru and as im placing my order the cashier is like "what", I'm assuming she couldn't hear me but there is a better way to say that. I proceed to pull around to the window as I get there she rolls her eyes and snatches my money out of my hand. I ask to speak to her manager and she says "that is me" with an attitude so I ask her for cooperates number, "oh it's on the back of the receipt" and her name is Shay, not the first time she has done this (a couple of people I work with have already called cooperate on her)and probably won't be her last sad to say.I call cooperate but you can't actually speak to anyone it's just a answering service. I get back to work to eat my food rice is hard and cold, no sauce on my chicken just a overall horrible experience. We visited the Panda Express on Bartram Trail. Very happy atmosphere. Very welcoming. The servers are excellent, and the server work really fast with a smile. The food tastes excellent. I will definitely be coming back and recommending other to also. :) read more
