I love panda but today these noodles are as if they were not cooked. It's like hard Ramen.

Popped into Panda Express for dinner and wanted the double Pepper chicken; they were low and offered to make it fresh and did! I also ordered the fried rice and spring rolls. The service was excellent with greeting me, and thanking me for waiting while they made my order to go. Restaurant was clean, including dining room area. My order was fresh, delicious and I'll be back again! My meal (with no drink) was $13.81.

Don't order the Broccoli Beef, most broccoli and about one tablespoon of some kind of beef. Today I picked up a family meal and other items. It included one Broccoli Beef. This is not the first time this happens. I was hoping it was a mistake last time but I realized now it's how they serve it. It's mainly broccoli with a "hint" of tiny pieces of meet! Not worth it! Everything else is ok for a fast food joint.

Family Pack 2 sides and 3 entrees. Great deal

Grabbed some take out for the family last night. With the app we ordered a Family Pack which was perfect for picking up on the way home. For about $30 you get two large side and three lard entrees. Packaging was nice to hold all those containers. I know it's a franchise, but sometime these places just win compared to the Chinese restaurants. We got the chow mien and super greens for the sides; plus kung pao chicken, Beijing beef, and orange chicken for the entrees. The sides went well with the Beijing beef and kung pao chicken. The orange chicken was more for the kids in our family; the texture for the orange chicken wasn't our favorite. When we came to pick up our food the person behind the register was polite and found our online order easily. Offered any additional items for purchase but we just wanted the food to go. The restaurant was packed but was still clean.

Today was one of those Saturdays where I really didn't want to cook anything or go out out. So, I ordered delivery. I ordered beef broccoli, kung pao chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice. My experiences at this location have been hit or miss. My food was good today. The beef broccoli could have been more fresh as it seemed like it had been out for a little while. The kung pao chicken and the orange chicken was good. I love their fried rice. I would come back again.

Panda Express reached out and apologized. They said this issue will be addressed. We went back yesterday and ordered the exact same dishes. We were very happy with our food. I will now highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Panda Express for taking my review seriously and correcting what was hopefully a one time mistake.

I forgot to take a picture before I ate around this mess. Haven't been here in a while, thought they had fixed the chow mien issue but I guess not. Why is their more vegetables than noodle. That ratio is off. I have eaten the main items and still hungry. I paid $15 the plate option and left with this mess.

Too tired to cook tonight so thank you Panda Express for your help! Lots of parking space available and no line to get our food (which is not ususally the case). Fast service, generous portions of flavorful comfort food for a good price. Happy customer!

I really want to love this place because I love Chinese food but it is consistently mediocre at best. Let's start with the noodles, every time I go to these places I try the noodles hoping that the last 10 visits were a fluke but no one behold they weren't. Littles are the blandest pastiest most unpleasant noodles I have ever had. This time I choose to get them drenched in teriyaki sauce which added some flavor but the texture still is like paste. I like the sweet fire chicken breast but it's mostly bread. The chunks of canned pineapple and there are interesting in the flavor of the sauce which has a noticeable vinegar note hence the sweet-and-sour is good but not great. The Nuggets that they use to make this stuff are just kind of overwhelmingly breaded. I have tried the mushroom chicken and it was pretty tasty although there wasn't a whole lot of chicken in it. They have a steak option with an up charge of a dollar 25 which isn't any more flavorful than anything else it's just OK and certainly not worth the up charge. The employees that work there are usually pretty nice and at least seem somewhat concerned but I swear they all move in slow motion. I guess that's what happens when your lobbying for $15 an hour right? The dining room is usually pretty clean and everything is stocked decently but you have to ask for a duck sauce or soy sauce packet they don't just have it available. And interesting sidenote, their plasticware is of a very good quality that fork is not flimsy in the slightest and it's probably the heavy duty fork that every place should have but won't pay for. So despite my mediocre review of mediocre food I find myself going here at least once or twice a month just because it's convenient for a quick Chinese fix. With all that said though avoid the noodles and if you have other options I would take them.

Little bit beef... lots of broccoli!

Have to say I was disappointed after picking up my order and finding out that I received only 2 pieces of beef in the beef and broccoli. Gave it two stars just for the orange chicken was pretty good!

I would eat Panda Express before ever going back here and I hate it! I barely ate anything! We took an Uber over from the marina we were staying at. Firstly this is mainly a take out place, that's fine. There are four tables. Food was served in to go boxes with paper plates and plastic spoons and forks. Little tiny napkins and no knives. We ordered an appetizer, soup, rice and a main. Everything came out together. We ordered Wonton and Hot & Sour soup. Steamed Dumplings, Vegetable Fried Rice and Orange Chicken that came with white rice. The best part of the meal was the white rice! The Steamed Dumplings were barely cooked with very little meat in them and were probably cooked in a microwave. The Wonton Soup was just ok. The Hot & Sour Soup had so much bean curd in it that should have been its name. I ate half of the cup because that was the best part of my meal! The Vegetable Fried Rice was disgusting. It was soggy and tasteless. I had about one bite. My husband's Orange Chicken had so much breading on it was hard to find the chicken. He ate about half of it because he's not that picky and was really hungry! We got a bonus's Pork Egg Roll because we spent over $40. I ate two bites of it and spit the second one out! We also had two bottles of water, no issues with the water. Overall it was a terrible experience. I will say that many reviews talked about small portions we thought the portions were fine. I'm giving this review one star because I can't give a zero!

The chicken was burnt and looked completely different from what I expected based on the only teriyaki meat photo they have listed on the app. Yes, I understand the picture says beef sticks and I ordered chicken, but I still expected the chicken to be prepared in a similar style, not looking like it barely escaped a house fire. Even though I ordered delivery, I personally drove back up to the restaurant with my plate and explained that I was disappointed. I asked if they could either remake it or let me switch it for something of equal or lesser value. I specifically asked for the boneless spare ribs combination plate, which was the same price. Instead, I was offered either a discount or for them to remake only the meat, throw away the rice, clean out the same plate, and put the newly made meat back in it. :/ The young lady also explained that they offer the chicken teriyaki sticks as a combination platter, but not the regular chopped chicken teriyaki with sauce, which is actually more of what I was looking for. That can only be purchased by itself. I even had to show her the options listed on Uber Eats, which made the whole situation even more confusing. Honestly, this could have been avoided if the regular chicken teriyaki was offered as a combination platter on the app or if the menu made the difference clearer. As for the advertised photo versus what I actually received? Straight up catfish. I should've called Nev. The picture shows glossy, properly cooked teriyaki meat. Mine looked like it had been left on the grill during an emergency evacuation. I've been coming here for the past few years and have never had an issue before. I've always spoken highly of this place and recommended it to other people, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. It definitely left a nasty taste in my mouth. Or maybe that was just the burnt chicken teriyaki.

They're at 10586 Old St Augustine Road in Mandarin with a nice size parking lot so their location is great and parking isn't a concern. I'll get to the food in a minute but I'll start by saying that before we opened our fortune cookies at the end, I jokingly said "I hope one of these says 'you will get your original Facebook account back". They didn't say that but I included a photo of both because I feel like they're close enough As far as food goes, we split the Peony Sampler for an appetizer and loved it. It definitely did it's job as a sampler because now we know we like all of their appetizers and would order any of them on their own in the future. I ordered Egg Drop Soup after that because it's a favorite of mine. I always add a little salt to their version of it but I add salt to a lot of soups so that may just be a "me" thing. I had the Sweet & Sour Pork with Fried Rice for my entree, which is the same things had last time and it's still great. Between the appetizer and the soup and the entree, I was hoping to have enough to take home for lunch tomorrow and I definitely did. My wife had the General Chicken. She really liked the sauce because it was sweet but has a little bit of spicy kick to it. She said the same thing I said about the chicken itself; she loved that it was big pieces of juicy white meat. She was also surprised by how much she liked the broccoli which made for one of those things where you could get a bite of everything at once. She also had a lot to take home, so she's happy with that too. Thank you again to the person who posted about Peony in the group recently. We had a great lunch thanks to your reminder.
