When I got to the window they gave me white rice instead and forgot the spring roll. I hunk my horns 5 times before she came back to the window. She took my food and said they would correct it. When I receive my food they added fried rice on top of the white rice. I hunk my horn to signal to her to come back to the window, she didn't. I had to knock on the window and the MANAGER came and proceeded to tell me I order white rice not fried rice. I held my receipt up to show her what my receipt stated. She then proceeded to tell me I have the wrong receipt. I told her to just give me my money back. She told me unfortunately she will not give me my money back. She then asked me what I ordered and I reiterated fried rice and orange chicken. She slammed the window and left; then came back with food saying this is my correct order. I told her I no longer want the food and I want my money back. She told me she WILL NOT give me my money back. I told her I am not leaving this drivethru until I get my money back, she tells me she is going to call the police and slammed the window. She came back to the window asking for my receipt. I told her NO I am not giving you my receipt you have a record of my receipt in your system. She slammed the window and left again. She finally came back 2 mins later with my money and told me to never come back there. If I could give this zero stars I would. The service was horrible and so was the food. Went through the drive-through order two entrée plate with a side of lo mein noodles and there was anything but lo mein noodles in the box nothing but onions and celery I had ordered beef broccoli there were 3 thin slices of beef and the rest was broccoli. My husband ordered Kung pay chicken he had maybe four little pieces of chicken in The small scoop he got he also had nothing but onions and celery with his chow mein side very disappointed. As I was coming through the drive-through it looked like the manager was talking to three or four employees outside don't know what's going on there but it's not good so steer clear of Panda Express!! Also I tried to call them to let them know the sorry state of our dinners and it rang and rang and finally it just went to a busy signal. I want to start by saying how much i love this place, my boyfriend works at academy so we always end up here on his lunch break well for the past 2 times i've gone i've gotten orange chicken and fried rice and i've gotten food poisoning both times. I've been to the doctor both times and it seems that the orange chicken isn't getting cooked properly! I usually don't leave reviews but the service was so awful that I had to. After waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, I finally got to order and the lady helping me sounded like she couldn't care less. Then, when I finally got up to the register to check out, they skipped over me and helped the person behind me and then apologized while they still rung them up. When I FINALLY got to pay, the lady asked me twice if I wanted a drink, and I said yes both times. She hands me my receipt and starts ringing up the next person. I mentioned I still needed my drink and she puts out her hand to see my receipt when she ASKED me twice if I wanted the drink anyway. Drive thru is a horrible experience. You get trapped in a line of cars for 20 mins, only to get cold food and dry noodles. Management is rude when you go inside to ask for anything fresh. This Panda Express is literally 1 minute away from where I live... I much rather drive the extra miles to the Chastain road location just to get better service! Food is always great but whenever I come with my family we're always getting attitude, eye rolls, and sighing, and being told what Were not saying correctly that confuses them, but it's always from one particular person on the line. Third and final visit to this location bc they are WAY too slow -- once you're in the drive-thru you're trapped and can't leave as each visit has been much longer than a fast food wait should be -- today it took 15min from order to window, was told at window to pull around bc the orange chicken was still being cooked, 5min later an employee who could care less came out and said they quit serving orange chicken and no one told him. This was the guy running the drivethru, I would suggest letting your employees know when you run out of the most popular item on ur menu. Sounds like this is a common problem that can't be that hard to fix. You wasted my entire lunch. read more

It is a shame even to give this place a 1 star, if I could I would give it a zero star. The manager Gibs is so rude and does not care about her customers. We had gotten 4 bowls (which we waited an hour for) and they all ended up to be not matching with the right sides. We had called them and told them hey the order was wrong and explained to them. They took down our name and told us to come back with the receipt within 2 weeks. We did as told. We got there and then the manager Gibs said she could only replace the rice. This other employee Dee was such a sweetheart and tried to help us out as much as possible. We ended up having to wait 30 mins just to get some freaking rice. I am surprised by the other reviews; considering the complex is very new an adjustment period is expected. I frequent here on my way home and have had consistently smooth experiences. The staff seems happy and nice. Most notably, the food quality is superior compared to other Panda's in the area. read more

There is nothing fast about this location. Nothing. As in not a thing. The order is correct about 80% of the time. It's hit or miss if you get a fortune cookie. If you order the veggie spring rolls, make sure to check for sweet and sour sauce as it's usually forgotten. It's a shame that it's super convenient location wise because I'm now driving elsewhere instead of sitting in the drive through for minimum of 12 mins each time. Tried to go there 2 days ago through the drive thru. I was told you were not taking drive through orders and to come inside. We went inside and there was over 20 people waiting, We left. Just now tried to go again today and was told you didnt have any brown rice and noodles would be 15 minutes. This place has had constant bad service and poorly managed. The workers are rude and dont care as she just laughed when I told her we were leaving and didnt want anything. I will be contacting corporate. We were so excited when this location first opened and we have tried many times to give it a chance, but enough is enough. Tonight we ordered through the drive-thru. The food portions were very small and the food seemed like it had been sitting around a long while, especially the ran-goons. The broccoli in the beef and broccoli was very over cooked and wilted and an unappealing pea green. Everything was gooey, sticky, and bleh. My daugher said the Teriyaki chicken was fine. The fried rice has zero flavor. ( This may be an overall Panda Express issue though) We always have to ask for more soy sauce because they try to give us five with three two entree meals. I had already asked for extra soy. We did not see the manager tonight, but have in the past. Once he was rude and nasty to me when I went through drive-thru, saying I said four things so he could not tell what I wanted in a nasty tone. This was untrue and I actually said ...excuse me, I was so shocked. He has also been quite rude inside when redeeming some coupons and being very petty and cheap about the exchange. I notice too that the workers are afraid to give you a decent portion under his watch. This is probably why there is so much old food sitting around. Also, once when ordering Teriyaki chicken in drive-thru, we got home and he failed to put in the Teriyaki sauce. The next time we wen through same thing happened, so we caught it, but it obviously another way this manager is trying to keep his costs down. What he does not seem to realize is that his attitude and overall petty cheapness, is losing him customers. The Panda on Chastain road is much much better, but for now, I will stick to real Chinese food, where the food has flavor, the portions are generous and the cost is the same. I have eaten at this panda express a few times because it is close to my job but I just came from there and the Kung Pao Chicken has no flavor! Its like I'm eating chicken with a wet sauce that has no flavor or the spice it usually has. I went to this location right before I had work. I ordered a bowl with mushroom chicken and the chow mein with a chicken egg roll on the side. The food was good/ average for a Panda Express. The only issue I have this location is the customer service. I know it is a Panda Express and I should not be expecting g Chick-fil-A quality service, but I felt like the people at the window want right away. They are always so nice, efficient and courteous. They always make you feel at home and are always smiling and have great customer service.

I go to this location whenever I am super hungry but it's always around close to 9pm. Perhaps that's why the food it's limited but I find it interesting that this is the only location with an Asian franchise owner. She seems super friendly and her staff are well mannered and looks like they love working there. I love when the workers are having great time working at their job. If you don't see certain food just order it and they'll bring them out to you freshly made. I'll go back to this place when I can. read more

I've been to this Panda Express a few times. When they first opened, I was thrilled to finally have a Panda Express near me. The food was good and relatively quick. The past two times I've visited, I've had another experience. A few weeks ago, I went through the drive through and ordered a rice bowl with King Pao chicken, an egg roll and a drink. I was told that they were out of Kung Pao chicken, so I changed it to orange chicken. When I got up to the window, I was told the total was $11 something. I gave the girl my card. After swiping it, she said "I'm so sorry, we are out of egg rolls". She apologized and took my card back, refunded it and fixed the total. The employee was very kind, but still, I was shocked that they were out of multiple items, and that the store didn't at least comp my drink. To add to it, there was no fortune cookie in my bag. I just went back this evening, and again they were out of the first two items I tried to order. Definitely disappointed. read more

They were out of almost everything so we had to wait about 15 minutes. There were 4 or 5 other people waiting for specific things, plus a line of people just waiting to get where they could order. The cashier offered a one guy a free drink for having to wait. You can't just do that when multiple people are waiting. The guy declined the drink and the cashier said "they just told me to give it to you." There were no clean tables and where we sat there were a few pieces of chicken just chillin on the floor. I'll start by saying that I am a big fan of Panda Express generally, but this location has some real issues with customer service. I went to this location yesterday to get food for myself and some work colleagues. I ordered 5 meals and 4 drinks. The drive-thru was slow at best, and when I received my order, the girl at the window passed me the food first; then the 4 LARGE drinks. Since I was by myself (buying lunch for the office) I requested a drink carrier. The employee's response? A shrug. No apology. No excuse. Not even a word. Just a shrug followed by a window closing in my face. I ended up driving to the QT next door to pick up a drink holder so my car wouldn't suffer at the hands of their cheap management, but it was an inconvenience and completely ridiculous. The food was mediocre, with small portions as well, but my biggest gripe about this store was the sheer lack of respect for a paying customer. I'll stick to the Chastain road location. read more
