About 2 years ago my boyfriend came here to visit and I suggested Chinese food as I knew Panda was fast and fresh. A teenage girl was taking the orders and didn't appear to be too happy or perhaps she had just started working there. Who knows! We quickly got our orders and we parked and got ready for a feast. Much to our horror and shock both orders were piled on top of each other in one bag a terrible mess!!! We walked over to the counter and I spoke to a very elderly lady who was angry that I was mad. She said, "What do you want me to do?" I calmly explained I wanted our dinners redone and properly served in individual bags. I guess she was the owner as my dinners were quickly done properly! I was there a few weeks ago and sadly the help, young ladies, were slow and confused about the pricing on the menus. Since then I have found 2 great restaurants in Kingman. They can't make change, they got my order completely wrong and when I called the store Brenda Torres answered yhe phone and made it very clear she did not care, and hung up the phone. Terrible. I'm from Vegas and we were passing through on our way back home. I understand that they were particularly busy, but we watched 6 groups of people get served before us. We had ordered something that wasn't ready just yet, but when we watched them replace it and still not serve us, we were sure they had forgotten our order completely. Avoid this location at all cost. I would recommend a microwaved burrito from ampm next-door. I ordered a family feast this week waiting in line in the drive-through approximately 30 minutes ordinary wait time then after being called, the teriyaki chicken would not be ready yet and it would be 12 minutes, after sitting out front for 20 I went inside. After standing at the counter for about five minutes and washing the newly cooked teriyaki, chicken, sit there the manager, Esmeralda lied to my face and told me and just came out after watching several other customers leave through the drive-through And counter getting teriyaki chicken in their order. When my order finally arrived, I asked if everything it was in the box. The response I got was "it should be." I know it should be. I ordered it I paid for it. I sent an email to corporate they requested. I upload my receipt and I did hear I am at the end of the week zero response then when I get home all of my order is not in my order, still no word back from corporate. All the employees appear to be 14 year old rude, mannerless and intellectually challenged little girls that do not really want jobs, but their parents made them. Clearly they are lacking proper training. Probably a serious management problem also, but in a small town like this it is probably hard to get even remotely qualified people for such a complicated position of scooping food items out of a container. The various items of "supposed" Chinese food are nearly always out at this location and a wait is always required. Planning ahead is not an option for the intellectually challenged little girls. I've been here a few times. The food is decent or better. The place is clean and for the most part I found the employees friendly and helpful. Only once have I come and found a long line and it didn't move very fast for whatever reason this time. Plenty of indoor seating and they have a nice little outdoor area too. I'll be coming back regularly. October 4, 2019 approx 9:15 No trays to put food on, got teriyaki chicken and Kung Pao chicken. Both were cold. Right from the warming tray. Manager on duty was nice as was the other employees. Manager asked if she could make me something new. I was just tired and didn't want to wait. I'll take it home and nuke it. Just wanted to let them know the food was out of temp which is important. Manager said she would check the temps of the foods right now. I didn't see that happen. We will see next time. read more

This has to be the worst Panda Express in the history of culinary preparation. I walked in and was greeted by "Saul". He asked whether I wanted Chow Mein or Fried Rice. I asked for Brown Rice. Saul took the tone of sassy gay friend, "This is a Panda Express....We dont have brown rice here." Then he gave me this look of, "Who the fuck do you think you are? You are in Kingman, AZ" In a just world, I would have responded with "I dont give a fat fuck where I am, give me some damn brown rice you asshole, and dont treat me like a freak just because I want to be healthy." Ok, enough of my high horse. He then loaded up my plate with "steamed" rice. Basically it was partially dry, partially gummy rice and topped it off with steamed vegetables. This was the worst meal I have ever had in my life. You are probably wondering why I chose to eat at Panda Express in the first place. Well...I figured a bowl of brown rice and steamed veggies couldn't be that bad. It was better than all the other options in Kingman....McDonalds, Cracker Barrel, etc, etc, and so forth (name the movie and get a prize). If you do happen to order this Godforsaken meal....make sure to order the rice and veggies as two separate sides. They will cost you two bucks a piece. Otherwise you will pay $4.99 for the "Panda Bowl" which is one side and one entree. Fun fact: veggies are considered a side, not an entree. I got robbed by Saul. I hate this place. This restaurant/location met my needs for a road trip stop. I ate about one in the afternoon and found the restaurant to be moderately busy. However, I found the service to be fast and friendly. A few flies in the dining room caused some slight alarm and the sickly sweetness of the orange chicken overwhelmed my taste buds, but overall I found the food to be adequately filling and really not too bad. I thought this Panda was just like any other Panda Express that you could go to. There was nothing new, special, or different about this one. Before we went to the Panda we read all the terrible reviews on yelp, but we went anyway. We looked for the things that the reviews pointed out, but we saw nothing wrong with the food or the service. The PE was clean and well kept, the food was average for Panda. We ordered and within 5 minutes the food was boxed and ready to go. The Panda is perfectly normal. So, if you want Panda Express don't be afraid to come here to eat. read more

We we're driving back to Vegas from Grand Canyon when we got hungry and decided to get Panda. We we're starving to death and when we got there, there's not a lot of choices aside from beef and broccoli, orange chicken and chicken teriyaki. Last visit was terrible. When we walked in we noticed they had very little chow mien and fried rice. It was down to the bottom of the bowl and looked like it had been sitting for awhile. You need to train your employees about customer service. I am incensed about my experiences there. I paid 7 bucks for a "bowl" I ordered Chow Mein noodles, when your server firgured out I was getting a bowl he removed half the noodles. I ordered Beef and Broccoli, what I got was beef flavored broccoli, with 2 small strips of beef. HOW MUCH ARE NOODLES, one of the cheapest items in your lineup. Here's a little hint for you guys. When somebody makes an order with you and he ordered fried rice maybe you should tell him that you're out and I'll be 15 minutes before you go to wait in line and paid for it. Stopped here on way to Grand Canyon with the family. The meals were ok however the eating areas were filthy and despite us being there for over 45 mins were never cleaned in this time. A fellow patron asked them to clean USA soda spill and even then they just put a "slippery when wet" sign over the spill rather than mopping it up. Even though the restaurant was very busy with a line of people getting orders filled, when I came to the online pick up area one of the workers checked in with me to see what I needed. I was told they would be with me promptly to get me my online order. This was very nice that they were aware and polite. My dinner order was brought to me as soon as possible.
