Swung by this place for lunch with the family today. 1. Open your freaking doors! Stop with the covid nonsense. It's hot and letting ONE customer in at a time is pathetic. Soooo we went through the drive thru. 2. If you are going to wear a useless mask, speak up so we can hear you. 3. It's lunch time, why would you be out of noodles?soooo we waited. 4. Got home had 3 meals (2 bowls and a plate). A SH!t ton of soy sauce and chili sauce. WAY more that would be used for the food ordered. 5. Plate was ordered with half rice half noodles...no noodles.....and we waited specifically for them. 6. Two sets of utensils. Overall really not happy with this location. Would recommend driving on past and finding a different place to eat. read more

I ordered online so my order would be ready when I got there. It was supposed to be ready at 6:40. I got into the drive thru line at 6:35 as there was a long line. When I got to the window at 6:50 they said my order wasn't ready because I ordered the fresh greens. I was asked to pull to front and they'd bring them out in 4 minutes. Worst Panda I've been to, I never make Yelp reviews or anything of that sort. Let alone make a whole account, but my experience was just so bad they rush my order (nobody is in drive thru) , I barely get to the window not a hey or anything g literally just shove my food down my face looked like she was talking to a co worker. I got little to nothing of teriyaki chicken I asked for the sauce on top and sweet and sour sauce on the side I got none. If I could do 0 stars I would. The employee literally just put a ton of onion and a ton of great beans!!! They were too lazy to make a new order if they were running low or even tell me while I was ordering my food! It was towards closing time so their employees get too lazy to make more food! They were sure quick to take my donation to Phx Children's hospital! I even asked her before I gave her my card if it's in a bowl and she said "yeah" . ?! I really do not like to say negative things... but this use to be my favorite place to eat out when I did choose to eat out. However I'm not sure who is approving all of these silly changes. What happened to the mixed vegetables!!! Where are the carrots, celery and the onions??? Now there is just some cabbage and some greens that cannot be chewed up and broccoli (I do love me some broccoli). I ate here today and was again disappointed. First off it seemed like the chow mein was more like "cabbage" mein and than anything else. Then the string bean chicken (which is my most favorite) had absolutely no sauce on it and and no favor either. The staff was nice and accommodating plus their signature orange chicken was their only saving grace. I guess I'll just have to stop eating Panda Express, how sad! I came in and was greeted by Christine who was in charge and she was nothing short of AMAZING. The staff was nice and out going. I said some dumb joke and we all laughed. I knew it was against my better judgement when the wife asked to pull in to Panda Express for a quick bite. There is a reason it had been 3 years since I last gave them any of my money. The food was decent, it's hard not to be when they dress everything up in a sugary and salty sauce. The service is lackluster at best and that's what will keep me away. Everyone that entered was greeted however, it was a shouted "HELLO" regardless if the person shouting had a patron right in front of them in mid order. I had to repeat my order no less than 3x without so much as a courtesy I'm sorry, could you repeat that. All 3 young ladies working the line kept messing up the order because they were so distracted with shouting at everyone coming in. The only person with a sense of decency was the gentleman that acknowledged my wife's request for an order of mushroom chicken, he made eye contact and said "give me 5 min ma'am and it'll be right up". Then there was one young lady "fake" cleaning the dining area, she was holding a broom while having a full on personal phone conversation about going to the movies. I've never been to this Panda Express without having an issue. I keep going back expecting it to get better, but sadly it never does. This time, however, I decided to order online and have my boyfriend pick it up for us. After it took them several minutes to find our order, he gets home and we're missing the orange chicken on my plate and the teriyaki sauce that comes with (correct me if I'm wrong here) the teriyaki chicken. Just had lunch. Kung pao chicken and teriyaki chicken. Kung pao chicken was inedible it was so burnt. Imagine eating a piece of coal out of the fireplace. UPDATE: I decided to return the burnt KungPao on the way home from work. Manager gave me attitude and said it was probably just my taste not the food. I explained to him my coworker tried it and spit it out in the garbage. He offered me a $1.50 refund. So When you order 2 item combo you are paying $1.50 for each entree and $5 for the rice. The second time I went through the drive thru again and waited over ten minutes to get to the window. I asked the employee if my order was ready or if they were making more ... She then told me they were making it . I asked how much longer and she said 3 minutes so I decided to keep waiting and she then asked me to pull up to the front and wait . The one constant at this location is that the food is always gross. I've come here several times since it has opened, hoping the quality of food would improve. Each and every time it's been a let down. It's hard to understand why the food here is so bad in comparison to every single other Panda Express I've ever eaten at. I came here at 8:43pm on 12/21 and when I pulled up to the drive thru to order they informed me that they were out of many options. When he named off the options they had, it happened to be almost everything I was going to order. I specifically asked them to please put the honey walnut shrimp in the separate container and asked for soy sauce. After ordering I was informed that they were out of chow mein(for the 1 kids meal I ordered.) I was parked and after 15 minutes I knocked on the locked door and asked them if my ordered was almost ready and was informed that it was. After waiting another 7 minutes the guy who took my order came out and told me that now they were out of fried rice for one of my orders. I was a little irritated at the this point and his response was " well you came when we were about to close." Had I known that they were closing at 9pm that night I would have went to another location. When I got home I checked my order and there was no soy sauce and my honey walnut shrimp was not in a separate container like I requested. I will be driving to Goodyear for now on. The extra 15 minute drive will be worth not having to deal with this location any longer. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! This is not the first bad experience I've had at this location and about 90% of the time we go here we are parked for one thing or another. read more

This Panda Express doesn't even deserve a star. I was treated badly by a manager at that location. They didn't want to replace my order that was messed up. I had to call corporate and still they took 2 weeks to contact me back. I suggest to go to a different Panda Express preferably in the "hood" because you'll get treated way better than here. They usually interrupt your order after the automated greeting and quite often I have to repeat my order. Today, they didn't put the teraki sauce in the bag at the drive through. read more

Pulled into the drive-through at 9:40 PM and they tell me on the speaker that they closed at 9:30 as I'm driving out all the signs on the window say they're open till 10 PM it's always something with this place you go through the drive-through you get home they didn't give you the silverware or the straw for your drink and all the lights are on for the location and the drive-through if you're going to be closed turn some lights off. The food quality is what you would expect from Panda Express, which I like. However, this particular Panda Express is giving smaller and smaller portions. I consistently get about 1/3 less food than other Panda's. If at all possible I would recommend you find your Panda Express fix at an alternate location. read more

There was a manager named Joannie and she was yelling and her employees for no reason. She was rude and had an attitude with us waiting because we all wanted noodles instead of rice. I felt really bad for the young kids working there. They all felt bad and NO ONE should have to work with a boss like that, especially when you are starting out in the workforce. So bummed I ordered the family $20 special because my kiddos wanted Panda however this locations food was so disappointing! The chow mien was dry and old , orange chicken was dry , they didn't bother to put any sauce on the chicken , beef and broccoli had no beef. I can't imagine why their management hasn't stepped in to correct this! Very poor reflection on their brand , the location on 95th and Camelback is so much better.
