Got our order wrong and the bowls were 95% side and 5% orange chicken. One bowl wasn't even filled halfway

Ordered the Shanghi Steak. The picture looked great with fresh asparagus and mushrooms. There was not one head of asparagus in the dish! All bottom stems that were so tough you could not even break them down with chewing! Wish I could post a picture here. Too much sauce on everything here. Would like to actually taste the food. When I ordered the Entree I expected at least some white rice with it, but nothing. Too little for too much $$$ at Panda This was my 3rd time trying Panda and will not return again. I didn't think a Panda Express could be any different from all the other Pandas I've visited all over the US. Even though I should have been warned by the low number of stars already given to this location, I went ahead and ordered the orange chicken and beef/broccoli. I was amazed that that it could be so flat and watered down tasting. Fortunately they gave me such a small portion, I didn't have to suffer for very long. Don't bother with this place and find a real Chinese restaurant. read more

Got there an hour before closing and they had hardly any food. As we were driving away you could see them locking the doors well before closing. I guess my questions are why do they bother staying open if they don't have food? or why don't they have food if they're going to bother staying open? Smh read more

I've always enjoyed Panda Express, it's pretty reasonable price wise and food wise. The one in Mankato is a little bit below my expectations, and that's because of the liberality of seasoning they apply to their Kung Pao Chicken. They over-season and pepper the Kung Pao to a very ridiculous extreme. Unless your spice tolerance is high, like mine is, then I'd avoid the Kung Pao, otherwise the experience has been good. read more

This place is always filthy. Almost every table has food left on it from previous customers (photo of the one I sat down at), floors have food and straw wrappers on it, pop station is always sloppy and both trash bins are full. Food trays were less than half full, Shanghai steak had been there a LONG time you could tell. I asked for string bean chicken but there was barely a spoonful left so the server, who was the manager, told me it would be 10 minutes for more to be made and offered me something else. I drove 30 miles one way because I had a craving, I don't want "something else". The had 2 tables with customers, it was not busy so I don't understand why they didn't prioritize the customer standing right in front of them. Dangerous practice with 2 other Chinese food places and a Mongolian grill within a half mile. 20 minutes later that manager - who was parked right up in front of the store taking up a customer parking spot - left... Without one table wiped, didn't clean up the drink station, didn't send anyone out to sweep. Gone. Her little black Chevy car just rolled on out of here. No wonder the store is struggling. read more

Just waited 20 min in the drive thru lane, ordered 2 entrees. When I got home, only one entree. I called and was told when I come back they will give me what I already paid for. How nice. read more

Stopped here on 1/21/18 and order two entrees, one was the Sweetfire Chicken to go and it was dry and chewy to say the least. McDonalds Nuggets are better. read more
