Been to this location about 5 different times. Every time through the drive thru. We get greeted then followed by "we only have fried rice and two different types of chicken" (just an example) and it's never what we want. If this location is going to stop making food at 7 then close at 7!!!! I've come about 7:30-8 every time I've come and I have to wait in a long drive thru line just to be told there's not white rice and I only have two options. So ridiculous. Put a sign outside so people don't waste time waiting for nothing. After being sent away from here we drive over a couple buildings to Li's Garden and it's delicious and they always cook everything fresh even at 8pm:) read more

This location is terrible at timing. We placed an order at 605pm through their app. It stated it would be ready at 6:25pm. We arrived exactly on time and the food was not ready. We had to wait 25 more minutes for them to get the order ready. When we brought this up to a server she stated she would look into our order but went back serving on the line for walk in orders. What a waste of money! Their super green vegetables are usually nasty brown and ugly... and the fried rice seems to have several recipes because every time the texture and flavor is different. I have tried to give this restaurant many chances... it has been worthless! Not anymore! read more

I order half white rice half vegetable rice, teriyaki chicken [red container with extra teriyaki sauce], orange chicken & unknown meat lol I actually forgot what I order. The staff "young kid" was upset that I was sampling different meats before I order but other than that it was good. Panda Express gave me the wrong order for takeout, when I got to the office, I saw they had mistakenly given me pepper steak, when I called them to let them know they were very rude and said they didn't have what I ordered and replaced it with the peppersteak. I am more than thankful with every employer at this panda location they saved my 5 year old birthday dinner party. I mistakenly put in the wrong day for catering which was a day after the dinner party and didn't realize it until a hour before pickup time. I panicked and called them Jose was very understanding and calmed me down and told me I'm able to cancel the order and her will make sure to have it ready for me in and hour. The food is always fresh and good here I will give them that much but about a month ago I waited in the drive thru for a good 10+ minutes only for the girl at the window to tell me they were out of what I asked for. She left for 3-4 more minutes . I would have seriously drove off had I not already paid for my food. When she returned she said "he just wont make it" .....I have no clue who "he" is. She loaded my bag full of containers, at that point I just wanted to go home. The poor young girl was very apologetic but it was the longest wait I think I have ever had in a drive through. Once I got home I looked and what I originally asked for was in the bag after all of that, plus a few other entrees I didn't order. It's panda. Is there really that much to say? Normally I'd give 3 stars but you know when you go to a chain and some locations are good and others are consistently bad? This is one of the pandas that isn't good. The rice is always under seasoned and oddly light in color compared to other locations. The steamed veggies aren't ever cooked enough. Often they skimp on quantity especially when you order the steak or shrimp sides. Too bad this location isn't a good location or I might go more. But for something quick other than burgers this would be an ok choice as long as your expectations aren't too high. read more

When they have what you want the food is pretty good, which is the only reason they get two stars. Everything else sucks. Literally, every time we go here they are out of at least one entree sometimes more than one. The people who work there are NOT friendly at all, some kind of rude. Literally always out of white rice, 90% of the time the sauce on the orange chicken is to thick. Kung pao chicken is hot or miss sometimes it has no flavor sometimes it's too spicy! They have been out of kid meal boxes for weeks so they put them in the small boxes which is no big deal except for the fact they always forget the cooks because they don't see the kids mea box. Third time I've gone to this location and they are out of white rice, how do you not have white rice ready AT ALL TIMES. They are also consistently low on their entrees. With the exception we waited for about 10-15 minutes in the drive thru, and the employees being just short of mentally handicap....the food was really good, tasted fresh. My personal painful experience with this location always happens between 745-830pm and 45 minutes before they close. **Heads up - don't bother. Waits in drive-thru for upwards of 30 minutes. Give them my order only to be told the food isn't available until after I pay. Which mind you is 20 minutes into my "experience." Really? You didn't know that 15 minutes ago when I ordered? Sure I'll pull around and wait in the front. I wrote Panda Corp not wanting anything free but to just voice my opinion and they were courteous enough to offer two free coupons for beef and broccoli. Guess what? It wasn't available and would only be a 6 minute wait. Only reason I seem to put myself through this is because it's affordable (big meals for 2 under $18) and the food is fresh and hot. read more

I've been going there for years. It seems that the portions keep getting smaller. On my most recent visit, I was served by a lady I believe to be an owner. She always seems to rush (which seems odd as it always seems to take longer than it should to get your food), but when I am ordering she can slap that food into a container really fast. Anyhow I began with the first entree and she deftly spooned up mostly vegatables and managed to cover them up with a few pieces of meat. I started to protest whilst she looked at me anxious to move on, I paused.... then I said I changed my mind and walked out. Obviously she's had a lot of practice cheating customers. Here is how she does it.... Quickly spoon up a little meat then fill the rest of the serving utensil with vegetables flip it into the container and voila looks like all meat until you get home. Obviously, I am not a fan of paying a bunch of money for vegatables that I never eat. I do not think I'll be back but if I do, I will look her straight in the face and insist on another server. read more

The reason for the 3 stars is every single time the order is not even started due to either it didn't print, they didn't see it or something. But again, the food is great and the people are great. This is the worst place! I ordered 40 dollars of food at 8:50 pm and the rice was hard not cooked . My beef and broccoli tasted like sea food. Absolutely disgraceful. It was not fresh at all. I called them 5 times when I got home to report the issue the phone was off the hook busy. So this morning I called and the guy that answered the phone said the he was the store manager and what did I want him to do about it! Wtf! Really! I run a restaurant as well I would have never said that to me guest. I would embarrassed of the quality of the food they were serving and then to tell me there is nothing he could do. I went to Panda this morning after ordering online, and they cooked my food so it was fresh. I must say, it was good and my friends who came over liked it also(and they wernt fans of Panda). the customer service was excellent, while I waited on my food, the young lady helped me out and gave me a free drink and the mgr. when he handed me my order, was very courteous . This is the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Store manager is rude and ALWAYS skimps heavily on entrees. The last two times I went through the drive through my plate looked full but under the few pieces of orange chicken (I got about 1/2 of the amount I get when I get "double orange chicken" at a normal Panda) I realized the container was almost all chow mein, in all three compartments, with some chicken put on top to look "full". My husband ordered a large angus steak entree and the box looked great when he opened it but under the bits of steak on top, the rest of thee container was veggies. Owner will complain or roll her eyes if you even ask for an extra side of sweet and sour sauce. If you go inside, she will give you better portions but will still SCOOP OUT SOME MEAT right in front of you if she thinks she gave you too much. It's always been a location that consistently skimps on portions but it's gotten progressively worse to the point where I feel ripped off when I've gotten my food. They never remember to give me chopsticks even when I ask and I'm not going back to this Panda unless it gets new or better management. read more
